I've visited this location three times in the past month or so The first time was ok no complaints Second time at 8am they were out of egg bagels Third time I got a dozen bagels and one egg sandwich. They gave me the wrong one twice! I was in a big hurry and had my two year old with me, Shame on me for not checking first but I waited to get back to the car, put her in her carseat and check. Both times it was wrong, had to unload her and go back in. Irritating. The second time they told me the cheese they'd forgotten WAS on my sandwich, it was just melted so I couldn't see it (lol, or taste it, or find it with a microscope). When I finally got the right order (egg bagel with eggs and pepperjack cheese) they had salted the hell out of it and we just tossed it in the trash. read more

I love Noah's bagels. I go to them often and have been a customer for a decade. Usually when I go to a Noah's I receive fantastic customer service. However, one day I went in to this location and was treated worse than I have ever been treated- anywhere. I ordered a bagel, not toasted, with the cream cheese on the side but I couldn't eat it at that moment and planned to eat it later. (I had just gotten my wisdom teeth removed about an hour before this visit.) An employee named Corina handed me a toasted bagel with the cream cheese on it. When I realized, I tried to notion her over to tell her (because I couldn't talk very well, let alone raise my voice to get her attention) and she made eye contact with me, however turned around and ignored me. I had to raise my voice and say, "excuse me..." which was very painful and when she and a coworker turned around they both gave me the worst looks. I said, "can you please come here, I can't talk very well." They both stood exactly where they were so I had to continue to hurt myself more just to speak to them. I told them that my order was incorrect and I wanted my bagel not toasted with the cream cheese on the side. Corina said, "that's not what you asked for." I was baffled by her unprofessionalism and outlandish accusation of me not knowing what I ordered. Of course I know what I ordered, I had to ask for it so specific only because I couldn't eat it right then. It seemed like she was just looking for an argument, she remade my order and slid it so hard across the counter that it nearly flew off. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, let alone at a Noah's where customer service is usually great. I am highly disappointed and I will not be returning to this location again. If this is how they treat someone who just couldn't talk well at the moment for dental reasons, I hate to think of how someone so impatient and rude would treat people with special needs. read more

It's addicting, I've been here both Saturday and Sunday mornings and the turkey sausage egg breakfast sammies are very good. We also got challah and that was yummy. I'm very happy a location opened in our neighborhood. read more

This review is for the 7423 Fair Oaks Blvd, Carmichael local. It's next to a Wing Stop. I go to this location often, as it is near my house and near enough on my way to work. I like the bagels, that's why I go back. The 3 stars is because of the customer service and their iced coffee drinks. Customer service is lacking. For the most part the employees are cordial enough. But nothing impressive. When I order an iced mocha or something similar it is almost never as good as other places. Not consistent. I loved their brewed coffee choices. They could use customer service training and train the employees how to make iced drinks correctly/consistently. I believe they could use better management/supervision behind the counter. I have only seen a person with Manager on their name tag a couple of times since I've been there(in the mornings). read more

Noah's in Carmichael is a total disappointment . I've stopped at this place three times since it opened. ( I am downtown a lot so I usually go to the one on Jst) . And every time I have had to wait so long (4/5 minutes). The first X I got tired of being "ignored" an left. The 3rd X was pretty much the same thing; 4 to five people behind the counter an had trouble getting waited on. Twice I have been to Noah's Bagels in Carmichael, the lines are long and slow approx 10 mins to take my order then another 15 mins wait for the bagel and then another 10 mins to find that it had just been sitting on the counter no name called, total cost for bagel $8.12 7.12 for the bagel buck tip, lost money being late total cost $1000 consulting fees 2 lost clients, Thanks again Noah's Bagels. read more

Not real happy with this particular Noah's right now since they locked me out when they were supposed to still be open at 3:55pm. Rushed to get there before 4:00 and there were other customers still inside but they just didn't want to bother. Managers, maybe you could tell your employees to follow the posted hours - even if it is just 5 minutes. It does matter to the customers who bust their butts trying to get there before you close. read more

I honestly wish I could give no stars at all. This is one of the most discussing establishments I have ever been to. Found hair in 2 out of 3 sandwiches. I feel so sick to my stomach. Not to mention the staff is clueless and rude. If they want to keep this establishment open they need to redo the whole staff. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Noah's Bagels are a rare treat for me it's a little more expensive but it's always worth it. NOW there is one close to my house so this treat is now even less rare. My very 1st experience at this location was phenomenal! I was helped by the most kick ass chick & I got her name at the end so I could rave about her service. Yes the bagel I got was delicious & amazing. My 1st time trying the bacon horseradish one & it was to die for. The VERY BEST part about this though was the service I rec'd from Taylor. She was super friendly & sincere (you know how sometimes the real friendly ones just seem fake?) she was engaging & I will be making it a point to go back not only cuz it's now close to my house but because Taylor was so freaking awesome! They need to clone this chick & put her at every location!!! Taylor - You have AMAZING customer service & I sincerely thank you for a great experience. I am duly impressed with this Noah's. I walked in 30 minutes before closing, and the staff was cleaning up around the place, getting ready to close, but as soon as I entered, both staffers greeted me with a smile and "hello" asked me what I would like, and gave no indication that I was disturbing them from closing or getting out. I usually go to the Noah's on Marconi and Fulton, but I thought I'd give this one a try this morning. I went in about 9:20am, ordered 6 bagels to be toasted but no cream cheese and was asked to sit down and wait. It took almost 15 minutes to get my order, people that ordered more and came in AFTER me got their food before me. Finally, at the almost 15 minute mark, an employee apologized to me and handed me a bag with the bagels in it, not separated into individual bags so it was all a sticky mess with bagel pieces all strewn about the bag. And the bagels were ice cold. In addition, an employee walked in in regular clothes, (he was clearly not on duty)and took several items, bagged them up, said goodbye and left. I will just say his name started with a "K." It's a bit frustrating as a customer to be sitting there forgotten while off-duty employees come in and fill a bag up with food. Maybe they have some system there where off duty-employees get free food, IDK. They should just pay better attention to the paying customers. read more

