When I say I am PISSSSSEDDDDDDDDD still about my nails. I went in yesterday for a SIMPLE STYLE. Literally , just acrylic !! Same style I went to them before . They had TWO chances and still did not serve me the way I have expected . They do not LISTEN TO SIMPLE instructions, when listening would've helped them soo much in this situation. And then when I asked for them to take them off, he didn't charge me and told me they will look crazy if he did cut them off. I still wished he CUT THEM OFF. My nails look like trident GUM pieces. They a highly uneven HUGH and blocky!! the first set looked like Nickelodeon logos. THE nails are soo uneven and HUGH it's an inconvenient . I dead ass CRIEDDDDDD in this place my nails were so ugly. I CRIED!!! And to even get the work fixed the starting price is 130, because it was really that bad !!the first photo is what I asked for and the second is the trash I got . I am very particular about my nails, and I can tell when a nail professional is just trying to get me out their seat and think I do not know anything about nail shape , or color. Or like im just one of those people who doesn't get their nails done often. My nail didn't even have an Apex!!!! Just flat . They went for a COLOR rather than a LOOK, and to work in art; you need to train your eyes the proper time to do both. Don't let them trash your nails like they did me.

I've been going to Jay faithfully for 2 years! He's attentive to detail and has the best sense or humor. I proudly make the 30 min drive every 3 weeks to see him. For pedicures, I usually am flexible with this service. Everyone does a great job. However, when I'm able to snag him I request Uncle Ben. He does not rush the process and checks in to make sure you're satisfied along the way.

I've been coming to this nail salon for 5 years now. They changed locations and I followed. I love the cleanliness, the staff is so friendly, any design I've asked for they can do. Some nail salons you may find only one person that can do your nails how you like it.. here I have like 4. Also for the girlies that like a good drink.. complementary drinks at the bar

I love Noire Nail Bar! I drive from the airport area just for V! She does the perfect set for my nails. In fact my friend Mariah has been going to V for almost 2 years and I didn't want to go because of how far it is from where I live but she's amazing. Also did I mention they have a complimentary bar.

I came here after having very bad experiences at other nail salons, they fixed the bad acrylics I had and made them perfect, were very nice and took their time on my nails. Definitely would recommended and will be going back! read more

This place is the worst. I came in for SNS and no one was there. That should of been the first red flag. They try really hard to create this luxury atmosphere but it comes off as very cheap. I had a young boy do my nails. He had to be 15 years old. His hands were so sweaty, i should of asked for another technician. The whole thing was cringe worthy and i was waiting for it to be over. My sns came out terrible. The color came out very translucent. It ended up chipping and cracking that week. I will never go back and continue to tell anyone who asks not to either. read more

It's hard for me to write this, but I will never go again!! I started going a few months and I have long natural nails and I got a gel manicure and sometimes SNS. The tech ONLY use a drill for everything, cutting cuticles, sanding down your natural nail (which any experienced tech should know that you use just file and buff). Over time this wore down my nail, then eventually I got a nail put on, then next month another nail (I expressed my concern to the tech because I know my nails and I don't like fake nails, but she continued to drill.) Last month when I went I had 4 fake nails!!! The constant drilling and ignoring my concerns has ruined my nails and now they split in the middle, chip and look a mess. I started to go back to show how bad my nails looked, but I realized she planned this so I could spent more money. If I didn't stop going here I would have had a full set of fake while my beautiful natural are ruined and have groove marks on them. Going forward, a proper manicure includes soaking the nail, and clipping your cuticles with a clipper and not a drill. To me is taking the lazy way out. read more

This is such a beautiful salon with chandeliers, ornate mirrors, and dazzling colors all over. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in because everyone smiles, speaks to you, and offers you something cool to drink. I appreciate that the salon is open on Sundays. That's the only day I have for me time for a mani and pedi. My nail guru is Pin. No one compares to him and his skills. I get the SNS each and every time which lasts 3 weeks. Pin recommends beautiful colors that complements my personality. He is a perfectionist and makes sure my nails are to his satisfaction. My husband and co-workers compliment on my nails each time they are done. I should note that Pin is always on time. That is important to me because my time is limited. I look forward to each visit to the salon and of course laughing and catching up with Pin. Do yourself a favor and request Pin. Believe me..he is worth it! read more

Since it was my first experience with gel, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to come back today for an acrylic full set. Unfortunately, today's experience was much worse. Before he even put the tips on, he asked me at least five different times what color I wanted. I explained each time that I was still deciding because I wanted to look through the color book first. Instead of giving me a chance to choose, I felt rushed throughout the entire appointment. The nail tech was also on the phone during my service, and I felt like I didn't have his full attention. I asked for a simple, short, super square acrylic set, but my nails ended up rounded, uneven, and sloppy. I also requested a simple two-color design using a pastel yellow and pink. Instead, he used a neon yellow instead of the pastel shade I had chosen and never gave me the opportunity to choose the pink shade I wanted. As soon as he applied the colors, I politely told him I didn't like them. He huffed, walked away with a visible attitude, and made me feel uncomfortable for simply speaking up about something I hadn't asked for. At that point, I didn't want to argue, so I kindly asked him to just do white instead. Overall, I left disappointed. I expect to be able to take my time choosing my colors, have my requests listened to, and be treated respectfully if I ask for a correction. Between feeling rushed, the poor communication, the attitude when I spoke up, and the uneven quality of the nails, this experience fell far below my expectations. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I was moving with a limited time frame so it was what it was. I still tipped and I'm not against coming back, but I will want a different tech for my nails.

I had gone here before and had a decent visit but my next trip was with another tech named Bethany. The tech I had before was no longer there. I reluctantly agreed to go forward with the appointment. First - She ran the callous pumice stone on top of my foot because she was distracted and scratched me so hard I bled. Very painful during the scrub. Then cut me on one of my fingers and had to use something to stop the bleeding. She did not wait for my nails to rehydrate after soak off before applying structure so the nails were still all curved. All nails were shaped differently. She did not fully remove the previous nail polish so you could see it on the side of the nails after they were done. My nails started feeling weird after a while so I decided to remove them and this is what they looked like. I have never in my life had this happen!. I am mortified and beyond upset! This is a direct result of improper methods and it will take months to get my nails back to normal.

Horrible service... first of all, I came to visit Atlanta and needed to get my nails done, saw her pictures and I thought it was going to be an amazing experience. Starting by the fact that she was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to work. She burned my nails horribly and I got something way different from what I wanted. Coming back to my home state, I found out that the acrylic she put on was MMA! It wasn't even acrylic. My nails are falling out, MMA IS ILLEGAL. I am definitely suing this lady. I have pictures and the statements of my certified nail technician from my state. SHE CHARGED 70 dlls for this design that wasn't even what I wanted. She filled extremely roughy my nails and it hurt me really bad. The tiny little room at the left of the salon (where she works at) smells so strong. The lady who took off my nails told me that that's exactly what MMA smells and needs to be worked like. I honestly think that the reviews in her website are things the she writes because that's not the service that "sistah" offers. PLEASE READ REVIEWS! She tends to deny the bad reviews but I'm not going to let this go off like this. I'm taking actions into the matter. MMA IS BANNED FROM THE FDA. Please please don't go here, my nails are horrible and I need to get tested and see if the illegal product she put on my nails didn't affected me more deeply.

I was surprised by the attentive service I received! My technician really knew her stuff and gave me tips about maintaining my nails since I used to be a nail-biter and have weak nails.
