They always do a great job on my nails and during this time of COVID-19 they have really stepped up the sanitation, you always see them spraying the chairs and wiping things down after guest leave. Beautiful shop, sweet people. However, my gel manicure was very poor. my cuticles were improperly done, resulting in the polish lifting and peeling away from my nail bed at the cuticle line. Less than 4 days into it, the polish was catching and pulling on anything that could slide under it. For example, while shampooing my hair. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back and show them because I was out of town. I wouldn't risk a return anyway. read more

I've been coming to this salon for about a year an a half. I am an every 4-5 week client. I get SNS and have never not been satisfied with my nails. The shape and color are always perfect. The salon is visually appealing and very clean. I usually see Tina (who I love and highly recommend ) but on occasion when she cannot fit me in, I'm very well taken care of by other employees who do a great job as well. I feel more than just a client here, I feel very appreciated and valued. I am always greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. Watched several people pay and leave, and they took back the one ahead of me. One pedicurist was done, and walking around offering drinks and joking with the patrons. Stopped in for a pedicure on a Friday afternoon. A bit of a wait, but I was seated and they offered me water/drinks. I liked my pedicure and was sitting waiting for it to dry when the manager came over to check on me. She noticed the pedicure was a little streaky; I had picked a really light pink that apparently can be finicky. Visited on a week day so it was pretty quiet. I was seated almost right away by an employee who was very welcoming and asked if I'd been in before. Although I only got a pedicure, it was a good experience. No one was pushy to get something extra or to get the most expensive pedicure offered. This was my second and final time coming to this salon. I received a gel manicure and pedi and my 5 year old daughter got her toenails painted. My service was going well at first but as soon as other customers started coming in the person working on me left me and didn't finish my service. I ended up having about 4 different technicians work on me and felt as if my dollar was worth less than other person of a different race. They sure ran to make sure they didn't have to wait while I waited almost 15 minutes just for a top coat. On top of that my gel polish is turning colors and my daughters toe polish is almost completely gone (and no it's not be she's 5 bc she gets manis and pedis all the time) after 4 days. I'm not a reviewer but I am very unhappy. I'll go back to my other shop. I was just trying this place since it looks so posh on the outside. read more

They don't clean/sterilize their tools in between customers. I went to get my toes done and I noticed that the lady just picked up some nail clippers . Usually nail salons have their clean tools in a blue type of packet. But I didn't say anything that day , now I have a nail fungus ‍ I'm only writing this review so that they start cleaning their tools!!! Sterilize!!! Go the extra mile. read more

This place use to be amazing when it first opened. If you go in now, the wait is TERRIBLE. The last time I went it took the guy over two hours to do sns nails. No complicated designs or anything. Just simple pink sns nails. And they were horrible. Don't get me wrong Tina is a nice. But the service is just bad. And they're consistently changing nail techs while you're getting your nails done. It's irritating. Last time I went I was told the wait would be 10 minutes. And I waited 30 minutes and ended up leaving they consistently do that. Wish it was great like before. read more

i've been here 2 times. good service, but some things bother me. this is a nice salon though. it looks more expensive than it is, which is rare. they have nice chairs, a nice atmosphere with piano versions of popular songs on the speakers. i don't do pedicures but the pedicure seats looked high end. the lotion they use smells heavenly. it's a salon full of young adults and i'm sure that if I could afford designs, they would know the trends. *first visit: I ask for a menu. he flat out ignores me, and rushes me to a chair to sit, but I ask again how much gel is because I saw the reviews mention the salon is pricey. he says they don't have a menu "yet" and says 35. if you don't have a menu, why? I just don't understand. it makes me not trust them & feel like i look like a cheapskate. especially because i'm new to this and i want to know my options for the future if i become a regular customer, like ombré or crystals. i'll explain in visit 2 why this bothers me so much. the service was great. I got a light color and did two accent nails with glitter. I wish they were done separately, because I saw some specks of glitter in the solid color nails. the only notably bad part of my service was when I left and noticed that the free edge of my thumb nail had a little bald spot, but I had just gotten off an overnight shift so I was too tired to go back and I knew I could easily fix it with a similar gold glitter I had at home bc glitter is easy to fix. my point is I just shouldn't have to fix it. I didn't like how they ask for a tip and make you tell them to their face instead of doing it restaurant style where you write it on your receipt after. I tip 30% but I still feel awkward. *second visit: I had seen another salon mention that had "SNS gel fill" for like $15 so I figured this salon would be the same. I specifically ask for sns fill and he seats me. I saw a sign on THEIR door that advertised glow in the dark SNS gel. I ask for this. she says they don't have it..... and I mention it was on the door and she says no. so why have the sign? whatever. one lady did my old gel removal, then clipped the nails on one hand. then another girl sits down and clips the nails on my other hand. so now I know my nails are gonna be different. then a THIRD person sits down to do the gel process. I go to pay for my "fill" & he says $35. I told him I asked for a fill at the beginning & he says "they don't do fills". now i'm embarrassed, panicking because i planned on spending $30 max AFTER tipping, and I just pay. if someone asks for a service you don't have, tell them before you charge them double what they expected. you can advertise colors you don't have but you can't advertise prices? I realize how you have to remove gel to do a new color, but other salons offer it....? this is also where a menu comes in handy. not sure if i'll go back just because I hate the sneakiness, but they provide quality service. allow about 2 hours for gel if you're also having removal. read more

