If I could give Nail Zone/ Noire Nail Bar in Estero (by TX roadhouse) negative stars for my experience I would. I had a horrible and upsetting pedicure at this nail salon 2 days ago. Anthony, the technician, without asking permission decided to cut a slightly ingrown toenail, and cut too close and deep with cuticle scissors (praying they were sanitized) causing pain and bleeding. I was in a lot of pain and he actually tried to continue the pedicure! No way! I promptly got up to leave. I will be reporting them to FL Department of Health. It's dirty and they are not interested in the health of you or your nails. The owner/manager did not offer to compensate me for this bad experience (had a gel manicure right before) that was not great either and still charged me for that. Awful! I am terrified of infection or worse as this place is not hygienic, Stay AWAY!! read more

we made reservations for a group of sic of us. when we arrived they were not ready and also said we had 5 (confirmed with reservation there were 6 appointment). we were all rushed through the services. my nail tech hurried through and cut my toes so short and uneven. they did not do the full pedicure service leaving rough heels and uneven paint job. our daughter did not want tips but they forced her to get them. her nails were long enough for what she wanted done but the tech said she could not file and make them even! everyone in our group had chips in their paint and full paint coming off the nails 2 days after service. our youngest daughter had 8 of 10 nails come off within a week. all nails were done with gel polish and should have lasted at least 2 weeks. at payment they messed up the cost and tried to overcharge, I'm glad I looked closely. this place is way too expensive for the lack of care they put into the service as well as the quality! we will never return. read more

Probably the worst eyebrow wax. Overpriced and was dirty in the room and uneven brows. It was $15 here which I used to pay $8 but now still pay around $10 at other places. I was wary to come here after checking reviews but a lot of nail salons in the area have low ratings. Came here after the first place was closed on a Sunday so at least they were open?? But probably the most disappointed I've been after getting my eyebrows done. I always break out after and the eyebrow room in most nail places are pretty iffy but this one had someone else's hair on the head napkin and stains on the lay down towel, when I asked to at least change the napkin she attempted to find the hairs I was talking about and then flipping it instead of just getting a new one first which should be done anyways. That and the state of the room made me question the cleanliness. Not sure why they never wear gloves anywhere I feel like that's why I break out but I can't do it at home so I usually just accept it for what it is. If I could give this salon no stars I would !!! I called saying that I needed a fill with designs they said They where not busy. I went. I waited over an hour for my nail tech. Normally I would have been fine with it if there was communication. While I was waiting I went to Starbucks waited longer. When my nail tech finally come to get me he was yelling with another nail tech. He got up and left. Then the nail tech he was arguing with left, they both went to the back and started screaming at each other. Absolutely do not recommend this location or any of the others. I've been to all of them in Fort Myers, and none of them are worth it. I always get simple nail art and it always done well. However, it is extremely overpriced and my sets never last. I got a full set 6 days ago, and two nails have already lifted off. And $65 + tip I paid for that! It is honestly ridiculous. Not even a week, no nail growth, and two are already gone. The buildings themselves seem upscale, but the quality of products is very low. And some technicians don't seem to care about their job. My last set which was med. length French tip acrylics took nearly 3 hours because the tech was constantly on his phone! It would also be nice if prices were posted anywhere. Definitely not worth it, save yourself the time and money and stick to press-ons and nail polish. read more

I stopped in on Saturday for a much needed mani/pedi. You could only choose mail colors from swatches. I choose purple pink that was dark. I was very disappointed as the swatches didn't match the product. The polish was super thick and it's definitely not OPI It if professional salon quality. My polish was instead bubblegum pink and was chipping within 24 hours. Very poor quality of products. This is not a high end spa experience. The salon looks nice and upscale, but the products used are not high quality. Don't waste your money here as there are better quality salons in the area. I won't go here again. read more

No one is "minding the store" and everything needs to be wiped down, sanitized and made to sparkle. At this time, there are mostly male technicians, which may be part of the problem. The place smells terrible. They have plumbing issues. I went in to get my acrylics soaked off. So they put my nails in a bowl of acetone, then took off the acrylics. They charged me 15 dollars for this service. For putting my nails in acetone and then taking off the acrylic. Which they didn't even get 100% off. Terrible. Don't come here. read more

