Then, this March, I noticed they had charged my card for services to someone else....NOT ME....for three amounts totaling about $1,000. Called three or four times and was told they would handle each time. They did not! So, I had to have card company involved. Headaches. Seemed all was handled...,NO. JUST NOTICED THERE WERE THREE MORE CHARGES THIS WAY BY THEM IN FEBRUARY, knowing they had not handled reversing the first three, I called the card company. More headaches! We needed to replace one that was bent and decided to get another set just in case we misplaced the originals. Advance Lock is the only place we found that we could bring a skeleton key in and they could cut one from a blank skeleton key. Our daughter also has antique furniture that needed copies of skeleton keys, so we brought theirs as well.
