I called last night about what I thought was a leaking pipe leading to our AC and heating systems. I called after hours, I was going to schedule an emergency visit. The tech who called back was able to explain to me that the issue had nothing to do with our AC and heating, instructed us to turn off the valves to our irrigation system and that did the trick. They had nothing to gain from these instructions, they're taxed right now with multiple calls due to weather and they took the time to give us peace of mind when they didn't need to do that. I called them about 12:30 and they said the person was just finishing up and would be at our house soon. I had a 1:30 dr appointment and I had to cancel. About 2pm i called and they said he would be at my house about 4pm. He showed about 3:40pm. The part was covered by Trane and the technician said he called Nick and he was supposed to charge me $275. I then called Nick and he said he would charge me $215. I said what is your service call charge and he said $125. The tech took maybe 10 minutes to fix the AC. Apparently they don't have set pricing. Stay away from this company. I will be looking for another AC company that is certified by Trane.