I followed Lucas from the Nail Color Salon here. I shouldn't have as he was very moody. He was always hurting my fingers by twisting them if they didn't turn the way he wanted. My appointments were always interrupted by his taking time to make other appointments. Still, I looked past that and continued going. In February, I received a 10% coupon for being a new customer so I used it. I just received another 10% coupon as a Mother's Day promotion. When I went to use it, he argued with me saying I already had! I only go once a month, so that's impossible as Mother's Day is in May and my last appointment was in April. I couldn't believe he wouldn't honor it, as I had the proof! He embarrassed me like I was some sort of con artist! Best part? I was so stunned, that I STILL TIPPED HIM! Enough is enough though. Ricky the owner is a total dick.The first two times I came in to see him was back in October and November, he was halfway friendly. Maybe too friendly for his prego wife..who is constantly standing over us basically every time I've come in for service. He told me they were new and opened right before Covid happened. I said I will bring my mom in, they said please and also to tag them on my instagram. I was more than willing to since I know Covid really put a dent in their new bus. So when I got back to town a few weeks ago and decided to visit again to get a new set and a specific design. His wife told me he can do "anything" when she was kissing my ass in November.. I showed him what I wanted and he delivered, I was in love with my nails... sadly not even a week later my middle finger chipped he made my nails way too thin... So this time my mom agreed to come and we were excited, I made apt for 2:45 the day before.. my mom walked in before me and said Ricky just looked up and basically ignored her until I came in and said hey I need my nail fixed and my mom is doing a gel manicure. He said okay a few minutes.. mind you he's just shaping this girls nails not even close to polishing... I asked nicely seriously how long we can come back... he said 10 min... we come back in 15 and he still hasn't polished her... thankfully his wife came up and said we should wrap my moms gel while we wait.. (A salon that knew what they were doing would have greeted my mom properly and started taking the gel off at once not ignore her) as shes done wrapping my moms nails I asked if she can do my eyebrows she said I need to wait a bit I said okay, I was waiting for my mom and Ricky anyways... at this point she was doing someone's nails and pedicure at the same time so they're totally understaffed but decides to take me right away anyways after I said I have no issue waiting.. so leaves the girls she's servicing i could tell the customer wasn't happy about that. The wife finally warms up to me a bit and stops saying passive aggressive comments like saying she imagined my mom would be taller and she repeated it 3x mind you I am 5"4 I am not tall my mom is just vert petite and I am large breasted and take more after my father. She also commented on my physical appearance the second time I came in in November, referring to my breast's and how small my waist was.. It was extremely uncomfortable.. I finally get out of my eyebrows and Ricky is doing my moms nails finally this is 25-30 minutes after said "appointment time" I ask him if I can go tan next door very quick. He nodded yes no words spoken or eye contact, super cold response.. again I'm like WTF... I came back in and my mom was paying for my broken nail already and her services (very sweet of her) and Ricky took someone else... mind you the time is now 4:15 I have a half of nail to be fixed... I ask him can we please start my mom and I have a reservation and I've been waiting, he ignores me?!! I say it again but speak up his response to me is "You can go get a nail fixed anywhere" "why you waiting for me?" ummmm what?!!!! I had a apt with u, you did my nails not even a week ago with a design and basically says idc go somewhere else.. His wife can see I'm upset and comes over and tells me he's in a "bad mood" IDGAF you leave that at home and b PROFESSIONAL. I finally get in his chair to ask him what his issue is face to face and he said "you go home and break your nail idk what you do but I don't fix broken nails" "I didn't break your nail this isn't my fault" I never asked for him to fix it 4 free ever!And then why did you charge me and have me wait to fix my nail??? In looking at these reviews, I think people are confusing two separate nail salons (with the same name, but no affiliation). Please use caution when reviewing a company and ensure it is the correct company as to not negatively impact a business unnecessarily. With that said, I'd give higher marks if I could and trust me when I say I am picky. I saw Lina and it was my first time at this particular nail salon. I was more than happy with my experience and am loving my nails. I did a dip powder and they look fantastic. I also love the ability to book online, but I do believe with that, comes confusion - again, make sure you are scheduling at the correct nail salon (this one is off Tamiami near Sprouts.) read more

Very disappointed... Today will be my third time at this location and unfortunately it is one of the worst manicures that I have ever received. The first two times that I had manicures at this location were outstanding but today is a completely different story. First, the manicurist tried to have me sit at her station where another customer was next to it with a small child on a chair beside her which caused my chair to be in the walkway with my arms stretched trying to reach her workstation. Luckily one of the gentleman instructed her to move stations to allow for a more comfortable setting. She proceeded with the manicure and clipped and filed my nails extremely unevenly and took chunks out of what was my cuticles and nail-bed . I requested to have the buff and shine using the same technique that was performed the two previous times I was at this location in which they utilize a pink buffing cream and a soft leather attachment on a dremel. She did not indicate that she was not trained in this process and attempted to buff my fingernails without the buffing cream first. She became frustrated when I asked her for a fourth time if she was sure she knew how to do this. One of her coworkers finally intervened and gave her verbal instructions on how this process should be completed. Unfortunately when she was done she did not go back and correct the mistakes she made earlier when she attempted this process without the buffing cream and she also did not apply cuticle oil or put lotion on my hands as that is part of the basic manicure. The most frustrating part of all of this is that when she was finished she got up and walked to the back of the salon and did not even attempt to assist with ringing me up for the service. After several minutes the gentleman that sits at the first manicure station came to ring me up so I informed him that this was one of the worst manicures I have received and that my nails look worse now than when I arrived. I proceeded to tell him that my previous two manicures from two other technicians were wonderful but this technician needed some training. His solution to the problem was that next time I come in I should tell them I do not want the technician from today to do my nails any longer and then told me the price was $25. I'm happy to pay for a service, however I will spend my money elsewhere. read more
