If youre looking for a patio to visit on a nice day, then this is the place. There is plenty of space and its dog friendly. They sometimes have a food truck but if not you can bring your own food in and the staff are always super helpful.

Great little brewery! Homey feel inside with plenty of seating and open space. They have outdoor seating for the nice weather. Great selection of beers. I had a Banana Stand Banana Cream Hefeweizen, very light and flavorful. I also tried the Phase 2 IPA, boozy and strong like I like it! Picked up a Lunar Guidance a Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout at a whopping 13%, I can't wait to try it. Behind the brewery is the Trail Magic Kitchen Food Truck. I had the Magic burger which was outstanding, done perfectly. Next to the brewery they have a meeting room which has its own small bar and plenty of seating for meetings or conferences. Great place!

Nocterra in Scioto Audubon definitely gets a boost from being at Scioto Audubon. Inside is lovely, too, and there's a lot to like about their sustainability efforts and outdoorsy mission. I found the beer in my flight to be solid across the board, and my sample of my wife's espresso martini was a darn good sip for a non-coffee drinker. The food was good. I'm a fan of the Bao Buns, but I blame my own user error for a less than stellar experience with the fried cauliflower. Ordering is done online and there was an S.O.S. option for the order, and I thought it was a type of sauce. I didn't realize until after the fact that it meant "sauce on side." You need to get those babies sauced for the best experience. Overall, I would go back and especially if I had a larger group that could reserve space in their upstairs loft.

We came because we were in the area. The ambiance was lovely with the wood and the plants. Bartender was attentive and kind and beers were good . We got fries from the food truck that was there-- they were ok. Very salty

One of my favorite breweries in all the Columbus area, not only are their beers delish, they have one of the best outdoor seating areas as well!

Really fun time on Sunday as we visited for the John Prine Tribute Band fundraiser for the Central Ohio Folk Festival. We had never been and we came from the East Side and glad we did. I like their beer and enjoyed seeing their brewery. What a great setting. By looking at their event calendar they seem to always have something going on. They mis-staffed the beer bar, two staff people to serve 100s of people and answer the phone. Not good. RayTays BBQ on-site is a plus! Nocterra had it going.

I think I like breweries.... Fun little spot in Powell. Great sours. Got the Hawaiian swell... I think I was on an island kick. Service was friendly and inviting, it was our first visit. So much fun on a summer day. Ray rays smelled so good. I wasn't hungry or I definitely would've ordered food Will need to return

What a cute place! The outdoor space is perfect for summer nights and they have a large variety of beers, ciders and wines for everyone! It would have been 5 stars but 1. Parking is not the easiest by any means. They have very few dedicated parking spots and uptown Powell gets quite busy/full (and you have to know your way around it to find the open lots). The first time I tried to go we literally left because we couldn't find parking anywhere (including the city lots). Just be prepared to be hunting ! 2. My cider was a rotator which means it came from a can - not something I mind BUT it was warm. Any other place I've been has always at least pulled them from the fridge so that was pretty disappointing (especially on a hot night). The cider otherwise would have been great. They do have a sour line my friends enjoy - a little two sour / almost hoppy for me to love but they are decent, especially if that's your thing! Additionally they have food trucks - we found the list on their instagram stories in advance!

Here for high school reunion. Good place, lots of space, and able to book tables/space indoors or on the patio. Very comfortable, good selection of beers, sours, and seltzers as well, especially for a small brewery. I enjoyed the flavors, though keep in mind the seltzer won't have the same fizz as out of the can for your truly/white claw/etc. Bartenders were also very helpful and quick to serve drinks. A new find but I would be back again

FINALLY! Nocterra upp'ed their dining options with their very own food truck, "Trail Magic." I don't know what's better - the convenience of being able to order via QR code from your table without waiting in line or their delicious food options. We tried the: 1) Big Ass Pretzel - debatably the best pretzel I've ever had, light & fluffy with amazing dipping cheese 2) Hangry Hiker - very tasty grilled cheese sandwich, with bonus points for being only $7 3 ) Double Magic Burger - tasty, least favorite of the three because it was a little well done for my liking but would still highly recommend An excellent addition to the amazing Nocterra brews and charming ambiance that we all love!

