Typically there's a "wait," I think I Tim said they were booked a month out, but they were able to squeeze us in since ours was a small job and they had a cancellation. Tim and his colleague did such a great job. I was so impressed at how quickly they got our gutters up and how good they look. I don't think I've ever been so excited for it to rain (which it did a week later and the gutters worked amazingly). Also, Tim was great to talk to and an overall nice guy. I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

He obviously had a lot of experience and was able to help hone in on the right solution for what we needed. The installation was really quick and the installers were polite and cleaned as they went along - very conscientious about doing good work. This was very meaningful and made a big difference to set AC apart. The only less that optimal things I would say Is that it took a very long time from order to installation and there was very little follow up after the order was placed - I had to call to get an update status and coordinate scheduling. Although not a deal breaker, I would have loved just a bit more info for planning etc. Finally - as with everything that is actually good quality, the cost was not super low.
