YELP brought me to this location where I ordered one of each taco along with some veggie eggrolls in the drive-thru. Now here is where it gets messy (literally). After paying, I'm informed to pull up near the entrance door and they will bring my food out. After about 8-10 minutes, I see a girl come out swinging a zaxby's bag around and standing there. Finally I make eye-contact with her and ask her if that's my order. After repeating the order to her, she swings the bag into my arms instead of just handing it to me. I wanted to scream at her cause when you swing a bag of tacos, they will spill and get messy. Of course when I opened the boxes, that's what happened: sauces all over the place and fillings spilled out of the tortilla. Finally getting to my room, I unwrapped and put them together and started eating them. The tacos aren't bad, definitely would've tasted better had they been put together instead of shaken by a swinging bag. The veggie eggrolls tasted exactly what cafeteria eggrolls taste like. Pretty depressing overall after paying $15 for the order. Don't think I'll be back to this Zaxby's with the way the employees handle to-go orders.

It was after 1:15 pm and there where no other customers as I arrived, although 4 came while I was waiting for my meal. I decided to opt for chicken tenders and the shrimp fried rice, again both were recommended by a neighbor. The chicken tenders were among the smallest chicken tenders I've ever gotten (see photo). Also I appreciate the fact that it wasn't loaded with tons of breading as some of the convenience store frozen chicken tenders are, but they were overcooked, dry, and absolutely bland with practically no seasoning or flavor. I'm on a salt restricted diet so I appreciate a place that isn't heavy-handed with the salt, but you don't have to use tons of salt to season food well. This tasted like they literally dredged it in flour and fried it with no seasoning at all...and THEN overcooked it. So between the size of the chicken tenders, the coating and bad execution in the fry hamper - sadly I have to say these are among the worst chicken tenders I've had anywhere. Now as for the fried rice, I was less disappointed with that. They gave you a pretty good size of fried rice for $4.50 and although the shrimp were itsy bitsy tiny there were enough that you could see them in the fried rice along with some carrots and fried egg. But again, seasoning was somewhat lacking - and - as tends to be true with a lot of places that make fried rice it was a little on the greasy side. Better outcome on the fried rice than the chicken tenders (which was a complete fail), but I'm not sure I'll try this particular establishment again based on this disappointment.

Lots of the Holy Trinity plus garlic and sausage or some other pork/smoked turkey is how red beans should be cooked. Will never order red beans from here again!
