It's easy to make an appointment online. My sessions always goes smoothly. You can pick the level of gel you want. My session usually takes one hour. The staff is always friendly and attentive. They help make the process goes smoother. You can also enjoy Netflix during your session. It helps the time goes by much quicker. Touch up sessions are also easy and affordable. Afterward, they give you thorough instructions on what you should eat and not eat. I do experience sensitivity after a few hours later but it usually goes away the next day. Dr. Inman then proceeded to do several things without discussing cost with me. I later found out that they are not in my network and when I called them to discuss this they told me that Dr. Inman stands by his work. The x-rays were so bad that he took that the new dentist office that I'm going to couldn't even use the x-rays. After calling the doctors office and explaining the situation I was told they would talk to Dr. Inman and I was told I would get a phone call back. Two days later I made my phone call back to the office to find out what they were going to do about overcharging my insurance card from a dentist that's not even in my network I was hung up on by the lady that works there because she didn't want to discuss how I felt I was charged for things without having prior discussion on what it would cost. Very shady very unprofessional definitely do your research before going to any dentists but I can tell you right now this office could care less about the patient.
