Best pedicure I've ever had, BUT it's the typical run of the mill nail salon as far as customer service goes. First problem, there was no price list posted and I was given conflicting information regarding the pricing for services that I received. When I made an attempt to clarify, the nail tech couldn't get the numbers right, so I decided to decline the manicure/full set. The nail tech made a big commotion and called over other employees, everyone was pulling up price lists from their phones, and literally begging me to get the nail service. I was embarrassed & very uncomfortable. The second issue was that the nail tech came over mid pedicure while I was in the midst of DEEP sleep (easy for me since I'm 6 mths preggo) and decided to shake my arm and yell "wake up" before he caused this big scene. Last issue was the staff were constantly speaking their native language and lingering/lurking while doing so. I rarely have to deal with this issue at my usual nail salon, so this bugged me. It's rude and unprofessional and def a deal breaker for me. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this nail salon, nor would I recommend them. The staff were overbearing and poorly trained. I love This Nail Salon. Although there are numerous other nail salons within a very close radius of my house, I always pass them to go to Nori the nail bar. Ever since they opened in Dacula, they have been my go to for pedicure and any other nail services. They are friendly, do a great job, and I feel keep a clean shop. Did I also mention that the atmosphere there is relaxing as well?! They are currently following Covid guidelines with everyone wearing a mask today. Noire The Nail Bar is my all time favorite nail salon. I go there about every 2-3 weeks to get my nails done and I am never disappointed. I almost always make an appointment with Lynn, but Tony is great too. Noire is my favorite nail salon because they are always very consistent, friendly, and always go the extra mile to make sure you love your nails. Noire is always super consistent with their work. When I go to get my nails done there I always get almond shaped SNS nails. I also usually make an appointment with Lynn but if she's not available then I go to Tony. They both have the almond shape perfected. They are consistent with the shape and thickness and always ask if I'm happy before proceeding to the next step. There is a huge selection of colors to choose from and that goes for the SNS, gel, and even regular polish. They are also always patient as I sometimes can take a little while to choose my color. They are also experienced with different color techniques like ombre and even tie dye. All I have to do is show a picture to give them an idea of what I want and they are able to nail it (no pun intended!). They have some really talented nail artists that do some amazing work. I can never understand how they are able to do such detailed work on such a small canvas. They are also happy to help color match if I want to splurge and get my toes done! I have been going to Noire every two-three weeks since around June of 2020. I have never been disappointed with my nails and have never had to ask them to fix a nail because the shape is wrong. There has only been one time where I had a problem . The nails looked beautiful but I noticed I had been cut several times on my cuticles and they were bleeding and a bit sore (I couldn't get in with Lynn or Tony that day so had gone with someone else). I understand that cuticles are sensitive and bleed easily so I was understanding. When I went back and showed the manager/owner Tina, she immediately cleaned up the cuts and gave me a $15 coupon to use at my next visit. She also wrote her direct number on the card so that I could easily schedule an appointment with Lynn or Tony in the future. This showed she really cared about my experience, and that I was happy with the way my nails looked in the end. The staff is always super friendly. They always offer me something to drink right when I sit down. When my nails are all done the staff always comes around to look and compliment them. The staff seems excited to see what different designs people choose and what the technicians can do! Lynn always makes sure I get a picture of my color in case I need to come back for a repair. Also sometimes they even ask to take a picture of my nails to highlight on their Tik-tok page. That type of treatment makes anyone feel good! When my nails are all done and I am checking out they are always very nice and appreciative of the tip. To conclude, Noire the Nail Bar is always consistent, friendly, and understanding. I received a 70.00 gift card from here from my husband. I spent 61 dollars on a manicure and pedicure. I was going to add 5 dollars to it to leave a 14.00 tip. I was told I could not use my left over money on the card for a tip. I find that totally wrong. I asked to speak with a manager but was told there was not one there today. My husband has always gotten me gift certificates for a salon or another and this has never been an issue. My husband paid cash for it and it should be as good as cash. He actually got this one here by mistake. I told him a salon near by but he didn't remember the name of it. The price I paid today was a good 8 to 10 dollars more than I am used to. To me for them to not honor my 9 dollars to be used there as I wanted was VERY bad customer service. I wasn't looking to pocket the money. I was spending it there on their employees. They are very detail oriented and make sure that you are happy with your nails. Out of all the salons I have been to, this one does the best work. I have gone to Noire twice in the last two months. My initial experience was more 3-star, but my recent experience was excellent. I went for a spa pedicure and gel manicure, and my nails were done well. Typically, a pedicure/manicure takes a while, but they did both at the same time to be efficient! I came today at 10:03 am to take out my nail colors. I told them that I'm in a hurry. The lady told me to sign and wait a bit. Someone will be with me shortly. I wait for a few minutes and see a couple employees are that free but they just don't want to help me. I waited for a good 28 mins and a man came up and do my nails but he doesn't even know how to do