Tried a new nail salon and Had the worst pedicure of my life. She kept pushing me to do gel. I just wanted a standard pedicure. The cuticles and nails were barely cut. The polish was so thick and old, she has to go put thinner in it. Some of my old polish was left on and there were bumps where the cuticle weren't trim. I passed on the manicure after I saw how she did on the pedicure. Sat under the dryer to dry my polish and noticed the gross dust on the dryer. Won't be back here read more

Made an appointment for 5 of us for a fun family day out - 4 pedicures and 1 manicure. 2 of us had our pedis done while the other 2 waited. (We were all scheduled at the same time.) Those who went first were done in about 10 minutes. My cuticles were untouched, she used the hot stones for maybe 2 minutes and then kept pushing for a gel without mentioning the $20 additional fee. I also had to ask multiple times for her to work on my heels a bit more. She acted as if she was bothered to do so. I was charged $70 for my very quick, very rushed, very unprofessional service. (Like I said, it lasted about 10 minutes.) Then I sat and waited for 45 minutes for the other two people in our group to get their pedicures. Only 3 of the 4 people got polish, but we were all charged full price. Upon checkout, they would not take a credit card even though it is clearly displayed on the door as an accepted form of payment. They would only accept Zelle or cash, which we didn't have. Then suddenly they were able to accept Venmo. Total bill was $300 which included a tip. We will not go back and will be finding another place for regular, ongoing appts. My suggestion is that you skip this location and find another one that appreciates your business and doesn't compromise on the treatment you're paying for. read more

Noble West Nails is great! They have careful COVID protections in place, and they do beautiful work. Niki, Bill, and Jennifer are excellent. I just visited yesterday, and Niki gave me a gel mani pedi with a pretty Christmasy color (their #246). It's best to take cash. They reward you with $5 off after several visits logged on a punchcard. I've been going to this salon for a few years with my friends. No more. There were nail clippings on the floor under the table, and on the towel where she put my hands. Not sure if they were real or from acrylics, but gross no matter. I brushed them to the edge thinking she'd notice them and do something. Nope. She didn't remove them or change the towel. After she took off my (non-gel) polish, she dremeled my nails and cuticles. That hurt! I flinched, but that didn't stop her or make her be more careful for the next hand. When starting to polish I noticed she wasn't using the color I selected. When I asked her about it she said it was the same - it just looked different, I think. I couldn't understand her very well as she had a mask on but since she didn't stop or offer me to pick another color, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought my tired eyes were playing tricks. After the first full coat on both hands, I knew it wasn't what I wanted (I wanted a faint pink, almost white) but the color she used wasn't bad so I didn't say anything more. After the polish was dry she started clipping around my nails with cuticle clippers. I wasn't sure why, she'd already done that and dremeled them. When she was done and and I looked at them and they were horribly messy. She said I could peel the excess paint off. Then I noticed she filed my nails into a round shape. I came in with square/oval. She didn't even ask me what shape I wanted. Since they were shorter, well-shaped, and didn't need much work- I didn't think of monitoring her as she was filing. I should have! I sat there fuming, but didn't say anything because my 12 yo daughter had patiently waited her turn. I wanted to think and process the situation. I took these pics and sent them to my two friends who go there all the time. They said it was BS and she should fix it. After my daughter's nails were down, I asked her to reshape my nails to be more square. She giggled and apologized for not asking me what shape I wanted. I couldn't understand the reason she gave, but she was laughing. I wasn't. Then I asked her to clean up my nails with a brush and acetone. She picked up the cuticle clippers and started cutting the excess polish from my skin. I told her to stop as it hurt by now and I wanted to keep my skin. She said I already picked off most of it anyway. (I shouldn't have had any!!) Then she asked me how I was paying. I told her debit card (I had cash for a tip b/c I knew they only accepted cash tips). She asked if I could pay with check or cash. I told her I didn't have either but I could pay with a debit card. She asked me if I could go get cash. I reiterated I would pay by debit card. She then handed me a piece of paper with a QR code and asked me to pay her via Zelle. I begrudgingly paid her $79 for my and my DD' gel manicures. I really tried not to be one of "those" customers, but she made it so hard. I won't be going back. read more

Almost didn't go here because of the recent reviews that didn't look so great. But I wanted it to work out because it's so close to my house, so I tried it. Glad I did. I had a great experience with Jennifer. Was a walk-in at noon on a Thursday. Already appeared busy, which was a good sign. Got a gel mani and gel pedi. Waited under 10 mins all while my feet soaked. Pedi water was pretty hot and she changed it for me but it got too cold, as some others have mentioned. I could've spoken up about it but didn't. Jennifer was speedy and provided high quality mani/pedi. I will be going back. read more

RACISM- just experienced a very racist encounter with the owner! She word for word said "people who look like you..." and it just completely shocked me. I've been there on several instances for gel manicures, pedicures and eyebrows and have occasionally seen the owner arguing with customers but this was my first run in with her and will obviously be my last time going to this shop after her comments. Very rude and unfortunate and Unforgetable experience. I would look for a better shop to visit if you want good customer service. read more

When she finally did she left every 5 minutes to go fix something else. I have been going to Noble West for a few years. The last couple of times I have been very disappointed in their service and professionalism. I just had a pedicure and did not want gel nails. Once the young lady finished the package I picked, she told me I would have to wait for another manicurist to apply the polish. I wanted at least 10 minutes, while the manicurist I started with left to start with someone else. Finally, someone came over and completed the service. I felt completely dismissed due to not having gel and having to wait for someone else, which made no sense. When I went to pay they wanted me to pay by cash; I have always payed by credit card, which has never been an issue. The young lady was visibly not happy that I was paying with a credit card. Their customer service has deteriorated over the last year. I have always enjoyed this salon, but will not be returning! read more

