At 6:10 I received a call that the driver would be an additional 15 minutes-he was running late. 20 minutes later, a shuttle pulls up, however, there is a group of 10 people awaiting a Blue Shuttle as well. Chaos ensued as people began to crowd the driver and he became confused and overwhelmed, nor did he have a passenger list. People started boarding the van and the driver was walking back and forth, calling the depot (I assume). 5 minutes later, another Blue Shuttle arrived and my party and I boarded the second shuttle. There were first shuttle passengers who could not board the first shuttle who walked back and forth, looking for a seat. Sigh. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company because we finally pulled off at 6:40, for a flight that was leaving at 8:41. We just made it in time for our flight.
