I called and, despite being busy, they squeezed me in back in November, one day before I was set to leave for seeing family for over a month. Unfortunately, the part they needed was missing, but they ordered and asked me to come back in. Here I am, back a month and a half later, and my brother's keys got stolen and the new FOB wasn't connecting. The guy remembered me, fixed the steering wheel controls, and were able to connect the FOB at no extra charge! If you have car audio or security problems, this should be your first place and I will most definitely be coming back and can't recommend it enough.

To make matters worse, when I contacted the owner to address the issue, they were completely unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the situation.
