When the first woman gave me my results I asked her why I had randomly lost my sense of smell if my result is negative and she said she had no idea why and that the tests are accurate. I have multiple health conditions and this is an all too common occurrence for me. What blew my mind is that the technician was available to meet me either at home, or my place of employment. He went out of his way to accommodate my hectic schedule, and was skilled enough to ACTUALLY get my blood lol. I am a tough stick, and I always assume the worst case scenario when it comes to blood draws. Well, Barry got it done, after someone else failed earlier in the week that wasn't with BBDS. I just want y'all to know about this service here in the DFW area, I think it would be an awesome resource for folks that have transportation issue, health challenges, weak or frail, or those that are over worked and can't get it done during a busywork week. Barry of BBDS came to my home to collect my tests and his highly skilled phlebotomist Alma did a fantastic job. It was worth the fee to be able to be comfortable in my home and have someone handle getting all my tests off to the lab for me. Highly recommend BBDS!

When I was away at college a couple of years ago, I was blinded by allergies (literally, watery eyes are no fun) and I wasn't familiar with the doctors in Austin so I called his office and they were able to send a prescription in that same day. I'll never forget it either because the next day I was feeling great! Now I'm back in Frisco and I go here for normal visits and allergy care. Ever since Dr. Noyes recommended immunotherapy, my allergies have been SO MUCH BETTER (aside from peak season, but that's no surprise). Every doctor is different, but Dr. Noyes is like my family. He will refer other doctors if necessary but all with good reason. This office has been up and running and even expanded! That goes to show how well they're doing! Give the staff a chance. If there's something you don't like, talk to them and they'll adjust! To the staff at TFM, my allergies and well being would be nothing without y'all!

Just be prepared - the decor is terrible with a glass wall in the common area that looks like tape is holding it together and metal walls that look so rusted you might ask for a tetanus shot. I went in for a 6pm appointment and wasn't seen until 7:30pm. The doctor on call heard my symptoms and prescribed medicine without even touching me. I had to say " so you aren't going to check me out before I leave " before he examined me. He Literally wrote on a sticky pad a recommendation for an over the counter medicine. When Community Med owned the business I never had issues. I will NEVER RETURN NOW THAT IT IS OWNED BY CARE NOW! Do not visit this place it's TRASH!
