We spotted a trail of water down the vent stack pipe in our attic. We contacted several roofing companies who told us they did not work on metal roofs or did not do repairs (only roof replacements) . Our yard got flooded every winter and in was intruding on the foundation and into the house. After I sealed the foundation and put in a new drainage system, Superior provided me with color samples so I could match the trim and doors to the new gutters. They put the down spouts exactly where I asked them to and I tied them into the drainage system. Now the flooding is no more! When the put up the gutters, they even put in diverters to channel the water in two directions so it didn't overflow onto the house. So far they work great and I haven't noticed any issues! It's nice to see the water flowing to the street from the roof. Our house is a 3000 sq ft ranch and there is allot of surface area on the roof. I would recommend them without hesitation.5

He is the business owner and he was on site all the time working alongside the other guys making sure stuff is getting done right. The majority of the work was done by Schott employees who show up in Schott trucks. After working with other contractors, I think this really contributed to that fact that there was someone working on our project every day once demo started (sometimes even weekends) until it was done. He did not show and is now ignoring me. I'm not sure the reply from the previous owner is legal. Cesar worked for Ephram and should probably be responsible for warranty work.

So, we had another contractor come out to assess the leak, and he determined that the previous repair job was very shoddy, and had not been completed properly (i.e., the original tile was still broken, and hadn't been replaced, the under layer hadn't been properly sealed, etc).
