Lumba's was very quick to respond to my request and provided a quote FAR more competitive than the others. Communication overall was very good (I called and it went to voicemail once, but received return call shortly thereafter), car-towing experience was handled professionally, and all done at a great price! I was curious why Yelp had three (3) "not recommended" reviews for Lumba's Towing and found that these 5-star, positive reviews were likely excluded because the user hadn't submitted a review before and it was relatively short, which doesn't make sense to me. So a customer, for the first time, feels so strongly about the great service received from Lumba's that he/she decides to leave a brief review to let others know about their great experience with the company... Then Yelp! buries it, likely because it's their first review and is relatively brief. I'm sure Yelp! has its reasons, but I want Lumba's to get the credit they deserve so I mentioned it in my opening line. I found the info for AJ Towing and Recovery from a Google search and called. The phone was answered in one ring by one of the most professional and friendly people, it was probably the owner! He got my location and info and had a nice and safe flatbed truck on the way immediately. The driver, Tony was there in like 15 minutes and it was starting to rain so he said I could wait in the truck while he swiftly loaded the Saab. He had me back home and unloaded quickly, plus he was able to take my credit card with a mobile device.
