Custom mer service is great. They are very accommodating to your schedule. They also offer suggestions instead of pushy sales tactics.

Utter waste of time. I called to schedule an appointment to have someone look at our AC that wasn't working. They gave me a time frame between 11 AM and 3 PM. I came home from my office to wait for them to come. 2pm came around and I didn't hear anything, so I called, I was told they would be on the way soon. I then called at 3pm, I was told that "I was next" and that they are running behind. 4:30pm came around, they called me, telling me they're running behind and that I was "next". I told them that I was told that same thing when I called earlier, they said they'd call to get a more accurate timeframe. They called me back and said it would be another hour and a half. At this point, my whole day was spent waiting for nothing. In the end, I rather not give a company that strings people along my business. We were looking for someone to help us long term, in the end, they presented themselves as an unreliable waste of time. I've been using Belle Air for the pat 5 years. They've done the routine maintenance, recharged my system, and put in a new high efficiency system a couple years ago. If I could give negative stars for the lack of professionalism of a business with no sense of urgency to help one of their clients with imo a pretty serious problem I most definitely would. This is going to be a long detailed review so please read if so you don't have to go through the same situation with this company. So I've used this company a handful of times to come do routine preventative maintenance on my AC unit to make sure it's running properly, cleaned, and no problems like I'm sure many homeowners would do. So on 7/6/23 I had a tech come out to do the service I was told everything went well, everything was cleaned and inspected, and etc. so as a person who doesn't deal with AC I'm happy to hear the news, pay my invoice, and continue on knowing my AC should have no problems. Fast forward to 7/9/23 my wife is giving our son a bath, while I was out running errands, and she hears a noise in the dining room only to walk out and see what seemed like a rain shower of water coming through the ceiling to the floor. Luckily I was close to home and was able to come home immediately to help her contain the situation. I called BA to ask what to do and they told me to vacuum the drain line to drain the water pan so fortunately I did have a shop vac so I could do this (but imagine if I didn't have one). The amount of water that came out of that drain line was crazy but thankfully it stopped the water from falling from the ceiling. So back on the phone with BA I'm asking the person on the line to send someone to deal with this and since it was later in the day they couldn't get anyone out til Mon. They told me between 9-11 and because of the situation they would make it priority but guess what on that Mon no one shows up or even calls to let me know any updates so I had to call and let them know I have to reschedule for Tues (because I need to go to work) since no one was coming so they told me they would send someone after I got out of work instead. Tech was there when I got home did his inspection and I was told my drain pan was dipping down which he said was the problem. To me I wondered how is this possible and how has this not been seen or noticed before. He couldn't do anything about it and told me he was going to reach out to his supervisor for next steps, I waited and he never got a hold of him, and he finally told me that I needed to call the next day in the morning to speak with Luis (the supervisor). Literally took 2 more days to get a hold of this supervisor after multiple calls and messages but I guess this situation wasn't a priority. Finally got a hold of Luis and just want to say not the most professional person to speak with. Basically telling me they weren't to blame, things happen all the time, and that he needed to send another person to get a good perspective of what's going on. So next day another tech came in the morning, this time my wife was there, and he said same thing about pan but also mentioned that there was a safety switch not connected and working properly. As he is telling my wife all of this Luis calls me at work and long story short trying to say everything he can that the company nor the technician are at fault. My argument with him was why wasn't any of this stuff seen or reported from previous visits and only when there's a problem that's when it's looked at and noticed. Example if I take my car for an oil change the mechanics always call or recommend something that may need to be done in the future or soon I know this has happened to everyone. Luis tells me what he wants and says he will get back to me with quotes on what needs to be done and etc it's 7/19 and guess what no one has called or emailed about anything (very professional right). It finally took for us to call again and again for them to send the proposal on Friday 7/21. I decided to use another more professional company who actually gave me a cheaper proposal than BA. I will never do business with this company and will definitely not recommend anyone to do the same. read more

