Lots of empty shelves and even the thrifty section was reduced to one station flavors. I only came for thrifty so will not be reviewing the entire store. There was only one staff working that we saw for the entire store! There were probably more but they were inside stocking and cleaning so we could only get the one staff to help. She sounded stressed out when we asked questions about the ice cream. So far, ice cream selection was very limited. We had to pay at the cashier first and then walk back to get our ice cream, no cones though, only cup. We ordered a single chocolate malted Krunch, I really wanted to like it but to be honest it was so meh. There were frost bites in some of the edges, there is a hint of peppermint in the first bite, and the whole scoop was very watery. Overall, I usually love thrifty ice cream but this is one I don't think I'll come back unless it's the closest option (which it was for us at the time).

Since I've been sick for quite some time I do see them frequently and they just are wonderful people. That kind of makes my day when I'm feeling down. They also will let you know in detail the different side effects that will help with the medications. They toss out an empty basket without saying a word, I ask them if it's for my id or my card, they don't respond so I just put both. They give my medicine and a pen with a receipt but it has no signature line. The guy is still staring so I ask if I'm supposed to sign, no response again so I sign the paper and put it back. I ask them if I need anything else and the lady comes over upset and says "you signed the wrong paper, here sign this one"... there was no other paper other than my medicine bag? These people have no heart or empathy, you are working with sick people and this is how you treat them... that's pure evil, do work at place where you don't need to interact with others, remote jobs exist!! Avoid the big guy and the woman with the curly hair at all costs. You don't know when they will just randomly snap on you. UPDATE: I called to talk to the store manager and it turns out the guy who kept staring and ignoring me was the manager, Michael. To make matters worse, when I asked if my receipt could be emailed to me, considering how uncomfortable they made me feel, he refused and told me I would have to return to the store in person. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect from "management" was honestly shocking.
