Me: I don't have a uterus. End Scene. If you want a provider who can recognize a uterus on an ultrasound (or the lack thereof) go elsewhere. I will be. The office staff is a mixed bag. Waiting room is not super comfortable but not terrible. I asked to speak to the practice manager 7 business days ago about the uterus issue and still have not heard back. Not impressed.

One of the biggest reasons I like going to him for pregnancy is that he does his own ultrasounds. Anyone who has experienced a pregnancy loss knows the trepidation of having an ultrasound and looking for that heartbeat. Technicians are technicians. They aren't physicians so there is something comforting about knowing the measurements on my uterus and embryo are made by someone who is highly trained not just as a technician but as a physician. Gone is the cold(sometimes they are) or just not as knowledgeable technician. This also makes your appointments go much faster. Measurements on your baby and uterus are often only as good as the skill of your ultrasound technician. I have gone to other obstetricians where you are waiting for what seems forever for an ultrasound, and then blood work, and then to see your doctor. He is comforting and will seek the answers to help you with your journey to have a healthy baby. I am really thankful to have such a good doctor. I am happy to have his expertise, and knowledge to be with my through my high risk pregnancies. Dr. Asis is the best.

They didn't hesitate to schedule for exactly what I wanted then also made a follow up appointment to review results. I met with Mary the midwife for my first visit. She took me into her office and spoke with me about my history and really got to know me and make me more comfortable before the "uncomfortable" part, she listened to all my concerns. During the exam she was very professional, gentle and reassuring but also fun we even joked around. The facility is beautiful and very clean. I haven't met Dr. Reddy yet but I am sure she will be fantastic since the rest of her staff and office is. Have already recommended this practice to multiple women.

The staff doesn't shout your name out when they're ready for you and I loved the privacy of that. Having everyone in the waiting room know your name has always bothered me a little. My buzzer went off and I walked to the door way and was greeted pleasantly! The nurse was informative and walked me through each step, making sure I didn't feel uncomfortable or lost. She was truly caring and asked great questions, took notes on my history, and was engaged. Holly Groom, the midwife, was my care physician and I was so thankful to have her! I have never had such a respectful exam in my life. She did what she needed to do with no judgment. Made sure I felt comfortable and didn't linger. I've never felt so at ease or respected. Thank you, Holly! I am also doing IVF treatments with my wife and our clinic is not local. They had 0 issues assisting me with the monitoring. IVF is such a stressful process and they were so accommodating with no hesitation. Really put me at ease and alleviated so much of my stress. She was always attentive and comforting when I needed anything. I was admitted to the ER in December and told to schedule a follow up with my doctor and have been unable to get an appointment since. I call at different times of the day different days of the week and am always unable to get through. With not even the option to leave a voicemail I am sick of not being able to schedule an appointment. I will be finding a new doctor and hopefully they can figure out how to answer the phone to transfer my medical records. I've had rude interactions with receptionists in the past here but always looked past it because I really liked the doctor, but it's honestly not enough to keep trying. Don't hold your breath just find somewhere else to go.
