They're probably older than me. The "dressing rooms" are pathetic, and have like a potato-sack cloth covering the doorway. The old guy who works here is nice enough, but doesn't do good work and charges WAYYYY too much for what he does do. I don't know why I went here again. The last time he screwed up my jeans. I'm sure he'll ruin the simple job I gave him this time too. There's just so much garbage lying around. This place needs a serious cleaning and update. Violette was one of the three seamstresses recommended by the shop and so I assumed it would be excellent service. This was the worst seamstress experience I have ever had. Do not take your wedding dress here!!!! Her craftsmanship is sloppy and she left jagged edges and unfinished seems all over my dress. I ended up having 6 fittings the last three were supposed to be the last one but she just didn't finish. She acts friendly and is pleasant to be around but she doesn't even remember you name or any details for that matter. Please take your dress anywhere but here.

She charged a very good rate for the hours of work she put in. I called her in May to schedule my first round of fittings. I had three total fittings, about a month apart from each one. I show up the next day, she is sitting over my dress zipper off eating toast absolutely no work has been done. I walked into a next door tailor to see if someone professional can actually do the service I'm looking for, once I found a tailor I went back to ladies and men's tailor to get my dress and go to another shop and she physically grabbed my dress out my hand and refused to let me take it. She also accused me of hitting her in her face when she realized I wasn't going to pay for the shabby service. I had to get the police involved and at the end of the day had to pay the 260 dollars for an awfully serviced dress, the police officer actually recommended that I take her to small claims court and also recommended using the tailor next door. for a officer to tell me to not use a business because this is what happens speaks volumes. I truly hope this lady serves justice because I was robbed and embarrassed.
