AND it came out right! The couple next to us ordered the Cheese Curds as an appetizer and the portions are very generous. They looked amazing and we'll have to try them next time. We ordered the Blistered Brussels with Parmesan. Impressive. Not greasy. Crispy with a pop of flavor but not overpowering like some places.
