Working with Dana and getting set up with trip protection has been an amazing experience. She's so personable, knowledgeable, responsive, and listens. Just talking to her makes me excited for any trip and you can tell she's just as excited for you. Customer service cannot be beaten. Taking her advice on trip protection has been a lifesaver. I never used it, or heard of anyone I knew personally using it, but I gave it a try on my first trip to Thailand. It was inexpensive and paid for itself when I ended up in the emergency room and was stuck with the bill. Getting violently sick or injured on a trip is already stressful but worrying about costs makes it that much more terrible. The insurance already gave me peace of mind throughout the trip, but having to use it made it even that much worth it. It saved me a lot of money. I ended up contacting her again for a trip to Mexico. Just my luck, a Category 1 hurricane came right through. Everyone was safe, but there was no power anywhere and it created a logistical mess. Dana helped me ahead of time with planning for issues like these and making sure I'm covered. With the pandemic, all the flight delays, layovers, and other natural disasters that seem to be more frequent, it's nice to have something to fall back on and someone to contact for questions. Best case scenario, nothing happens and you pay insurance you don't need (like car rental insurance). No worries travel is literally no worries. I haven't done much long distance travel before so I am a bit inexperienced when it comes to all the details of a trip. I found No worries travel from many recommendations and great reviews. Dana is a delight to work with and makes one feel at ease with the stresses that go into planning a big vacation. She found flights and hotels that were well in my budget. The trip protection she offered was great because our sailing dates fell through due to covid. What I thought was going to be a nightmare was actually a breeze. They were there to support me through the whole refunding process, which was quick and smooth. Eewwwwweee I don't even know where to begin, other than this is going to be a long one. So to start, this travel agency get several points prior to booking any trips for me. No really, due to the fact that I don't use travel agencies and they get points for responding to me for business. Right....a business that actually want your business. So I started this process in the summer of 2016. My high school friends and I decided to take a girls trip so I researched a few agencies on the Internet to contact. Oddly enough, I left messages, I went to visit one during their posted business hours and they were closed, I spoke to one and she asked me for all of my information and details and told me that it would take her a couple of days to put something together and get back to me.Uhmm yea...that was in May..it's October ..Da Fuq..So Boutique Travel, Edge of Wonder, Travel Point, Travel Net and a few others.... May not mean much to you but you so missed out....not only the travel arrangements but the trip protection that pad your pockets per person.....anywhooo not to have Tourette's.... Now back to No Worries Travel.....by now I am irritated and decided that I was going to go through Club Med for booking.....I called one more agency on the list.....it was Sunday, mid day so I was prepared to leave a message......the phone rang and it went to voicemail...I was leaving a message and Dana was calling right back ....Omg I had stars in my eyes, I had just met my new BFF, she just didn't know yet. From the initial conversation she got the information and got busy...within a couple of minutes I had quotes , within hours I had an example itinerary and within a couple days I had the lowest pricing for the resort where we wanted to stay as well as for festival tickets that were not even published yet! I fuqn scored....I was like this was too easy so for 2016 I was planning a trip to the Dominican Republic...Punta Cana to be exact. I started having withdrawals once she gave me everything I needed for St. Lucia. So I blurted out that I needed help with my DR trip.....not really ...wink wink. So again Dana goes to work putting together the best itinerary at the best price, not to leave Mike out he is hands on too......but that damn Dana is a beast...of course I mean this in every good way possible that you would want someone who is handling your travels and/ or dream vacation. She is aggressive, a customer advocate, extremely passionate and diligent. Back to me, of course we are due to travel at the start and end of Hurricane Matthew....Dana was all over it for us, she was checking the weather, speaking with her vendors and making sure that they were on standby just in case we had to change. We finally got a notice the day before we were to fly out that flights were grounded until further notice. Omg so what does this means? Of course Dana is all over it yet again, with the help of her vendors, she was able to push our trip back a month later on a different airline for less money and got the resort to keep the same rate for us.....it was that unspoken/spoken word that I wasn't going to pay a dime more...so now we are heading to the DR in November 2016. Another trip to cross off the list right.......Oh hell no.....I start having withdrawals again..so she is putting an itinerary together for my travels to Dubai in 2018.....ok really the damn dates are not open quite yet to book.......but not for Dana.....she is all about that life ........of being happy to make her customers happy.....and I am light weight neurotic...mixed with OCD...about details.....so you know she gotta have her mind right FU-QN....with me......Lastly, because I decide that I have to communicate with her some way about all of my travels for the rest of my life.....oh boy....she sent me a catalogue for Dubai and United Emirates so of course I chose a very popular hotel. I get communications from Dana stating that it's not in here network of properties that she can book....excuse me, it was in the catalogue, I don't understand.......Dana advised that she was going to try a different vendor....ok Dana you got this girl....oh yea I am also her self appointed cheerleader to motivated her to keep asking the same questions 50 different ways until we get the answer that I am looking for.....yea it didn't work again....she sent this email filled with emotions and apologizing for not wanting to disappoint my crazy....yea my crazy because the trip is 2 years from now.....hm...I thought ok....that's that...on to the next........WRONG!! Dana likes working with crazy because I get this email with capital letters and exclamations stating that she was able to book the hotel after 2 no's.....YES!!!....my new favorite accessory is No Worries Travel along with my tennis shoes and Jimmy Choos. They are amazing!!!! You have to use them for your travels at least once, if not just reach out and say hello to my new BFF Dana....Mike too.. Stay tuned for pictures! read more

My husband and I finally got to take our honeymoon 2 years after our COVID elopement. Dana worked with us to give us the exact honeymoon in Spain and Portugal we wanted. We booked our first Disneyland trip for our family (kids ages almost 5 and 7) and Dana made me feel secure about the tickets we chose and the hotel and has answered at least 50 questions. It took us a WHOLE YEAR from the time I reached out to her until we booked our trip and she has been so patient and kind. She sent us a great TIME magazine with the history of Disneyland that we have read cover to cover-so thoughtful. We have used No Worries Travel a few times now. Talk about white glove treatment! Dana has helped us select perfect vacations. As an example, last year we took a Rhine River cruise. Not only did Dana negotiate better financial terms for us, she helped us select ideal excursions, found us the perfect stateroom and the exact right cruise line for us. Her knowledge is extensive. Dana is a joy. She is kind, patient and extremely responsive. We were so pleased with Dana and No Worries Travel, we planned another European cruise on a 200 person yacht for February of this year. The cruise line cancelled the February trip due to a boat engine issue. Dana immediately went to work with us and the cruise line to re-book the same itinerary two months later in April. She negotiated significant discounts AND found another great stateroom. Her immediate action garnered one of the few remaining spots on an almost full ship. We were excited. However, the re-scheduled April trip is now cancelled because of the pandemic. Once again, Dana navigated this mess with ease and grace, while we waited for her updates. She provided clear guidance and presented our options in a concise way. We decided to take the exact trip next April. AND, Dana negotiated even more savings for us.
