The shop owner is very friendly and chatted with my boyfriend while I browsed for beads, telling us all kinds of stories of her travels to bead shows and creating jewelry. I know Sonoma has its fair share of cute [expensive] stores, but this stationary store in the Whole Foods strip mall is consistently the winner for us. Literally half the store is devoted to kids. Perfect to grab a new activity book or peruse their very complete selection of Ooly markers/pens/color pencils/crayons. Much MORE than stationary, there is a wide selection (an entire aisle) of stuffies: Douglas, Jellycat, Aurora, TY. Sometimes you may even find one for a bit lower than the normal price. Product is nicely curated. There is an entire aisle of gift-worthy books for female friends. And of course, cards of all kinds which are much nicer than your typical grocery store/Target/etc.
