I have a small studio salon and wanted a very specific table in size and shape that was sheathed in metal. Not only did they take on my project, but they took a generous amount of time to discuss with me my options. They didn't steer me to the most expensive options. I was talked through the pros and cons of the different materials and options. And the results were PERFECT. The customer service is unmatched. You couldn't find a better team to work with. Shop had tire and appointment set in three days. Service rep was polite and proved knowledgeable when asked about future service requirements. Bike was in and out of shop within 45 minutes. Price (hour clock) of service was less than expected. I would have given them 5 stars except the tire was priced almost 80 dollars over what Revzilla quoted me. I drove an hour to just get the fairing bolts to be told they close down for lunch, I would have to wait an hour...(never disclosed, argued said I hung up on him. I never did, socially awkward waited for him to have a response before I hung up to make sure they had time to see the bike just for the missing parts) When I asked to schedule an appointment to check the front tire (honestly seems like it just needs to be balanced) told him I couldn't drop the bike off I would have to make an appointment I live an hour away the man said no and walked away from his desk and away from me.
