I was first offered to be seen at 11:20 am with another provider, 50 minutes later or to come back at 2:40 pm. Neither seemed fair due to me being within the grace period in the first place and then on top of that, I just drove an hour to get here from home and it will still take an hour to get back home. I told the woman at the front desk that would not work for me and I will just sit and wait until they can squeeze me back in between the other appointments. After 5 minutes or so the same woman at the front desk said she would be able to fit me in with another provider at 11:00am. Thank you to the lady at the front trying to problem solve and still have me seen in a reasonable time to when I arrived. Very disappointing though that Rachel Cole still turned me away after being within the 10 minutes grace period. This is my first time at this facility and so far not good so hoping it turns around from here forward.

Thankfully, after a number of years weaning off narcotics, I'm on the other side and healing with the help of their physical therapy department.

This clinic is only interested in selling more services and treatments so they can bill your insurance and is non-interested in actual patient care. They are heavy-handed pushy and do not really seem to care about anyone. Even the front office Staff is rude and does not really listen at all and then talks down to you. AVOID.

Well, I went back to my PC and she referred me to another surgeon. After this new doc had seen the x-rays he got me in for surgery right away. They said originally that this 2nd surgery, a level 5 fusion should've taken 60- 90 mins., took nearly 4 hours because the damage that occurred was more extensive than expected. 3 days after surgery, I received a call from the CDC telling me I needed to get to an emergency room that day. I had been infected with staphylococcus they had traced to the hardware Dr Smith installed. Upon arrival at the hospital, staff immediately installed a Pic line to try a catch the infection that was ravaging my body. For the next 4 weeks I had to inject antibiotics directly to my heart at the cost of $500/day! Followed by a month of oral antibiotics. It is horrific what this clown put me through as the infection caused a hardening of my heart muscle tissue, reducing it's function to 40% of normal and am now on 6 ltrs of oxygen 24/7. In addition there is irreversible damage to my spine with extensive nerve damage. My life has been shortened by 20 years and I'll have to live with this pain till I die which could be any moment due to heart failure. Gee, thanks you f***ing a**hole! You ruined what life I may have left, including what my family has to endure watching me suffer. There is nothing they can do to help me. I pray for karma.

My Doctor is Dr Travis Stoll and in a word he has been AMAZING!! I feel we exhausted all other options before ultimately I had surgery in March of this year. I can't say enough positive things about Dr Stoll and would HIGHLY recommend both him and his staff. I had immediate relief which I had suffered through for a year. From the moment she walked in the door we both literally thought we had met each other somewhere before. She was great! Very personable, happy and talkative, unlike the experience at Belmar. She asked a lot of questions about the accident and how I was feeling. She actually seemed like she wanted to know and really cared about my pain and the anxiety I now have when driving. She discussed our plan of action on getting some physical therapy done to help with my recovery. When I left her office almost an hour later I was so happy to have found a doctor in Colorado that I felt comfortable with! I was so excited that before I started the car I had to call my daughter to tell her. I sat there for probably 10 minutes just gushing over how excited I was and told my daughter that I would now be bringing her there as well because she's getting too old to see her Pediatrician anymore (she's 17!).
