My colleague referred me to go here for lunch. With a possible happy hour after work. However, decided to stop by and the service was really great along with a lively atmosphere with an array of televisions with different things on each. My colleague orders for us the "No Way Jose Dip" which really was a sin to eat. Without sounding too cliche this dip was so damn good guys. When I was eating it with the nice hot chips I was thinking what are you doing. You are not going to be able to eat your entree. I tried so hard to stop but it tasted so good in my mouth. Yes, just what I said I was only take to eat one of my tacos that was so filling and the fish was fried to perfection. I haven't eaten Mexican food this good in a while. Sorry if I'm insulting anyone. But, it was good. When I got back to my hotel later after work I heated up the remaining two tacos along with the beans and rice and it just took me back to how I felt earlier when I took the first bite. Come here often but I've noticed that they do treat others of other ethnicity better I'm an African American who pays just as well as anyone!!! I was on a road trip and Googled food near me and for some reason this restaurant popped up and i had the most delicious Tacos. The restaurant is pretty spacious with everything looking great. First time visit. Came on lunch restaurant was completely empty. Our server had 2 tables. Drinks took forever. Appetizer took forever ordered another beer and a water took him 10 min to come back and disappeared before we could order our meal. Meal took 20 min to come out. Food was 50/50 on flavor and temperature. Never brought napkins or silverware and we couldn't find him to even ask. Came back for the bill. I only order from that menu and when my bill came it was twice as much. I talk to bar manager or some smart mouth girl that told me to just pay the bill and leave. I went to enjoy dinner with my family and the servers seemed lost while we order. They came back to our table due to them being lost and we explained the dishes which were simply grilled chicken tacos. When the food came the orders were completely wrong. My sister went to the front and nicely explained to the manager ( Mariah) what happened, and the manager acted as though it was our fault.When asked for the bill they charged out table $5 for drinks when we ordered water and refused to take off the charge. My honest review, I mostly dine here every now and then when I want some tex mex. But I only go here cause it's the most decent Mexican restaurant in Grenada. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the servers don't hardly pay attention to you. Drinks will be empty for nearly 15 minutes. And it will be a long time before anyone actually comes to talk to you and take your order. I suggest drinking the cupcake margarita but just a reminder it will take forever to come to you. You'll be nearly done with your food by the time it gets there. It depends on the food that is good.Stay in your comfort zone because you'll end up wasting money on something you'll likely not enjoy. They're usually extremely busy, but they are fast & attentive. I enjoy the food, as it is cooked so well. They really pay attention to everything they're doing. Big menu and they even have oysters on the half shell but I wasn't feeling like living on the edge today. Service is good sort of slow but I probably wasn't a huge priority since I was by myself.
