"We're actually in a Chinese restaurant," were my Hubby's words after sitting down and grabbing the last available table in a busy place. He meant, and I agree, this is a place that serves food Asian families would normally dine on, and not your Americanized style that we are all used to. I got Happy Family Udon, and now udon noodles will be a new obsession for me. Hubs went spicy with their Beef with Rice Noodle soup, and finished every bit of a nice sized bowl. They have dim sum! My daughter is a boa freak, and theirs were fresh, soft and filled with nice chunks of pork. It's good to see this place full of locals. It's different than most other Chinese places around here.

I've been here multiple times now and I can say it's one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been to. There hasn't been a single thing that I've tried that I haven't liked! The Wonton with Garlic sauce is a 10/10 must have. Dan Dan Noodles, xiao long bao soup dumplings, and the sweet and sour chicken are also extremely good I get them almost every time. Other things I've tried include steamed bbq buns, kung pao chicken, bbq pork fried rice, egg drop soup, beef rice noodles, general tso's chicken, broccoli beef, and Mongolian beef. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the steamed shrimp dumplings, they can just use a little more flavor. Service sometimes takes a while but it's only because they are so busy and seem to have a small kitchen, the food is well worth any wait time in my opinion.

Very good food, we had the Mongolian beef and spicy won ton soup. The waitress said that the beef would take longer. Soup was out fast, beef took 25 plus minutes. Prices were reasonable and portions large. Will go back.

I visited a friend in Richland and we were both craving authentic Chinese food. Noodle Thyme hit the spot! The woman working at the restaurant that day was so friendly and had great recommendations. Each table has a tablet so you can go through the menu at your leisure and place your order through their system when you are ready. The restaurant is casual and had plenty of indoor seating. All the food was delicious, but I especially recommend the string beans and spicy beef tendon (which is a cold dish).

I had been wanting to try this place for a few months, and finally got to try it a few days before my birthday. And oh my goodness!! I found my new favorite restaurant! I ordered far too much because everything looked good, and it was true - every single item was so good. And everyone was so wonderful, me and my family felt very welcome and comfortable. Absolutely can't wait to go back.

Probably the most authentic Chinese I've had is a very long time. I had the spicey beef soup and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I walked in and placed a pickup order. Took quite a while, 25 plus minutes and the food was not that great. I wouldn't recommend it

I always get the Tofu Yakisoba with extra veg and tofu. It's alway plenty for two meals and very well priced.

I have visited this place for more than five times. Definitely a good place to go if you like noodles. My favorite is beef house ramen!

I saw a few people with the bowls overflowing. This place has a buffet of quite a selection of food to choose from; vegetables, meats, noodles, sauces and seasons. You fill the bowl and bring it to the cook. The food gets thrown onto a circular flat top that the cooks walk around as they push the food around the circle until it is cooked. The food is then placed into a fresh bowl and handed back to you to take to your table. While I was there, I was asked by the cook "hot sauce or not hot?" I stated "not hot"; but while eating, I found the food to be a little on the spicy side anyways. I believe that could be due to the grill having hot sauce poured on it for a previous order. That being said, the food was full of flavors and textures that I got to choose as well; so that in itself is pretty great. The waitress was attentive, however, did bring a cup of tap water after I asked for a bottle of water. Which could have just been a misunderstanding. Other than that I thought she was polite and courteous and fairly quick. I really did enjoy the idea of "all you can fit in the bowl and have it cooked in front of you." It was mildly entertaining and unique. As for decor, I would not call this a fancy restaurant; but I can say in confidence that it is one that you will feel full and satisfied when you leave. I enjoyed it here. Worth the visit.

I recommend putting in a ton sauce before having the grill add more sauce to Keep the noodles moist and flavorful.
