Drive up takes forever and cashiers also take a long time to approach customers at the register. The photo department also is a long wait. There's usually only two people working at a time. They are usually in the aisles fixing or stocking product and they are not aware of who and how many are waiting to pay! read more

Walgreens pharmacy is very difficult to contact. One has to endure automated message taking forever to actually be connected to the pharmacy. I just wanted pricing on 2 Rx before I renew. Well, then, I'm kept on hold for 15 minutes listening to horrible music that makes elevator music tolerable. Then, the phone rings making me think I'm going to speak to a live person. 20 times it rang then put back on hold. Finally I get a recording stating "we're experiencing difficulty, call back, goodbye". The music needs to go but I think they should also add a hold time message telling us how long a wait we're in for, then we can choose to hold or call back. This is a lousy way to do business. read more

Description of Incident: I am writing to formally report a deeply uncomfortable experience I had with an employee at your store. While I was shopping, a female staff member who was stocking shelves began following me through various sections of the store. Rather than offering assistance, she repeatedly stared at me with a look that felt aggressive and threatening. Because of the persistent nature of her following me and her hostile demeanor, I felt physically unsafe and extremely unwelcome. I went in there for allergy meds and It was urgent, unfortunately some meds are under keys. We pressed the button for assistance and no one was coming. Unfortunately the wait was long, the person was still friendly when he came to open it for us... but it would be nice if you guys scheduled more people. I finally had to call the store to let them I've been outside waiting for more than 10 minutes. So far, I've had 1 good experience and 1 not so good experience. Went to this location last Friday for curbside staff is horrible horrible!! especially the manager/supervisor with her mask on .her rudeness should not be tolerated by corporate anymore!! I've given Walgreens multiple chances, but my experience has been consistently frustrating. The store is often disorganized, and the shelves are either messy or missing key items. The wait times at the pharmacy are ridiculously long, even when there aren't many people in line. Prescriptions take forever to get filled, and there's little communication when there are delays. The customer service could be much better--some employees seem indifferent and not very helpful when you have questions. On top of that, the prices are higher compared to other stores, even for basic items. Overall, Walgreens has been more of a hassle than a convenience. Unless I absolutely have to, I try to shop elsewhere. read more

This is my local Walgreens and I can say I go pretty often but now! I'm not going to go back for a while I'll drive to CVS on Nogales because everytime I go there's no cashiers and the line is 20 people long in the photo department. This is not good for customer service, also hire friendly employees. Some people are mad and mean alot sitting down at the register (not throwing anyone under the bus). read more

I've been going to this Walgreens pharmacy for years, I would say the overall experience is fine, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The pharmacy technician at the drive thru window, a lady, is clearly lacking costumer service. While the transaction was completed efficiently, I was disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. There was no greeting, no "thank you," and no clear indication when the interaction was complete. A bit more courtesy and communication would greatly improve the customer service. read more

I waited at the pharmacy 20 minutes to be told they didn't accept my rx insurance. Was also verbally harassed by the older gentleman behind my picking up his prescription because I wouldn't move up and harass the one poor girl working and rush her. "Entiende inglés? The line to pick up/drop off medications is over 35 minutes long. It is not acceptable to expect patients to wait that long. They don't answer the phone either. I was on hold for over 20 minutes when I gave up. I think they need to hire more employees. read more

The hours are inconsistent. Pharmacist will leave early, causing me to miss prescription pickup and dosage. Store hours are ridiculous and they never have the meds you need. I won't be returning to this pharmacy anymore. Walgreens as a brand doesn't want to pay their pharmacists what they deserve, shaving down hours as much as possible, so the customers are the ones who pay the price in the end. read more

I have been going to this Walgreens since they opened years ago. There is a kind hearted checker named Pearla and I just had to say a few words. I have seen this woman for years ALWAYS SMILING and greeting customers with a warm hello. I cant expect enough how much my children and I enjoy her warm attitude. I went for my Covid J&J shot here when the pandemic was at its height. 4/2021. Very nice and friendly staff. Went back for the booster 12/2021. They have a nice private area to administer the shots and the staff is busy but nice and professional. They made me feel very comfortable. Now I'm back for the second booster! I had my passport photo taken here and it was pretty fast. Then when I went to the post office. The agent stated that it was not acceptable. I had to take it over again at the USPS for another $15. So I thought to myself I wonder if I can get my refund from Walgreens. So I went in and the store director Vanessa helped me. She was so nice and polite and thoughtful. VANESSA clearly hates her job. I went there for the Photo Department. I called ahead and got the run-down of how to enlarge a photo from a really nice guy. When I went in person I told the lady at the counter (Vanessa) that I wanted to enlarge a picture, she curtly directed me to the Kiosk. I asked her a few questions as she 'helped', and her responses were short and she seemed annoyed, like I was bothering her. Once I was done scanning the picture, she turns to me and said that she forgot that the system was down so I'd have to come back later. Alright, stuff happens so I wrote my number and asked that she call me when it's back up and running. She called about 15 mins later and said the system was working again. I returned and a different girl (really nice) helped scan the photo. The same lady, Vanessa, turned to another customer at the kiosk next to me and told her that the system was down so the lady's stuff wouldn't be sent and she would have to come back later. The worker helping me asked Vanessa if I would also have to come back, Vanessa said yeah. She DID NOT ONCE address me or apologize for the inconvenience. I literally just drove back AGAIN after being turned away and she said nothing to me. I honestly just laughed walking out of there. I was just so baffled at how rude she was. read more

Shouldn't you check if you offer to send a notification? They supposedly updated it and waited over 2 hours, no notifications, went back and they had it. read more

Not the best Walgreens around (consider the neighborhood), but not too bad either. The store is usually clean and kept up nicely. This is a store where you definietly want to examine store specials, store coupons and other coupons before purchasing items. Their regular prices are high, but you get a deal with the sales and coupons. Don't be tempted to purchase non- sale or coupon items since you might be better off driving or walking up the hill to Target. The staff here are pretty incompetent in general, but as long as your expectations are not too high you don't have to worry. It is much better than the Rite Aid across the street. read more

This pharmacy will kill you! I didnt pick up my heart meds " on time" so they sent it back. No biggie. I can wait again since it was my bad. But to remove my medication from auto refill is a crime. You are a pharmacist. How dare you not refill my medical Doctors orders. Not only once but twice. I went 6 months without taking my meds that prevent me from stroking out because i simply didn't pick up my meds on " your" time. You are playing with peoples lives. ***** FOR PHOTO KIOSK ***** If you are around the area and still shooting 35mm film and/or using disposable cameras, they will develop your film here in an hour. It was my first time getting my film developed here today (date of review), and the woman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She however told me it would take two hours, though I didn't mind because I live in the area and some things to do before I came back to pick up my film/prints (they will put your images on a CD if you ask). The 4 star rating is because when I came back four hours later for pick up, my prints had not been printed yet and they still had to cut my negatives, so I had to wait a little longer. Came to pick up a package on hold from Fedex. On the website, it states packages will be held for 5 business days. The package arrived on Monday and I was picking it up Wednesday (3rd business day). However, when I came to retrieve my package, a girl with a bad attitude told me that they were about to "send it back." I said, "it arrived Monday." And she still claimed that it would have been sent back on Thursday. Wouldn't recommend relying on their fedex service if they are going to go against their own policy? I assume she just did the math incorrectly and was maybe to arrogant to admit otherwise. Very unpleasant experience. However, another girl at the register who checked us out was fabulous.
