I recently visited a new nail salon and was initially a bit nervous since it seemed more like a hair salon with only two staff members, Kim and Cindy, both of whom appeared busy. I'm so glad I waited! Both Kim, the owner, and Cindy, delivered absolutely flawless results. The prices weren't the lowest, and there were upcharges for extras, but that's pretty standard. I appreciated Kim giving me notice of how much it would cost before they started .Both of the technicians were really efficient with time. In just under two hours, my nails turned out natural, thin, stunning, and perfectly done. Cindy, who handled my pedicure, went above and beyond, spending extra time carefully addressing my ingrown nails and giving me the best foot massage I've ever had. I started coming here out of convenience, but I have decided to go somewhere else for my go-to salon. Overall the owners are very friendly, but every time I have been in (~6-8 times), their children have been loud while running around and playing - which isn't the relaxing environment I want. I was fine with it a couple times, but it's definitely a regular thing now (mainly due to COVID I believe). Every time I've gotten my nails done by Kim I haven't had issues, but there is another woman there who gave me the worst removal I've ever had. It was the last straw for me. She used a blank top to pick off my acrylics which 1. Hurt like hell 2. Damaged my nails so badly. I politely told her I would prefer to soak the acrylic off, but she still didn't listen - insisting she was right...after the second nail, I just couldn't take it anymore. I straight up told her that she needs to soak the nails off. Meanwhile, one of the kids was on a group phone call without headphones sitting in the station next to mine playing a video game with her friends. It was just me, my technician, the parents, and kids in the salon, but I still think someone should have told her to play her game in their back room because it was so loud. I understand having to balance a lot during COVID, but there definitely needs to be improvement with the service and environment before I would come back. read more

My boyfriend wanted a quick (and cheap) haircut and his usual spot is closed on Sundays, so I decided to look for an open barbershop/cheap salon on our roll to Bothell. We spotted their sign and that they were open, so we decided to stop by. The window text said haircuts for men are $12, so we headed inside. They had a couple of people getting manicures, but had an employee available to accept him for a haircut immediately. It took about 20-30 minutes (perfect!) and though he's pretty sure the gal was not used to cutting hair for males or maybe males his height (6'2"ish), it turned out alright. His main haircut goal is for the hair to get shorter (quickly), so he doesn't really care if some parts end up being a tiny bit longer than others. One downside: Bad ventilation. The smell of acetone was WAY too strong. I hope they are able to open the door when it's warmer or something. I had to step outside for a moment about half-way through his haircut, and he said that he held his breath several times during our stay. read more

I've been going here for years for my Coffin Shaped full sets. Kim is the only person I have found who can do this shape perfectly. Every time I get my nails done from her I get multiple compliments. She is always so friendly and welcoming. My husband has also been going here just as long for his hair cuts. They are always perfect, despite his thick, unruly hair. Stopped in here to get a pedicure. First of all, there was no customers there and only a man and a women looking at their cell phones. I told the woman that I wanted a pedicure. She asked me a lot of personal questions which I felt was inappropriate. But what was the worse, is when she was cutting my big toe nail, she cut too much off on the side and it hurt, then she pulled off the piece of my nail with a tweezer and my toe started bleeding. She didn't even apologize. I told her it hurt and she ignore me. i will never go there again. Very unprofessional and uncaring. My toe is finally healing. This happened about almost 3 months ago. I've been contemplating reviewing this place for months now... for selfish reasons... they rock and I don't want them to get over booked or up their prices. :)))) Not saying my review would have such a great impact but let me tell you.... they do rock! I came in here initially with some friends because we all bought one of those online deals (Living Social or Groupon... don't remember exactly which) and I loved my mani/pedi! I've traveled a lot and have had mani/pedi's in over 15 counties so I'm picky.... and I'm eastern european SO I like a good deal! lol One of the best mani/pedi's I've gotten in the United States and it was only $15!!!! (with the online deal)... then one of the owners informs me that they're only $30 without the deal and $25 with student ID. So yeah.... I'm a fan! $30 for a great mani/pedi is perfect... ...and here comes the down side..... THERE IS ALWAYS A WAIT! I've made appointments and I've had to wait at least 30 minutes... I've done walk-ins and I've had to wait hours. I actually timed it the last time I was in there and it took them almost 2 hours to get to me. So no, they're not perfect but if you have errands to run in the area, it's not a big deal. Unfortunately for me, I drive 15 minutes out of my way to come to this place and the location is not near anything fun so there's nothing I can do in that area. read more

Excellent service and fair pricing. When I yelped what was around the area after brunch one weekend I read a lot of reviews of nail salons in the area before I came upon Noble Hair & Nails. There is a reason they have a 4-star rating. With salons on every corner it's hard to know what you're going to get without dropping by and just giving it a try. Search no more if you're in the Bothell/Kenmore area! The lady who did my pedicure was sweet and did a great job. The man working there did my friend's toes and when the lady who was working on mine was done with my pedicure and saw my friend's toes she quickly removed the polish and told her she was going to redo them. She told my friend the color was not good and she should pick something that would show up better. I have never had an aesthetician care enough to go the extra mile to provide good service. My friend ended up getting the same color as me and the lady working there was able to get her toes looking great in just a short time. I will definitely be back for my next pedicure! read more

New ownership. Asked for a certain braid, haven't had hair enough to do such in a while, "gentleman" informed me that I am too old for that. Really? Just a braid that goes down both sides, meeting in the back. Cannot recommend at all. Lisa only! Excellent manicure, real nails, the other woman took my real nails and made them look like toenails, plus she put on the polish so thick that it wasn't dry six hours later. Lisa does okay hair, but seems afraid to cut it as short as I'd like. Definitely my new place, though communication can be challenging. Sadly things have gone downhill. Came in here for a fill, for the first time, and it's going to be the last time The lady who owns the place did my nails, and took so many shortcuts to finish it was ridiculous. The textures of my nails were super bumpy. When she put the polish on, she did pretty much one coat. She also missed spots. I mean, there were so many things wrong it had me completely upset. The staff is friendly and professional, and they speak primarily in English (unlike a lot of salons where the staff chat away to each other in their native language). Every employee treats their client as if they were the most important one of the day. The only reason I didn't give them the 5th star was simply my lack of experience with their other services, and the fact that they charge extra for using a credit card. read more