nails. The lady told him to put nail polish in the bag and put a paper towel and let me soak my hand in the bags. My hands were soak in a bag for 18 mins without getting any check up. I'm so glad Noire nail bar moved to our neighborhood. I'm usually nervous trying new nail salons ,worried about how the outcome will be but I decided to give this place a shot. The moment I walked in I was greeted instantly with a smile and made to feel welcome. I was seated right away in one of the multiple pedicure chairs they have. The inside is very modern chic and beautifully decorated. I decided to do SNS powder with a pedicure. they have over 300 different color selections of SNS colors along with hundreds of regular nail polish and gel colors. Maggie did a wonderful job on my nails while Lee gave me an amazing foot massage and great pedicure. This is the second and last time I will visit this salon. They do not care how long you have to wait. I normally go to Belle who is prompt and quick and good. I stopped here as I was running late and clearly asked how long it would be. Just one minute was the response. Then I sat In a pedicure chair for over 30 minutes before anyone came to start. I had to ask for someone to please come start the manicure. It took 2 hours for a basic mani / pedi. It was ok. Not terrible. Not great. But I will not go back after 2 poor experiences. Great atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Even though it was a Friday evening the salon wasn't very crowded and all of the nail techs seemed to be working at an efficient pace while still meeting the client's standards. I had Tony do a full set of coffin shaped acrylics and they came out beautifully. After reading some reviews and getting a recommendation from a staff member I am so glad I asked for Tony! He's very detail oriented and still maintains a very quick pace. My mom was getting her toes done at the same time and my service was completed before hers which I have never had happen before. Usually it will take around 2 hours for acrylics at other salons but Tony got the job done in a little over a half hour. A client was waiting to have her nails done after me but Tony didn't rush the process to finish our session. Take a look at the pictures of my nails. This is after three days. This is supposed to be a gel polish. Tina, the owner told me that she would refund me or fix the nails. When I got there, I signed in and she told me to wait two people came in after me, and were seated, at that point, I asked how they forgot and I was there they brought me to see and had me wait while Tina finished up another person when they had three people available in the shop to fix my nail they purposely did that to make me wait after a while I let her know that I wanted a refund instead of getting my nails repaired. I was thoroughly annoyed. She told me she would have to give me a Check I let her know that I did not pay by check, and that I would want my refund return the way I paid it which they could see in their system. She refused and told me she would not refund me at all, nor fix my nail. The nail refund would've been $15. I do not need $15 but it is the principle when you walk into the shop. They're very happy to see you and take your money but they are extremely rude if you ask them to repair or fix any of the things that they worked on. Please do not go to the shop. It is not worth the money and it is very they are very disrespectful. read more

Nice salon, appears clean, comfortable seats, nice atmosphere. $60 for sns gel manicure and basic pedicure. I was greeted quickly, wait was short, service was reasonable time. I didn't give full stars because price is $10 more than what I pay on average. Also the salon vibe is very mellow (with instrumental versions of modern songs playing and low lighting) so I felt a little uncomfortable being there with my children (age 9mo and 4yr). One of the things I loved most about my previous salon was how welcoming and friendly the girls were towards my children, unfortunately I just moved to this neighborhood and my previous salon is just too far for me now. My husband works on the road so I don't get personal time to go places without my children. People who entered after me received similar services before I was serviced. The person performing my service seemed to be rushing through it so she could go to her original destination. This place is very nice inside so I give them one star for that. The customer service I experienced was not up to par. I have been getting my nails done for years so I know exactly what I want and do not need. To make a long story short they wanted to charge me $10 for a polish change because I did not want my SNS remover from a couple of my nails...my natural nails at that. I only wanted them to smooth it down on my nail bed because it was only applied to repair a crack in my natural nail. Therefore I will not be returning to this establishment and I will not recommend them to any of my friends that are in the area. First of all I have been to this salon a few times. The service has been somewhat Good. Tonight was the worst experience I have every had at this salon. Be very caution with their pricing. I am always leery of salons that don't have a price list because it can get kind of dicey. My daughter and I went for a Pedi and nail polish change, we both had gel polish on our nails, The price for the polish change was $28.00, no manicure included. $56.00 for two gel nail polish! That's crazy!! The pedicure that I had was disappointing and the polish on my big toe smeared before I could get home. All for $106.00!!! what a rip off!!!! Worst nail salon I've ever been to. I waited 45 minutes in a chair for a pedicure that took 30. My "massage" was her just rubbing three different kinds of lotions on my legs and the drying of my toenails was done by fanning her pedicure price list so she could continue on to the next customer. I've been here 3 times so far and each time my experience gets worse. The #1 reason they're getting 1 star is because they do not clean their tools, chairs, etc properly (at all for that matter). I didn't notice this until the last visit but it disgusting. Second, The nail tech's are grumpy and the customer service as a whole sucks. Third, they're extremely over priced.