My husband and I just stopped in to get breakfast at Noah's. The staff that helped us was very friendly, however, the staff that made our orders were beyond frustrating. Not only did it take 10 minutes to get two bagels with cream cheese, my garlic bagel was extremely cold and my husbands was hot. I would have gone back to complain, but while waiting, we witnessed the staff completely ignore a man who had walked up to make a complaint about his order. Also, 3 other people who ordered after us got their orders before we did. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of urgency and complete disregard for their customers wants and needs. Just went to Noah's bagels for a late lunch with my husband. Got our sandwiches and decided to sit and eat in the restaurant. We Didn't realize they closed at 3:00 we were about half way threw our sandwich when what I'm assuming is the manager in charge walks up and says "hey guys we close in like 30 seconds" I have no problem leaving a place when they are closing and if I had realized they closed at 3:00 I would have never sat down to eat. I have over 12 years in the customer service industry and currently in a hair salon where if you are in the door by closing we will fully service that customer with out ever making them feel uncomfortable for coming in even one minuet to close (it's happened many times) either way it wasn't what was said it was how it was said not only to us but to other people in the restaurant, and you could tell everyone in there was instantly uncomfortable. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. Iv never in my life been kicked out of any place of service like that simply because they were closing. She needs a lesion on proper customer service Etiquette. read more

I went to the Noah's Bagels in Carmichael yesterday, (8/27) and again on (8/28). The only reason I returned is due to me not knowing the bagel to shmear ratio and buying way to much (4 tubs for 12 bagels). I can assure you that the service definitely didn't bring me back. Yesterday a young girl with a pierced lip and short black hair was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there or that I shouldnt be there. Low and behold when I went to get more bagels today so I could use up rest of the smear guess who is summened from the back to come up front to help with customers with a frown on her face! Yes, same girl and we'll call her Captain Angry! Not only was she even more short and acted like she hates the customers and her job she tossed the bagels carelessly into the box. I noticed when i got home with the bagles her doing this caused the apple cinnamon topping to come off the bagels and adhear itself to the bottom of the box. Stay classy Noah's Carmichael! I'll do business with LaBou or Starbucks and won't be back until you train your folks in customer service. read more

Basically a stare down until I decided to order...and then when I was done that was it, his back was turned talking to his fellow employee. If you're in the market for some coffee and a bagel, you needn't look any further than Noah's New York Bagel. A fine establishment, to be sure It's cozy, well-lit, and neat. With vacuumed floors and fresh-wiped tables In peace, you'll hungrily eat. This morn' I dined amidst old men Each nose buried in a newspaper But, friendly enough, they passed me the comics And I caught up with Beetle's newest caper. When they called out my order, an asiago with lox, my mouth began to water. Like Lucky Charms, it was magically delicious In the back I think I saw Harry Potter. To be astute, I love lox and schmear atop the famed-Jewish bread. It is difficult, though, to get the right match of smoked fish to the creamy spread. From ear to ear I certainly grinned upon taking my first bite. They nailed it, pure, and perfectly, too. Everything in the world seemed right. But it only got better, to my surprise, with a vanilla hazelnut latte by Erin. It was amongst the best I've had. With my wife, I will not be sharin'. Overall, the place is great, though the DRIP coffee is not an allure I'd recommend Noah's to all my friends, because your hunger it will cure. read more

Been a fan of Noah's for over 30 years, but this particular store falls short of food, service and pricing all the way around. Ordered a toasted bagel sandwich with lox, asked that they put the cream cheese on heavy. What i got was a soggy and rubbery bagel with a smear (what the hell is a smear?) of cream cheese with lox and compliments. I turned it back in for them to add more smear? What ever happened to real Cream cheese? With a Simply lemonade and this horrible bagel sandwich came to 12 dollars? I thought I was robbed blind? who pays 12 dollars for a bagel and soft drink? Next time I go to Costco I will get 12 bagels for 5 dollars, and 3 lbs of cream cheese for 7 dollars, and feel like I spent 12 dollars justifiable. And to top it off they have kids in there that have never served or made a sandwich before in their entire life? I guess good help is hard to find... Sorry Noah but you lost a patron for life, never again... not worth it, why bother. read more
