They recently lowered their prices a bit for certain strains, that coupled with one of their discounts mean that you can leave with a pretty good deal. The first time I came I gave these folks a four star review. Now that I've been here a few times I am revising my opinion. My last few trips have been a real disappointment. Today was particularly aggravating. All of the "October Sale" items were no longer available except a special on popcorn, but even then they were out of several advertised strains. The gram offer on flower was out of all varieties, but they had larger (regular price) weights. Same with the specials on 1/8 and 1/2 ounce. All gone. Surprise! different sizes of the same stuff for higher prices. Even the $20 add-on just happened to be all gone. I know the microscopic print says "while supplies last", but the "October Sale" ad was texted out Thursday and everything is gone today? That's a bunch of bull, and I consider it flat out false advertising. I won't be driving to town from Waianae for their trickery in the future, there's an honest alternative a block away. This is supposed to be medicine, but to this old guy on Social Security this is the same crap big pharmaceutical uses to milk every penny they can. Shame on you, NOA Botanicals. read more

Noa is the best! I've tried most of their products and have been very pleased with my purchases. They have a points program that has been very helpful for saving a few bucks here and there. The past two times, every THC cartridges dont work my batterie. I literally spent $90 on 3 half gram carts and every one don't work on my batteties. You literally have to eff with it or unscrew and wiggle till it hits properl. Am I the only one who is this happening to??? I know it's not my battery because I get full g carts from Khora for $30 each and it works 100% on All my batterie. I even have the Noa battery and it still doesn't hit properly. I literally had to try to scrape out the juice from them and put them in a empty Khora cartridge to make it work. WTF Noa????!!! read more

Noa Botanicals on Young st. are top notch in all aspects. I recently got my 329 card in seriously 24 hours and was planning to go straight to AG once I knew I got my card. But driving down young street and my girlfriend said oh look it's Noa lol because my sons name is Noah. I turned around and lucky I did. I was immediately greeted by 2-3 employees all smiling and welcoming. Made me feel welcome and at home from the jump, waited to be called in the back and homie who took care of me (papolo guy super awesome bradda!) gave me a tour of their shop right from the beginning, and explained and gladly answered any questions I asked with in depth knowledge of each product whilst recommending to what he enjoys which I appreciated. If your going to be a vertically integrated company and charge $70 an 1/8th or $60 for popcorn, which is double most other States, at least you can do is invest in the right equipment and produce the most medically effective extract. Everyone knows your marking your product up 1000%+ and already making a profit barely being open a year. Now that you're in the black, let's do the right thing here and produce some of the most basic extract out there eh? Hi, my name is Kevin Martin and I've been a 329 cardholder for over two years. During that time, I have gone to four different dispensaries on O'ahu. However, I have never had better customer service in my life than I did yesterday at Noa Botanicals off Young Street. Upon arriving, I realized that my 329 card had expired that day but I knew I had already applied and been approved for my renewal. To make the process easier, I asked one of the employees, Kristie, if I could use their computer to access my card quicker. Before she could answer, one of the other employees immediately said "no". Kristie, being the kind, warm-hearted, customer service orientated person she is proclaimed, "Why not? just wipe down the computer after your finished." Moreover, after I was able to access my 329 card, I had the pleasure of speaking with Kristie some more while I decided what products best suit my current needs. I seriously have never had better customer service at any store in my life. The only bad part of the experience is that I really should have asked Kristie for her number. I can't even remember the last time I asked a girl for her number, but Kristie was so sweet and incredibly attractive and I totally dropped the ball. If you have the opportunity to meet Kristie you won't regret it. I hope Kristie's manager reads this and thanks her for her outstanding customer service, friendliness, and professionalism. This dispensary is clean and very professional and they run regular specials every month like 3 cartridges for $120 (regular price is $50-$60 per 1/2g carts). Quality is good. I like the mango cart and passion fruit. Also buy $50 and get 4g of buds for $5 or $10. The main issues are they make you wait for a salesperson before going in, they only take cash and they run out of stuff but still better than the other dispensaries on Oahu. read more

The two star review because the employees are nice enough. I am really really disappointed with the product. My partner is in lots of pain and I am his care giver and we were looking for dispensary medical quality green. The flowers we got I originally bought an oz and I went home tried it and it was moldy. I took my scope out and saw spores on the stems. I asked them their process and they basically don't pop the tops after they cured and packaged. When I brought the ounce back to the store they would not let me come back inside with it. So we stood outside in the parking lot, looking at the ounce which I am pretty sure isn't legal. I appreciated them letting me exchange. I got two different halves ounces (they were out of a ton of strands and only carry about 10.) Very Average, it doesn't burn, dry popcorn buds that taste terrible. I grow personally and am really upset this is the type of medicine that is being produced because it seems to me as regulated by the government as it is It should be much better. Shocked at the service from such a reputable dispensary. I completed the registration form online 3 hours before going to the dispensary. When I arrived as soon as the dispensary opened, I was asked to fill out the registration form again. No problem and I completed and turned it back in in under a minute. I was in a rush and after 15 minutes of waiting to be called in, I nicely asked the bald man with glasses if it was going to be much longer before I could go in. He said "it's taking me longer now because you are talking to me". He proceeded to fumble with my card and ID and ignored the next three questions that I asked him. I asked for my card back and left super bummed that I could not make a purchase. The whole experience was very strange because the facility is very nice and the rest of the staff was welcoming and calm. Also not sure how this guy was so grumpy and agitated by the first customer that he had to deal with. read more
