I've been meaning to update my first review for a while now; seven months or so ago I reviewed this company and found their service to be excellent. I'm pleased to say today that I wish I could give Jay and the guys an extra star. I have an aging company fleet and an older personal Turbo PT Cruiser that has driven more than one mechanic back to AA. I have brought these guys some real problems. I know that when they see one of my trucks roll up they have to wince a little but you would never know it at the counter. They continue to be consummate professionals in every way I can observe, Fair and honest to a fault, and very punctual in the delivery of services. I had the catalytic converter stolen from my motor home and they did a great job replacing it. They can right in at the insurance company estimate even though they had to spend extra time tracing the non standard wiring for the oxygen sensor. They were also very careful about Covid-19 safety with masks and social distancing. Highly recommended! read more

They deleted the resonator on my E53 4.8 M and it sounds amazing!! I was worried about drone and they gave Cheap cost efficient option to reduce! Today was the second time in years that I have used the services of this business. The first was long before I knew about YELP. And today I received the same kind of the best of the best service and attitude from Supreme Muffler Shop. Arrived with no reservations and had a problem that needed to be corrected. Told they would take care of it but I had to wait. Had no ride and nothing else to do so I was prepared to sit in a shop and play with my Iphone. However within an hour of my arrival my vehicle was repaired and I was on my way. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The service is the best and my two experience with them have found their prices very reasonable. It is so difficult in the car repair industry to find a business that provides this level of workmanship, service, and reasonable prices. Originally got a quote from RPM automotive to install a high per air cleaner, cat back exhaust system, and a tune for $2700.00+tax. I decided to go with an Air Raid cold air system which I installed myself for around $330.00. Took the mustang to Supreme Muffler to have a complete exhaust system installed from the catalytic converter's back for around $600. So I'm at $930 without the tune which Supreme said they would do for $499. So going this route basically saved me $1400!!! Supreme did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend these guys for all of your exhaust and tube mods. Great business!! read more

I was recommended here by C.A.R.S., the auto service place off Causeway Blvd and Veterans. The guys do great work for an honest price and don't dick you around like most corner auto shops. Needed a Curt hitch installed that I bought on line from e-Trailer onto my new Audi. They did an excellent job at a very fair price and let me know that the local Audi dealer usually refers people who don't want to spend the (stupid expensive) money on a factory hitch. They also let me know they will match e-Trailer's price and the installation is even more reasonable when you buy through them. I have been spending a good deal of cash on the RSX lately. Just before it flooded, I had some Magnaflow exhaust put on the car by Supreme. Now the car sounds aggressive, but not obnoxious. When I get my Mustang running again, I know where I am coming for the exhaust system. read more

These gentlemen converted a $2300 estimate from our Lexus dealership for an exhaust system replacement to a $65 bill for replacing a portion of one of the pipes in our catalytic converter. I got a free printed (with all the work to be done) estimate. Brought my car back a week later, catalytic converter replaced. Had my car there at 8:00 am they called me at 11:30 am ready for pick up. The price was less than half of all the other shops I called. All the employees were helpful . If you are considering in using this shop, I would reconsider. I bought a $350 package from them on a Friday and when arriving home it didn't work for my car and they already installed it. Went back next day so they can fix it or take it off my car and they said they can't refund me. So I asked to get the problem fix and after two additional visits trying to fix the problem they said there is nothing they can do for me and wouldn't refund me. I was referred to them by another person. I'm Sorry I Listened.. I'm out $350. It's probably will cost me double for the dealership to fix it and get me the right part that will work for my Car!
