I've never had a bad meal at Noble Crust, and I've been to several locations over the years - multiple meals, various drinks, etc., and the nail it. Every. Single. Time. Service has never been short of top notch. The ambiance is always comfortable and inviting. They have something for everyone on the menu, including for brunch/lunch and dinner. On the most recent visit, I finally tried their kale Caesar salad, which was so good we ate it too fast to take a photo. Also finally got to try their rigatoni with house made impossible meatballs. It was so fresh and flavorful, and I so appreciate them having vegetarian options across their entire menu. I also loved the crispiness of the garlic bread. Had a great experience at Noble Crust! The smashburger really hit the spot it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. At first they brought me the regular fries which are good too but it's worth paying a little extra for the truffle fries. They were super fresh, perfectly crispy, and well seasoned. Everything tasted good and was well prepared, and the service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to! The fried green tomato app blends the fried fruit with pimento cheese and pork belly, a combination that was as surprising as how much we liked it. Unfortunately, Noble Crust was a big letdown. I had high hopes based on the photos and reviews, but the overall dining experience missed the mark for me. One bright spot was our server who was kind and attentive throughout our meal. We started off with their No Mojitos as our drinks and their pepperoni pizza. The drinks were absolutely amazing so we were thrilled that things were starting off well. The pizza was average. For our entrees we ordered the steak frites and beef ragu. The steak frites wasn't cooked to the correct temp we ordered and was forgettable. The beef ragu was not enjoyable.. the pasta was warm, but topped with cold cheese that started creating a liquidy mess at the bottom of the dish. We ended things off with their warm cinnamon apple cobbler and somehow even this was bad. The "cobbler" was an extremely hard topping that was overcooked and just snapped in half. Our server told us "it's cooked in the pizza oven so be careful it's hot" and honestly I can see how the topping of the cobbler became that rock hard. Overall: I wouldn't recommend based on this experience. Maybe I just caught them on an off day. read more

I had a lovely dinner at Noble Crust. The restaurant ambiance is meant to be fun and social. We got there at 5:45, but at 6:00, the manager lowered the lights and raised the music. Brooke was a sweet server. She had a full section, but always managed to meet all our needs. I asked her to choose between two dishes, and she said I HAD TO get the Bronzed Salmon. It did not disappoint. The salmon was delish and the whipped potatoes were perfectly seasoned. I did push the golden raisins to the side because I found them unnecessary for the dish, and the cauliflower was pretty raw (I don't think it was supposed to be) but still full of flavor. We got a pitcher of the White Sangria, which was super yummy and refreshing. Lastly, for dessert, we got the chocolate pecan pie. I'm on the fence with that one. It arrived a little deflated. I think it would have been better cold or hot. Room temperature wasn't at it's best. read more

The food is a 3.5/5. Nothing wrong but nothing truly special. The garlic bread was a warm and tasty app while the burrata app was underwhelming. I had the eggplant parm, which was decent. I really liked the cool flavor combos for the pizza but thought the pizza was also ok. Let me just say, I was pleasantly surprised at my pleasure in dinner tonight. Service, especially the greeter, was excellent the whole night. Our waiter was professional and friendly and the manager working tonight, checked in on us which was nice. The decor and atmosphere feels upscale but it's an affordable restaurant. The menu had quite an interesting flavor profile that I would NEVER put together but it all worked great. My sister had the salmon which had raisins in it. Yes raisins. They could have skipped that part but everything else was delicious. I had the figgy piggy pizza which was an awkward combination of flavors that worked so great together. We shared a pitcher of white sangria which was fruity, sweet, refreshing and phenomenal. And we capped off the night with their chocolate pecan pie. Again, odd flavors but they worked. Everything was soooooo slow. We were there almost 2hrs and annoyed. My mom ordered coffee that was room temp at best. I asked our waitress after tracking her down to see if she can nuke it. I have lived in the Carrollwood area for decades and am familiar with and tried many of the restaurants. This past week, my son and fiancee were visiting from Raleigh. He chose to treat his aunt from Chicago and us to dinner Thurs night, and chose Noble Crust after reviewing it online. I had not heard of it in the 10yrs the restaurant has been in Carrollwood and was eager for the new experience. Upon entering, the first "impression" hit all of us from the INCREDIBLE aroma that filled the room as we were greeted by staff!! What an invitation to a memorable evening!! Our server was Nicole, the epitome of professionalism. I am fussy about hospitality staff as I spent a few years in Ithaca, NY training Cornell Univ hotel students to be GMs. Nicole was cool, calm, and scored a 10* in first impressions, yes. She was patient when answering our questions re items and taking our order. Her smile showed how much she enjoys what she does, scoring high again. She helped us thru our choices so that the four of us could enjoy sharing...two caesar salads and two unique pizzas. Everything was perfect. It was our first time here because we were visiting for a football game. The service could had been better. We did a walk in and asked to be seated. They told us where we can sit but it took a while for someone to be attentive to us. The 2 white couple who came in after us were taken care of right away. The food was ok but the best dish on the menu was the southern fried chicken it was definitely cooked to perfection. We have been to Noble Crust several different occasions. Today was the first day we left feeling disappointed. There are several different factors that go into deciding where we as a family with 2 young kids go. Now that our kids can vocalize their opinions, they are often the ones that vote for Noble crust because they love getting to pretend like they are chefs with the pizza dough. Today we were told the wait staff was not allowed to give out pizza dough because they already used a lot earlier. Our kids were obviously disappointed because this was the whole reason we picked the restaurant. There are so many other competitors on Dale Mabry that have better pizza and unique food/craft drinks. This is what really helped them set them apart in our mind. Now that we can't count on this, we likely will choose to go elsewhere. read more

what an absolutely incredible food journey this was from start to finish. The fried green tomato with tabasco honey glazed pork belly was amazing. Id say it's a must get to start. The southern fried chicken was solid and the mac n cheese with watermelon salad was unique and incredible. The pizza. Wow. Peach on a pizza? Yes. The vibe was quite lively and nice. The food actually came out fairly quick so A+ on that with the service. I personally feel that the cocktail and drink prices were great. $10 for a cocktail is a win.
