Jerry Kelly came out to fix our air conditioner, they didn't fix anything or really explain the problem that was wrong with our air conditioner. They recommended an entire new installation asking that I purchase a whole new unit and pay for the installation costs. After receiving some quotes this was way too expensive for me to really afford at the time. That being said, I continued searching for other heating and cooling companies and this led me to NPM Heating and Cooling. They sent one of their workers out almost immediately to check everything. After about 10 minutes, the worker came to me and explained the problem and answered all of my questions along with providing me with more options than just a new system installation. They were able to maintain my old system and fix what was wrong with it. The same day our air conditioner was running better than ever and without me spending money on a whole new system. I had them out to my home the other night. The technician was very understanding of the fact that I had a new born and it was freezing! Mind you it was a Saturday night at like 945. The tech, I think his name was Nick or Mike, was here within a couple hours of calling. He wore these things on his shoes and immediately made my wife happy as she is a complete germaphobe since the baby. He asked a few questions and asked to see the thermostat and furnace. He almost immediately knew what the issue was. Apparently you are suppose to replace this thing called an air filter..... yes I'm an idiot. He said the unit was tripping a safety because it was to hot or something. And this is where I became sold on the company. The tech said he wouldn't charge me anything but the normal service fee for the trip. I asked him if he would tell my wife there was something wrong, like a fuse or something. We contacted NPM to fix our air conditioner. A very nice gentleman came out to fix the unit. He charged us for a new air filter and a "recharge" of the coolant. I understood that coolant doesn't leak unless there are issues with the systems but he assured me that its normal for the system to need recharged. He also charged us for cleaning the dirt out of the outside unit. We were happy with this service. A couple hours after he left the outside unit began making a load grinding noise that it had never made before. I contact NPM and told them what had happened. The gentleman on the phone told me that they could come out and see what the issue was but that they would have to charge me for another service call. I attempted to explain that the noise had only occurred since his tech took apart the unit and put it back together. He told me too bad, if I want them to look at it they will be a new service call charge. read more

Paul and Paul were the technicians that completed the install and they were nothing short of professional and eased our mind any time we had concerns or questions. The install of our new HVAC looks amazing and everything is running great. No Problem Heating and Cooling was assigned to us through our home warranty company. It took 13 days to get our air restored in the STL record breaking heat but this company wasn't to blame at all. The Home Warranty (American Home SHEILD) made it near impossible to communicate with and held the process up. Wendy made sure to reach out to them many times and handle everything. my AC was not blowing much air. They came out and diagnosed it as a compressor failure. They gave me all of my options for fixing the issue. Everyone at NPM heating and cooling was very nice and informative. Whenever I called, I spoke to the same person, Mindy, who was always very empathetic and helpful. NO PROBLEM HEATING came out today and explained what was wrong with my furnace. It kept blowing the circuit breaker. Casey said it was starved for air. He was right. I opened more vents and the furnace has worked ever since without blowing the breaker. I've had two other companies come out and they never caught the problem. He is coming back in the spring to put in a new air return. There is not enough draw for the size of my furnace. The furnace was working overtime and overheating and shutting off. Will definitely have him back for future problems. read more

We received an estimate to replace the air conditioning system. The estimate was $8000, $6000, or $4000. We called another repair service to get another estimate and rather than replace the entire system, they were able to fix the problem for $679.00. I am not sure why Anton's was so high when we were able to fix the problem in an hour for considerable less. I am happy I decided to contact someone else for an additional bid. I would recommend doing this for any job that has a high expense attached to it. read more

Our furnace went out on Christmas night. We spend the entire next day on the phone with another company we were referred to by our home warranty only to spend the coldest night of the year without heat. We called No Problem the next morning and they were at our house within the hour, thoroughly inspected the furnace, had the part in the van, and our heat was restored within 2 hours of the phone call.