Not happy with service at all. The technician's English was poor, and he did not understand what I was asking for. He also cut the cuticles too close on two fingers and made me bleed. I got my eyelashes done here and the next day they started to come off. I called and let them know that my eyelashes didn't even last a whole 24 hrs. The lady wanted me to come in to get them replaced, but I had to pay for a fill-in. I was told that they should last 2 weeks prior to the appointment, therefore I shouldn't have to pay when they don't even last a day. Also the lady wanted a tip, I refused!!!! read more

This place is average. I don't recall the name of my technician but I've had better pedicures else where. I mentioned it was my first time and I was the ONLY customer in there and the service was subpar. With no one waiting and they knew it was my first time, there is no reason I was as rushed out as I was. Also, the employees were extremely noisy talking and took the relaxing part out of the experience. My pedicure looked good but relaxation and better customer service can be found elsewhere. I've been here twice and had a little wait time both times. The first time a man did my nails and they were ok. The second time a girl did my nails ( i can't remember her name) She was new ... I think all work needed to be checked by another woman before they considered the job done. I appreciated the attention but Lord almighty I didn't expect to be there 2.5 hours for a sns fill in that was after a 20 minute wait ...there was a guy that did my pedi and she found something wrong and fixed it I guess but it didn't take but 10 min for her to correct whatever mistakes he made. And my pedicure didn't last a week sadly. It was such a pretty color too but I think they may thin the polish bc my pedicures with nail polish can last two weeks normally. But back to my fill in .. when the older lady did whatever she did it kinda looked like there was a lot of space between my nail the way it looks when you have your nail grow out. I probably should have said something but I was SO done. I was being polite but I really didn't appreciate being there that long. Don't be like me- just speak up . Went in for powder color change. Waited 20 minutes before they even started. It was super slow but yet they never seem to have enough employees working. I've been here four times now. I really wanted to like this place as it is close to me. After having the old color removed, the man that was working on my nails proceeded to file and cut my nails rather short. Then I had my nails dipped in the powder. It was TOO thick, but I thought, no worries he will file it down. As he was filing he kept drilling my nail from underneath the powder. I asked him to stop or I wouldn't have any nails left. when he was done my nails looked like something out of a comic strip. They were horrendous. I looked ridiculous. I should have taken a picture. They were so thick. I had him soak all the powder off in acetone again. He did not know what he was doing but always seemed to point out "next time you come back it will be better". I was there for 1 hour and 40 minutes. He drilled and filed so much on my nails, he repeatedly hit my cuticles. 8 of my fingers were bleeding when I left and he cut my nails down to the quick. Basically I went in with long finger nails wanting a color change and I left there with bare nails that are so short I look like a nail biter. They had the nerve to ask me to pay for my toe nail polish. Do not go here. As I've said I have been here 4 times. Each time there has been some incident which makes me not want to go back. As I was sitting there two other women got up and left without ever having had been worked on. They are quick to seat you, and start soaking your polish off so that you are now trapped and at their mercy. My last experience I was there for 3 and 1/2 hours for color change. Find another place. Also every time I've been here the prices are always different. You won't be able to write in your tip amount if you wish to put it on a credit card. They ask you how much you want to tip before they run your card. Go somewhere else. Save your nails and cuticles. read more
