Honestly, I love the Dr's at Noble Quest. The Dr's are friendly and prompt. It is the reason why I call my insurance to ask to continue my care with their doctors. HOWEVER, my recent experience with the receptionist was disappointing. I called to schedule an appointment and was placed on hold for about 5 minutes, only to be told, "I'm going on my lunch break." A better approach would have been to either not answer the call if unavailable or kindly apologize and ask me to call back later. I hope this feedback helps improve the front desk experience because the doctors provide excellent care. read more

They need to improve customer center(scheduling appointments). They schedule me telehealth appointment December 10, 2025 at 11:00am but the Dr didn't call, ive been calling them many times but no one answering after many attempts. Like around 2:30pm one lady answered my call, following up my scheduled appointment at 11am and she said that the Dr was busy and will call me at 4pm. I didn't get any call no one answered my call for more than 20 times calling them, and then 1 answered but he just transferred me to scheduling appointment, but still no one answered its just automated machine leaving voicemail. This is the worst i had experience in this clinic. I started calling them around 4:10pm just to follow up my appointment but no one dares to answer my call, I dont think theyre close by that time since its clearly shows that they close at 5pm. This is so disappointing, I will understand if someone will call me back and inform me that they can reschedule my appointment but yet no one ever did. Very very bad experience!!! read more

The lady who works at the call center to make appointments is weird. I thought it was a machine, When you make questions she doesn't respond. I made appointments 3 times and nobody called me, I'm not sure if she didn't process or save my appointments. I have to call many times until they pick up the phones, terrible service! read more

Ready to switch this place is nothing but horrible it's both pysch and primary. I like my therapist but I've had such bad experiences lately and these people don't really seem to care especially the ones picking up the phones to get you apts. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I have been going to NobleQuest the last couple of years and they have been great with my care, especially Dr Alfaro who's very knowledgeable and takes the extra mile to make sure I get the proper care. THIS PLACE IS FRAUD!!..... I made an appointment over a month ago at 10:00 A.M. in the morning. Nobody called me back till 11:00 in the morning. A woman with a broken English by name of ( yoon) call me and didn't even apologized as to why she was late. After just talking to me for only 5 minutes she said she has to go because she has another appointment. She made an appointment for the following visit for July 10th at 10:00 A.M. in the morning. Again, she didn't call me back till 10:40 today. In her report it says, I had a good smile, I was happy. I was sitting straight. We didn't even video call. She didn't even seen my face. How did she know I was smiling and happy. If I was smiling and happy why I was given medication ? It just doesn't make any sense. I'm filling with Board of Psychology. I don't think she needs to have license...HER LICENSE NEEDS TO BE REVOKED!!.. I asked her 4 times to speak to her supervisor. All 4 times she refused my request. Every time you call the office nobody picks up the phone...ALL CALLS ENDS UP IN PHILIPPINES. PEPOLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...FRAUD,FRAUD!! read more

These people are awful! It's hard to get somebody on the phone. They don't call back when you leave a message. Their customer is terrible. When you go into one of these offices it looks like you're in a 3rd world country some where! I saw the doctor and she barely addressed my problems and pushed me out of the door! The staff is super unhelpful! They didn't take my insurance because they failed to report to anthem that the doctor on my insurance card doesn't work there anymore and hasn't for TWO YEARS! So I had to pay cash and then they referred me to a list of doctors that don't take my insurance!!! So what did I pay $45 for? When anthem called them back to correct the mistake they didn't refund my money nor did they forward the referral codes to the doctor they referred me to that didn't take my insurance and I had to find that out on the day of my appointment! These people are the worst! Do not do business with them! This is a total scam! You're not going to get good health care if you do business with these people! If anything bad happens to you after you deal with them, it's 100% your fault! You have been warned! Hopefully it's not too late. This place needs to be shut down immediately! read more

After finding out I was pregnant, I was waiting for a referral from this provider to see an OB/Gyn. When I finally received the referral 2 weeks later, it was way too far from when I live. When I called the provider to request a closer one so that I can deliver at my preferred hospital, they said they would call my insurance to make a modification and would call me back at the end of the day. They never called back and this continued for about a week after speaking to 4 different receptionists including a supervisor. This has caused me so much stress, as I just want to see an Ob/Gyn to start my prenatal care. This whole process delayed my access to seeing a Ob/Gyn to check on the health of my baby and myself. I ended up switching to another provider and will be seen right away, thank God! read more

I Came in for a physical exam today and the doctor was very nice, she was able to help me with all my health concerns I had. The staff was very friendly and were able to accommodate me after I had missed my appointment due to personal errands and I lost track of time. Office was clean and smelled good, I had just recently made a change to this provider and I'm so happy I did. 5 stars ***** for them, well deserved. read more

This clinic is HORRIBLE!!! It's been over 24 hours since I had my "telehealth" call. I was supposed to receive my labwork via email. I'm in pain but they do not give A F@#*. I called 2 hours their excuse was Dr still doing her rounds or whatever and when done it will be sent. I called later that evening, NO CALL BACK! I called this morning and still NO CALL BACK!! Its always the same with this facility. Its time to change to a Dr and/or facility that actually cares and not the first words, "do you have anxiety or stressed?" really?!! so unprofessional not returning calls. One also has to call to follow up on the labwork done because they will NOT call you. You have to call them! But I know if it was a family member, I bet you anything they would be getting a call back ASAP and docs needed to proceed with treatment, referrals and what not! Terrible.. they get away with being so bad because they deal with mostly homeless people They are so bad they are dangerous if you have to rely on them for your medications. Zero follow up. If you are homeless living on the street and cant find any other free clinic to go to... try them if you want good health care .. keep looking almost everyone is better " we were on hold too long with the pharmacy.. " never got my meds .. no follow up I called the number in my card .. it was one of their personal numbers I said who I was and that I was out of important meds and she said.. " who are you?" The only reason I went here was bc I used to work with dr Alfaro n I love her but I never get to see her, the staff is nice but they never answer the phone and they never put in referrals I've had two referral requests at my appointments and one I didn't get until a month later after I called n the other Im still waiting for after calling twice. It's been about 2 months since I've gotten my x rays and I call to ask if my health is at risk and if the results show if I'm okay. They tell me some random stuff about cholesterol and then I ask once again for my results only to be told that they don't have it and that I've gotta wait another week for them to call me back wich I did and they still haven't called back. They do this type of thing constantly and I always need to call them to get them to do thier job otherwise they just sit there with your information and do nothing as your health deteriorates while you wait for a call or info that you'll never receive unless you call them out for thier nonsense. That's if they even pick up the phone wich they never do for weeks or maybe even months. Its like trying to get ahold of the president. My first doctors visit was rushed and I was told to hurry up and describe my symptoms so the doctor can leave and then I was told that it seems like I'm fine even though no evaluation was done. This place is a sham and it needs to be torn down. These people are paid to sit around, play with your information, and do absolutely less than nothing for you. read more

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We walked in at 9am and was seen by the doctor quite quickly. Doc Joey was nice and funny and took the time to explain things well. The waiting time is short, the staff very professional, and the doctors are very knowledgeable and would always explain rationale behind every treatment plan.
