But even with having to be a little tough at times with patients like me that is afraid of getting blood drawn, she still makes me glad she is my doctor. Because she will make sure that both her and her wonderful staff will not let me forget what lab tests I need done. I saw a different GP in Southlake before coming to see Dr Sharif and it's because of this other doctor that I know I'm lucky that Dr Sharif is on my side. The other doctor didn't care at all what happened to me during one of the most stressful times in my life. The other doctor didn't want the complicated patients. But Dr Sharif doesn't seem to shy away from patients that may be hurting both physically and mentally. Anyway, Dr Sharif is by far the best GP/Internist I've found in the area. He gave me 2.. 90 day scripts that I had been on for years...that was 3 months ago...I called for a refill for 90 days...last week and I still have not heard back from his front staff and he still has no sent my RX in....I finally called the staff to see what the issue was and I was told I would need to see him to get a refill, I was just there 3 months ago...no one bothers to call me when I made the request....what is it with Dr's. staff and Dr's now days. My PCP that retired was wonderful...saw me once a year gave me a years worth of my usual meds. When I called for t hi staff would get him to fill it the same day! I have had good experiences with Dr Davis, however Dr V is the reason for my negative experience and bad review. My daughter is 14 months old about two months ago I took her in for a fever. She was checked out and told it was an upper respiratory infection, just take Tylenol. That night her temperature got to 103.6 with Tylenol and we took her to the ER where we found out she had a double ear infection. One day of antibiotics and she was better. Two weeks ago she had a fever again and I told them she recently had the ear infections, maybe it was that? Again we were told by this pediatrician that she had an upper respiratory infection after they examined her at 9am. By 1pm she was inconsolable so I took her to Cooks Children's Urgent Care where they confirmed she had a double ear infection AGAIN. I called the clinic to notify them, two weeks later they have never called me back. Needless to say we will be changing pediatricians.

She was great with my child and seemed genuinely happy to be seeing us. The next nurse was just as uninterested as the other two gals in the office. Parents already have stress around taking their children to the doctors, the last thing we want is to feel unwanted and like an inconvenience. Customer service is beyond important, especially in the pediatric world.