Any adjustments that have been made after the sale have been made promptly and professionally. I've experienced great follow through with everyone in this company. AC system was having intermittent issues when we decided to replace entire system, and wanted to try to support local business by contacting Belle Air. They accommodated an early morning appointment within 24hours, and provided 2 quotes same day with various options for consideration. These quotes were very competitive with a previous quote we had from another vendor the month prior. One item to note, they charge % for credit card use and hopefully changes as their business grows. The AC replacement was setup within a week! The AC technicians showed up on time wearing masks and explained process and expected duration for project. The technicians were very professional, performed quality work and final area was clean, painted and tidy. We've been using them for service for years. Every single time they've been a joy to work with. They call you just before the technician arrives toile sure you're available and ready to receive them. My AC stopped working yesterday. It's a few months old. I could not figure out what was wrong tried everything possible. Luis came by and within two minutes figured out. I have a switch on the wall that turns off the air handler. My wife and I could never figure out what the switch was for and somebody accidentally turned it off. Doesn't make sense that we have a circuit breaker attached to the unit to turn the AC on/off. Luis did not charge me to trouble shoot it. Not sure why I hadn't reviewed this company in the past. They definitely deserve a glowing review after the couple of times I've had them out. Luis and his team are top notch, very professional and very fair on price. This company is sort of our communities AC mascot. Everyone uses them and everyone knows them. Lucky for us. It's nice to live in Florida and have a great AC company at your disposal. Our house had the original outside AC unit and was about 12 years old when it decided to retire. Luis and his team were quick to diagnose and we had our brand new outdoor unit installed and running within 24 hours. We also had a blower fail in the inside unit (separate incident) that they also replaced and had running again within 24 hours. They gave me some good tips on maintaining my AC setup. When it's Saturday night at 930pm and your AC shows 83 degrees then you have a problem. It is great to have access to a top notch air conditioning company close by. After a thorough trouble shooting process the gentleman, Eddie assessed that not only was my drain completely backed up but even more important that a relay was burned out. Had them come out to our daughter's condo on Monday as her a/c died Sunday evening. The technician fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Lewis did say they appreciated our teachers, which our daughter is. Today, she came home and it was making an awful noise and not cooling. Lewis sent the tech back out again, but of course it had stopped making the noise and was cooling! The tech spent a couple of hours going through everything to make sure all was ok. He did replace the replay switch and an clamp. Best of all, there was no charge. read more

We found out last night our A/C had broken. I called Belle Air and they sent a technician next day. The technician mentioned that it would not be until the next day due to their new procedures with Coronavirus and it took longer to get the parts. I simply mentioned that I appreciated anything they could do, that I have my elderly parents living with me and any help was appreciated. The technician made a few calls and couple minutes later came and told me not to worry, it was going to be done today. Couple hours later, A/C was working!!! AC not working. Call for a repair. When repairman shows up, he doesn't have a mask. I asked him if he had one and he said "no". I asked him if he was vaccinated (I am) and his response was to tell me that I wasn't allowed to ask him if he was vaccinated. I wish people actually knew what HIPAA says. I informed him that was not correct. I am allowed to ask but he doesn't have to answer. I told him that by his refusal to answer he had already told me his status. No vaccination, no mask, you can't come in my house. Called the office and the supervisor told me he can't require his repairmen to wear a mask inside a customer's home. We are living in the middle of a state that ranks at the top for Covid spread and Belle Air won't require their employees to mask up. They want my business but they won't take any precautions to protect me or their employees. That's an attitude I just can't accept in today's environment. read more

We just had Belle Air out for an emergency call on a Sunday afternoon. Our air conditioning unit was not cooling on our first night in our new home. When we woke up in the morning we called the answering service and quickly had a call back from Luis. He said he would find a tech in our area and call back with a time that he would be available. A short while later, Luis called back to inform us that his tech, Daniel, was on his way. He arrived and quickly assessed the unit and gave us a breakdown of our options. We went with a quick fix with the knowledge that we would likely need a new unit in the near future. He was able to get our house cool in a short time. Luis of Belle Air was recommended to me by several people in the Waterford lakes area. It was Friday night and my A/C kept shutting off. I called and got their answering service, and Luis called me back within 5 mins. I described the situation, and he told me that he didn't have any techs to send out that night. Then he walked me through checking the float switch, and asked me to send him a few pics of the unit. He called me back about 20 mins after getting the pics (and apologized for his delay!), and gave me step by step instructions on fixing the problem myself (It was a clogged drain pipe). Basically, Luis took $125 out of his own pocket by telling me how to do the repair myself. He was patient and very friendly. So the problem is solved and I didn't need his services, but rest assured that I'll be calling him the next time I need an A/C repair. Very impressed!! I was able to set up an appointment very quickly. I have an older unit which they were able to clean and repair within an hour ! The service was great and they email you a receipt. they also make themselves available 24/7.
