Dismal sales team!! Worst car buying experience of my life. After talking to Landon we Drove an…read morehour and a half to go drive a truck he said was available to drive. After getting there all Landon wanted to do was sit in his office and ask questions. I repeatedly told him I'm not here to answer questions. I'm here to test drive a truck, he claimed we have to go through a process and continued asking more questions. I repeated myself and he kept asking questions. I then told him I'm uncomfortable answering your question before driving the truck. He then told me "you don't have to be rude". What? I was not being rude and being accused of it by a super young sales person is amazingly irritating. He then got up and took the key and left. Then couple minutes later a different dude showed up. A bigger guy. Dont know this guys name but he shows up and immediately starts rattling off the same line of questioning. I then explained I'm uncomfortable answering your questions until after we drive the truck. There is nothing to sit here and talk about until I've decided we like the truck let's go drive the truck. He said ok and then went right back to the questioning. I again repeated myself. I'm not here for a quiz I'm here to look at a truck. Then this dude says "if your at the doctors you answer his questions so he can diagnose stuff same thing here ". Nah bud! Your not a doctor and this ain't a doctors office it's a car sale place and we are here to buy a truck! Dude literally had the balls to compare his salesman job to that of someone with a Doctorate. I then looked at my wife and said we are leaving. So to Landon and Mr ain't got a degree salesman. When a customer tells you they are not comfortable answering your questions it's time to stop asking questions. The pair of. You irritated me so much we left with out driving anything. I wasn't there for you to "diagnose " my needs. I am perfectly aware of my needs my budget and my taste in truck and I was there to buy one. After driving an hour and a half I can't tell you how disappointing it is to run into inept salesman who don't listen to the customer. I will never spend a penny at a this dealer or any other location in the same auto group. You are training your salesmen high pressure junk tactics that they attempted to follow to a tee. Maybe you should train them to not be so vain they think they are doctor equivalent. Literally worse experience of my life at a dealer.

Meanwhile, Willis would provide a loaner immediately which we needed. I wouldn't buy anything from this company based on their so-called "company policy." In a business driven by customer service and loyalty, policies should put customers first.

Heard from one of their staff that this has been a problem that obviously still isn't fixed. I called twice to collect my money and still don't have it. The last time was only to be rudely told by the title clerk that they don't make mistakes and that I am wrong. Well, I have the paperwork and I was charged the fee. Guess I will have to go to Ford Corp, DOT, and the BBB. I will get my money. Too many years in collections to not collect my own money. If you bought a vehicle from Noble in the last 12 months, check your paperwork, a refund may be due to you.

He was very attentive and quick to assist. Once I settled on a used van (we have two small kids), the waiting started. It was New Years Eve and they were very busy with only one finance person working. I ended up having to come back on January 2nd to complete the paperwork, which required two visits because, again, they only had one finance person working. So, if you absolutely must have a car they have in inventory, they'll do, but be prepared to wait it out.

After four hours an employee came in and said they didn't get to my car and I'd have to bring it back. So I brought it back 2 days later (earliest free time I had) and they gave me a loaner and told me to pick it up in two days. Came back and they had done the recall but didn't do the oil change, so out the door I went again with the loaner to pick up my car again the next day. I probably won't go back.
