Ok I walked in and was blown away by the ambience, it is really gorgeous inside. The front desk lady asked what service (mani/pedi) I needed and asked me to pick a color for my toes. I was seated in a massage chair but the water was lukewarm which annoyed me a bit. They tried three times to get it warmer...I gave up on that...The male doing my pedi knicked my big toe. He tried being gentle but kept trying to finish that big toe but it was stinging. There was a beautiful lady (not sure if she's the owner/manager) who she seemed confident and did an acrylic nail on my index finger. Another lady took over my Pedi and another lady finished my mani but neither spoke any English which made it difficult to communicate with them. I had a rounded nail that I needed to match my other nails but she kept ignoring me. It wasn't until the young lady at the desk who periodically walked back (at least 3-4 times) asking if everything was going ok that she cleaned up a few nail polish areas on my hand and filed my nail down. I came in for eyebrow services and received service from Cindy (I believe is her name). She did ok work on my eyebrows but gave horrible service. I was disturbed by some of her comments such as, "Is your hair real?", "Your head looks too little for that to be all your hair.". Also, when asked how I liked my eyebrows I gave feedback (one was thinner) she attempted to fix it then shrugged her shoulders stating, "They will grow back!". After receiving this service, I told the receptionist my preference for Hannah (first eyebrow tech). Fast forward, I returned to find out Hannah has left the shop. I told the receptionist (Kathy) I would pass on the eyebrows and just get a pedicure. While I was receiving my pedicure Kathy approaches me again recommending another tech. I agreed thinking that there is no way she would recommend someone who could not deliver. Especially knowing I was unsatisfied on my prior visit. Wrong, I left with string thin eyebrows and found out the tech just started working there and could not actually do eyebrows. Kathy and employees insisted that the tech knew what she was doing, even though she had only been there for two weeks. However, it was hard to believe as I stood there with wax on my eyelids and overly thin eyebrows. read more

I was really excited to read all the rave reviews posted here . I have been here twice. The first time I arrived, Christine the owner greeted me and was super friendly . My first time I had Sara for a great pedicure and Lyn who did my gel fill- ins. She left them a little longer than I usually prefer but I could work with it. I asked for my non gel toes and gel nIls to be painted the same color. They weren't , but they weren't off by too much. I made another appointment. Funny thing was, I was never called for a reminder . I went anyway. When I arrived, I was told Sara was no longer working there and Lyn had a doctor's appointment. Okay- but why didn't they call me ahead of time to tell me? I would have changed my appointment time. Kim did an okay job with my pedicure. Cindy started on my hands right away. I felt rushed. She nicked one finger till it bled, and my right thumb still aches 3 days later. The polish is uneven and doesn't cover my full nails. Needless to say, I won't be back. It's a beautiful place and the folks are friendly, but I am not looking for a friend, I am wanting a relaxing environment with my nails done properly. This ain't it. read more

I went here for the first time on Friday. I asked for a mani and pedi with a French tip polish. No gel no tips, just basic. The technician comes over doesn't ask me anything about my nails except do I want them cut short. She then proceeds to do my manicure. Doesn't buff my nails doesn't smooth my edges goes right into the white tips then proceeds immediately with the top coat. I asked if she was going to detail out the tips and she asked me why. I said that it's not even. She tells me that it's hard with just the reg nail polish to clean them up. So she does a little then moves on to my pedi. As I'm sitting there I'm looking at my nails and I am just not happy. They are still uneven and it does not look like a professional job. I decide not to have her do my toes since she did not do such a good job on my nails but asked if she would detail my nails a little more. She goes back again to the nail polish saying that when you try to buff the edges it will mess up the polish. "Obviously". I explain to her that the lines are not straight and thicker and thinner on each nail. I asked her to then take the polish off my nails I got to check out I pay $55 for a manicure and pedicure with no polish. So the next day I call and explain what happened. I'm asked to come back in on Monday and someone would take care of me. So I go back in tell the women that greeted me why I'm here. She goes to the back and when she returns she tells me that the original nail tech said I did not want my toe nails painted. I let her know the reason was because she did such a poor job on my nails that I didn't think it was a good idea to let her. This women is not even a manager. She then starts to argue with me saying I didn't pay for this or that. She said that every time I come in I am a problem. Mind you. I had only been there the one time which was the service I was trying to get fixed. I let her know she must be mistaken. I asked to speak to the manager she said that he was not there gave me his phone number and told me I can call him. So I did I let him know what happened and he said he would call me back. He has not. I will not be returning to this nail place. read more

First off - David did a great job on my pedicure. Very pleased with that! He was wonderful. However...I got SNS (did not catch name of tech, but he was a young guy). He layered the product too thickly, and my nails chipped less than a week later. It has Now been about 11 days since I got the SNS applied, and I have four chipped nails. I have a special event tomorrow - this is unacceptable! I will not be back. read more

