She was there for 23 hours and we were charged for two days of boarding and another $10 for picking her up during their "closed" hours. We picked her up at 1pm and apparently you are charged more if you pick your dog up between 10am-2:30pm. The total cost for 23 hours of boarding was $104.50. We will continue to take our dog here for daycare, but will never board her here, again. It was a total ripoff.

So I could have left him there again all day and all night because I paid for it. He is at home but I'm paying for another night. The owner is amazing, she is very attentive and listens when you have any concerns or needs. My pup comes home smelling amazing and nails perfectly trimmed! Plus she lets him socialize with her dog and other dogs which has really helped him come out of his shell. The only thing I can criticize is the hours (closed by 1 or 2 depending on the day) but other than that I have nothing but great things to say!

My pup also goes to Dogtopia in Omaha several days a week as I work out of multiple offices and Healthy Tails is as valued by us as the first class Dogtopia in the big cities. One true bonus with Healthy Tails where they even have an edge on Dogtopia is having a vet on premises. A few times my pup has needed something that I would have had to schedule a special visit at our regular vet, take time off work, etc. but since the vet is there at Healthy Tails, they're able to take care of his needs during the day when he's also there for fun with his buddies. Truly a great place and a gem for a smaller community like Shenandoah. My pup and I recommend.
