He got me a L bracket and some screws and told me if it did not work to take back to any location. I worked on the shelf for a minute because I actually thought some brackets from another item I had would work since it had a level end but it didn't. Kevin was super amazing and wanted to know if things worked out. It did. I however had to take back his bracket and screws to the other closest location to get it right. Thanks so much Kevin. You were totally amazing. 1000/10

Went back again for the third time to return a $1000 pressure washer. After being told twice by…read moreboth managers, John and the bald manager that I could return the pressure washer. Immediately walked in and was greeted by Haley, who realized who I was and her face dropped. I waited in line and told her I needed to return my pressure washer that never started to begin with. She gave me a disgusting look and asked me when I purchased it with a rude undertone. I told her I purchased it on June 18. Even though they have a 90 day return policy, she said she was unable to return it without a warranty again with a rude undertone. John. Popped up behind the counter immediately and said a different thing to me. He told me that now I could not return it until tomorrow at 11 AM which is three hours after they open and I would be charged a $300 restocking fee, which would take my return down to $600. When the machine never started once, and I was promised by John himself multiple times as well as Haley and the bald guy that I would be able to return the pressure washer, no problem. When I went back in to question them about why they both gave me different responses on why I couldn't return the pressure washer John was telling Haley that I was "bullshitting them ". The only people who are bullshitting is this entire management. John Haley and every other untrained supervisor and manager at this establishment is in the business to scam their customers. They sell resold damaged items and then refused to take them back. I have to drive to Warner Robins to another location just to take this back because they are completely insubordinate. This entire store needs to be shut down and this corporation needs to be dissolved.