Amazing brewery with great vibes. Had some fantastic IPAs with Beta Flash, Glass Menagerie, Ripstop, and Onsight. The Ohio Swell Line sour was great, too. Also have to shout-out the great food truck Trail Magic Kitchen, as we got a burger and seasoned fries that was devoured so fast, I forgot to take a picture of it.

    Trees need trimmed for Fireworks!

Perfect for the Powell festival. If they plucked their back tress just a bit and kept the band playing some Fourth of July tunes it would have been perfect, maybe? Or no band? But the trees need trimmed and they would have THE best patio spot. Beers are good, 7$ a beer about. Rays hog pit. Wood fired pizzas the night I was there. Friendly staff. I didn't see any TVs or bar games though so don't look for that here. And around the corner from Ill Mannered as well. Everything close here in Powell.

Our first time trying Nocterra. We have been meaning to for like a year. The weather was gorgeous so it was no surprise that there was a line to get in. They do a great job of keeping you updated and trying to get your seated ASAP. You can also order drinks while you wait, they have plastic DORA cups that they will pour into pretty glass ones if you get seated before you finished your drink. We didn't eat, but they have Ray Rays bbq truck there inside the patio area. The patio area was big and really nice. The band was great. My husband likes the beers her tried. He is a big craft beer man. I love that they have their own seltzer's. They were out of the one I wanted to try the most but the other two were really good. We will definitely go back.

The brewery has a large parking lot, which made it easy to stop in and relax after traveling. We ordered food from the El Catrin food truck parked outside, and it was absolutely amazing--we'll definitely be writing a separate review for them! The bartender was friendly and welcoming, and even gave us a booklet for the local ale trail, which was a nice touch. We tried a flight of five beers and sampled a few others as well. There was a good variety to choose from, and everything we tried was enjoyable. One of our favorite things was that the brewery is dog-friendly. They also have outdoor seating, which made for a great atmosphere to enjoy the beer and the nice weather. We'd definitely stop back the next time we're in the area.

I wanted to try several beers but was initially hesitant due to the price of their individual 5oz pours. The flight discounted those amounts. For the three beers that I landed on, they were all good. It's hard to choose a favorite, but the cinnamon-tinged Emotional Knapsack barely gets the nod over the Nuts for You and Heavy Hearted Amber. They seem to have a long-term partnership with Comida El Catrín food truck in the evenings, and that's a great decision because they're great in every way.

We went today for Father's Day, about six months after the last sub par experience, hoping it would be better. Somehow they ran out of chicken again?! AND lemonade, and they had no kids menus left. Food took forever. I ordered a glass of wine that never arrived - and when we got our check it's just a tablet with a price. We wanted to leave so I didn't even check to see if the wine was still on there. Food was cold, salad was soggy, burger was very meh. "No Soliciting " is a bar we found online - but didn't realize is a private club for members only. We tried The Pearl next door. They were closing in minutes. So we found that North High was the next closest place that closed at 10:00pm. We were also desperate for a restroom. We walked in - the place was devoid of customers - and the bar tender was NOT happy to see us. She had a very long day - and was yearning to "Just. Go. Home." We've all been there. She agreed to let us have one drink in plastic cups - completely understandable. But she messed up by letting us stay - completely underestimating the level of style & charm (not to mention handsomeness) my colleague and I possess *wink* . "One drink" turned into a handful. A good time was had by all. We hated that we had an early morning the next day - and had to return to our hotel well before we would have liked. I will make North High a "mandatory stop" on future visits (alongside my other "mandatory stop" - The Rusty Bucket for their buffalo chicken sandwich - with an extra side of buffalo). Side note - she gave me a taste of their Bloody Mary mix. *VERY* good. I used some of my dashing character and disarming baby blues to swindle them out of a bottle for only $15. It was worth $50. But this was a one-off deal. Don't walk in there expecting the same courtesy - unless you too possess unmatched panache & flair *finger guns*.