Honestly I was there last September right after they opened and they not only did NOT offer any sort of discount (even though it was within weeks of their opening but it was also 10:30 am and nobody was there the entire time I was there which was almost 2 hours for a week pedicure and a new set put on. I have been going to various nail salons in the 30340 area and Noire Nail Bar ATL exceeded my expectations-- by far the best nail service I ever received. As soon as you're seated, you are offered a beverage. It's great that they offer that to everyone versus just asking a select few customers (like another nail salon that I don't go to anymore) All the staff was sweet. The lady who did my nails (sorry, did not see a name tag) was very attentive to my toe nails and took her time. There was even a hot towel before the nail polish and there was a great foot massage in between. Pin, who did my nails was also very attentive. I asked for a design and they turned out so cute! I also, got my eyebrows waxed there and it came out good too! I would highly recommend this place. It's located in a quaint shopping center right off the busy roads. I went here to get my nails done and showed them a picture of what i wanted. They started to shape my nails and had maybe 3 different people working on my nails back to back because they were busy. They were very rough on my nails and after kindly telling them that i didn't like the shape they told me they wouldn't finish my nails and left me there to soak them off in acetone. I had a great experience with Benji the first time I went. He was able to do the design I wanted really well and the shape was excellent. Fast forward to my second appointment. After I called to schedule with Benji just three weeks after my first appointment, I was told he no longer works there, so I chose to see anyone available since I'd only been once before. When I arrived on time for my second appointment no one was at the front desk and the waiting room was full. I waited, unattended, for more than five minutes without so much as a hello before someone got up from sitting with me in the waiting room to ask if I needed to check in. Apparently she was a nail tech... and she ended up being the tech who did my SNS manicure. I wasn't getting any designs or changing my shape so I felt it would be straightforward. The tech started applying my SNS powder without doing a base coat of the clear powder first, which I thought was strange, but j said nothing, as I don't like to interrupt work unless there's an issue with the shape or design. Who knows, maybe they had some brand of piercer that didn't require a base coat. I don't think that's the case though because after four coats of pink powder, you could still see the white of my nail straight through once it was dry and she had applied the activating coat. I was told that because she had already applied the activating coat, there was nothing she could do about the color and that the only option was to apply a similar gel color on top. Not only is this not what I asked for, but it made my nails so thick and unnatural looking. I had to ask for some money to be taken off at the end and was told they could accommodate "this time" but going forward, I need to complain earlier if there is an issue with the color, EVEN THOUGH the tech herself said the powder was brand new and there shouldn't be a reason why it would be so sheer following the activating coat. I don't know for sure if this issue could have been avoided by a base coat but I do know I've never had this issue before and I've also never had SNS applied without a base coat read more

Way overpriced. The place is beautiful and I tried to love the service by giving it a handful of tries but every time I go I'm disappointed in the service. Even when appt is scheduled they make you wait for service to start. No social distancing. My last visit was may 3rd and I got my feet done by Ben and hands done by Benji. Very nice people but I waited 30 minutes on Ben before he started with me. Didn't wash his hands after he completed previous customer so I asked him to wash his hands before touching me. Then a girl came and sat next to me and I guess the water wasn't hot enough for her so he was kind enough to fix it for her but then he places his hand in her water then wanted to go back to doing my toes. I stopped him! That's so disgusting. I paid $90 for this service. I had to come back the next day because the SNS on one of my nails broke. I left the second day and tell me why 2 nails broke already. Today is May 11th but those 2 nails broke 2 days ago. I didn't bother to go back. I always get my nails done every 2 weeks and I usually go to a different salon. This is the first time I've had 3 nails break in a matter of a couple days. The problem is Benji made them too thin in comparison to how others do them. I have been getting sns for years so to pay this much for this type of service is disappointing. read more

Unfortunately, the grand opening discount is not for manicures or basic pedicures. It applies to only the more expensive pedicures and eyelashes. Very misleading! I've been here about three times and first two times were pretty nice. The atmosphere is very pleasant. If you want to feel pampered this is the spot! Well one of the nail techs came to me while I was waiting and "polished up" my nails meaning he just passed by my nail with the electric nail filer... then he left me there for another ten minutes.. He cut them to my desired length and I was okay. Here's where things go south.. he didn't ask me for what shape I wanted, he didn't even even my nails out. I came here because I had a coupon for eyelash extensions. I didn't have high expectations as this is a nail salon but I was very disappointed with my service. The lady put so much lash glue at the base of my lashes the extensions were all clumped together and the next few days most of the lashes had already fallen out and was actually hurting my eyelids.
