He encouraged me to call Maytag and see if the needed part would be covered under warranty. I did so, and when the Mr Appliance scheduler called me, she was extremely rude. She kept interrupting me and demanding to know why I was talking with Maytag about parts, and that they wouldn't be working with me if I was working with Maytag. I tried explaining the best I could without being an dryer expert. She remained rude, was not listening. So I told her to forget it, I was no longer interested in working with Mr. Appliance. Couch back boards broke to where boards put hole in back of couch and messed up my wall. Loveseat wasn't as bad but seams on front bottom came open and the recliner omg seams in seat and lower part came apart and the material was unraveling. To be honest they were busy helping other customers, just like I would like to be helped. They helped me unload my machine, which I surely appreciated . I paid a deposit and was told 5 to 7 days. My machine was ready in 4 days. works great. The repair was more than fairly priced. If asked I would definitely recommend!

The receipt says returns are charged 20% but to return it needed to be delivered, no refund is not a good way to run a business.
