First time there today. Got the body massage $40/hr. The girl was pretty good, but not at all conscious of covering the parts of my body that she was not working on. ( for my comfort and warmth) Basically I had a towel across my ass. I'm a female and so was she. She was a bit "frantic" and fast with her massaging and no long strokes. I did not find it particularly relaxing. She seemed to not really want to be there. Since I tip based on quality, I gave her a $10 tip. (more than 20%) I thought it was appropriate. Well apparently she didn't. She turned the bill over back and forth and shrugged her shoulders as if to say....that's all?? Well yes. You get what you deserve. What nerve. I've been coming here for about 2 or more years now. No complaints. It's $23 for an hour foot massage. They usually start off with massage your shoulders and arms, and then your feet. If it seems like they want you to tip well, it's because you should. There's no where, where you can get a cheap massage but a really REALLY good one for $23. Don't waste your time, sat down at 7:30 for an hour foot massage, firstly the person at the front is on her phone looking at social media as if she's in the comfort of her house, I asked if she can lower it, they all then everyone have something to say all speaking at a very normal tone, SHUT UP I'm trying to relax and enjoy my shitty massage. The chatter continues with the door open. Had to ask them to close the door not that it made much of a difference as they were talking so loud you can hear everything they are saying. It's ok to have comments but there is not need for an entire conversation. This place is extremely noisy, smelly and lacking workers with strength. The first person that they paired me with struggled, I told her I need the massage stronger and she said that strong enough, ummm no it's not hence the request. They switched to another person who had a tad bit more strength but still it's not good. NO I will not be returning, my usual place is not close but I need a last minute massage so had to settle for place..ughh. read more

Unbelievable! I try to stay awake for the full hour! I get the "special"...5 full hour foot(and neck, shoulder, hand, knee and leg) massages for $100. That's $20/hour. Of course that doesn't include my almost as generous tip. read more

Nice people. I try to give all the masseuse a fair shot without requesting a specific person. That's not possible some are clearly a lot better than others. One prob I have with this place. It's freezing in there. No heat at all. The staff members are wearing coats. Yet Customers have to undress in this cold place. Time the heat on PLEASE !!! read more

This was my first and last time going to this "spa". I went for a full body massage with some friends. The massage was a little on the rough side but I rolled with it bc it was my first time being massaged so I decided to learn by trial and error. My friends' massages were much more rough. There was no communication about how much pressure was wanted. My masseuse's English was limited. I get the impression that's the case for most of the masseurs working there. I did not like when another patron was walking down the hallway handing out tips to all of the employees it seemed and my masseuse stopped my massage to get her tip. When I was paying, I was giving my masseuse a tip that was over 20% and the lady at the front desk pressured me to leave a larger tip, saying at least $10 is the usual amount.