I have tried this place twice. The first time I did a dip. The dip ruined my nails. It was probably more of the process than the provider. WARNING, they do NOT accept anything but CASH tips. I rarely if ever carry cash so they were SOL. The second time my daughter dragged me in I was more observant of my surroundings. This place should be shut down by the health department. It was filthy. There were nail clippings everywhere at my station. There was old polish, dust, and dirt. I should have just walked out. Two days later, my gel chipped. I had friends rave about this place and thought I'd check it out. I wanted to get a gel manicure and called in to make an appointment with Tre, who I heard was amazing. Let me tell you, she most certainly is! I went in a few weeks ago and my nails still look great. They've definitely grown, but the way the grew out doesn't make my manicure look bad. Tre really knows what she's doing. The decor was pretty nice. The chairs were very comfortable and the pedicure station looked so relaxing. It was really clean too, which is always a bonus! I was shocked to see the previous reviews on this site-I have always had a GREAT experience here. The owner greets me by name when I enter and proceeds to ensure that I (along with all of his other customers) am well taken care of. I've been going to this place since it opened, and before that I went to another of his salons! I recently moved out of state and have been having a hard time finding a place that compares! Even when I come in when in the area, the owner always asks how I'm doing and how my new home is (remembering the details I told him at prior visits). As for nails, this is hands down the best mani/pedi I've had (beating locations in multiple states and multiple "levels" of salons). Never sloppy, never chips, never peels. And even when I have messed up my nails on my own accord, they are more than happy to completely redo the ruined nail(s). I have many times chosen this location over a spa because of the quality of service and professionalism. My nails were looking bad and I just had no time to get them done until Sunday. I looked for a place open and ran into this little gem. The staff were polite and friendly. I was seen right away, although there was a little wait at my booth, but with the crowd I was still surprised I was seen pretty quickly. Such a cute little salon and the prices are reasonable. My wife Cari has had countless tests, has been poked and prodded, had a double lumpectomy, reconstructive surgery, chemotherapy and now radiation. She has taken all of this head on while working full time. That's why she was so excited when The Megan Ott Foundation gave her a $200 gift card for her to use with our two daughters. A small victory and an opportunity to forget about cancer for awhile with our daughters. Well there's something called chemo-brain or chemo-fog and it makes you very cloudy, it's very frustrating and believe me it's very real. Cari lost her gift card. When she went to the salon and tried to explain their response was "No, I can't help you". My bald, tired and sad wife left in tears. Cari called the Megan Ott Foundation because she felt like they should know how she was treated. An ambassador of the foundation was kind enough to go to the salon and show them proof of purchase and their receipt. "Sorry, we can't help you". Thanks a lot Noble Nails. read more

I live on the southwest side of Indianapolis but come to Carmel frequently to visit family and friends. I always make time to stop by to get my nails done. The gel manicure lasts for several weeks. There are several nail salons in the area where I live but they never do as good as the people at Noble West Nails! Keep up the great job. read more

I tried Noble West Nails today for the first time, based on the recommendation of several friends. The pedicure was really good. However, the technician talked on her phone on speaker phone the entire time I was getting my pedicure. The few minutes that she was not on her phone, she was taking under her breath. I feel as though she was completely unprofessional, and unhappy to be there. People in the chairs across from me were also looking a bit annoyed. It definitely wasn't the relaxing experience I was hoping for, but I'm pretty happy with the actual pedicure. read more

Very poor customer service. I was very disappointed in my experience yesterday. I called the day before and made an appointment for myself and mother for our first time there. I didn't get my pedicure until an hour after my appointment. There was "No Sorry" or any kind of apology made. The pedi was JUST OK! I will NEVER go back! Avoid at all costs! Someone gave me a gift card, so I checked them out last summer. The woman who did my pedicure didn't make eye contact once with me, which is very disconcerting and makes me wonder if she's being forced to do something she really doesn't want to do? But the worst part was when she tried to use a razor blade on my feet ... um, no thank you, that's a violation of health code! If you're not a physician or a podiatrist, you have no business using a blade on my feet. Had scheduled 2 appointments for 5pm. They took us back to pedicure chairs and told us to have a seat. After waiting for more than 25 minutes in a pedicure chair without feet soaking and watching them take someone who did not have an appointment for their nails, we left. Nice interior...BUT ...sloppy work. Went in for a simple polish change on my fingers ($8) and the girl left polish all around my fingers. I waited until she finished to say something thinking she might go back around the edges to clean them up but she did not do it. So I pointed out all the polish around my fingers and then she dipped a brush in remover and went around them. Every time I have been there I have been disappointed. The staff do not manage their time well and are always rushing (causing them to do their job poorly) or they make you wait even if you've made appointments with them. I have been there a fair share of times because of its proximity to my home and every time I leave I am incredibly underwhelmed and mad that I paid so much for poor service/mediocre job. They did a great job and were also able to do it quickly too without jeopardizing quality! The staff is very friendly but also won't push you to talk if you just want to read a magazine. I have been coming to this salon for about 18 months they do a good job but the price has gradually increased and increased. It is now one of the more pricey ones around. Trae was amazing but she left the company. My experiences have varied since from rude where I was actually yelled at to adding on 3 to 5 dollar price increase because they had to work harder? I will pay more if the service is good but there are way too many salons to put up with rudeness and price gouging from the owner no less. Looking for new place. read more
