I went in for a pickup order there were 2 customers in there sitting down but that's not the e point. There were 3 pickup ordered ready on the counter I gave him the name on mines he looked at them and said your is not done yet he had me waiting for 34 min beffor I asked him again what is the wait time and he proceeded to say Oo yeah it was already done and that it was one of the three order already ready when I walked in.......... So they are hiring anybody now even people who can't read names I guess. And then he proceeded to not even acknowledge the mistake and just go back to talking to his friend. not an apology, nothing. read more

We had the cheesy broccoli Mac, potstickers and the baked 4 cheese chicken Alfredo. The broccoli Mac and chicken Alfredo were amazing! The potstickers were okay, not bad but nothing fancy. The employees were nice and attentive. There was a new team member on the register that needed help and the manager was patient with her. I had a really disappointing experience at this Noodles & Company location. the service was seriously lacking. The manager on duty was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Instead of addressing concerns or providing any kind of helpful customer service, she seemed more interested in brushing people off and avoiding responsibility. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed, and her attitude only made things worse. It looks as busy as it can be on a Monday night we met my nephew at his choice of places for his 11th birthday 7 pm and the staff stayed busy even doing cleaning projects As a chef and former kitchen manager I really notice things like this and it makes me assume there is a clean kitchen and hood management. As far as fast casual food experience here it was about as expected average flavors and fairly normal menu. Noodles and company has brought me back as a happy customer! And the reason is....drum roll please..."Zoodles" or zucchini noodles. I used to steer clear because honestly I can't afford to eat all the noodles. If I really want to splurge on real noodles I would go to an Italian restaurant or Asian restaurant for pad thai. But now that you can add "zoodles" to any entree for an extra $.75, I want to try them all. So far I've tried four options for lunches or a takeout dinner. it never fails. everytime I come here i get home and my order is incorrect or they are super skimpy on the sauce. it seems like when you order extra sauce they feel like they don't have to put any on the actual cooked food. obviously if I'm ordering extra sauce it's because you continuously serve me dry noodles. it's unfortunate because this one is right by my home . last time the manager offered to send me gift cards or coupons that I never even received so complaining to them isn't worth it. read more

One of the worst customer service experiences i've ever had. We pulled up at about 7:30 with a bus. about 8 of us got off and went inside to order. Immediately when we walked in we saw workers shaking their heads, pretending to shoot themselves in the face, and rolling their eyes. I understand what it's like for an employee to see a bus pull up but it was insanely ridiculous. Two of the female workers were extremely rude to us, especially the one with blonde hair, she rolled her eyes at us and was giving us dirty looks the entire time. The Wisconsin Mac & Cheese at this place is my crack. Pasta smothered in gooey, melted cheese? OMGYESPLEASE! For a chain restaurant, this place gets 5 stars in my book. I still remember the first time I went to Noodles & Co. I was reluctant to go because the thought of paying for someone to make pasta for me has always seemed a little screwy. But my younger sister had a craving and I try to indulge her as often as I can to make up for picking on her when we were kids. She ordered the mac & cheese for me, telling me that I wouldn't regret it. And boy was she right! This was five years ago, and since then, I've probably eaten at Noodles & Co at least 87 times. I agree about the Mac & Cheese, but there are also some other wonderful choices. The Buttered Noodles are great, and so is the Penne Rosa (although that one is a bit spicy). Also, the ciabatta rolls they offer to accompany the meal are also good. The ambiance is nice and service is pretty fast. The prices are a bit high for pasta, but the flavors are worth it. Noodles & Company corporate is so focused on money that they forced us to serve customers in conditions that prevented us from properly cleaning anything in the store, including employees hands. When corporate was told about the situation they told us to stay open and just use hand sanitizer to clean employees hands. Serving customers food during this time made me feel sick inside. This is the noodle version of Chipotle - vibe and order method. I had the thai-like noodles with peanut sauce and added tofu. I would have preferred the tofu be the slightly softer version and the sauce didn't accompany the overall items that well. I found myself adding condiments like soy sauce. I generally don't eat at these type of places, because I don't think the price is worth it (it's decent food, but not you-have-to-go-here)... But a good choice for something quick and noddely and not so Asian-y (for the Asian noodles). It's very Americanized/fast food, and I have the preference for better tasting asian noodles, but I wanted to check the place out for the most part. I'll try the other noodles next time. read more

Just did a take out order not too long ago for a parm chicken and Mac and cheese. I should've looked before I left but my order wasn't right. When I looked, I saw that it wasn't the right chicken that I had ordered. Instead it was like a barbecue pork. This has never happened to me at noodles before and I understand it was pretty busy when I went in there. Working in the restaurant business as well I know sometimes it's a mistake and orders can be mixed up. OK, after reading plenty of good and bad reviews for this place I had to try it for myself. I had the Indonesian Peanut saute noodles with chicken. The flavor/sauce was actually really good, the chicken on the other hand was extremely over done and dry. My wife had the Penne Rosa pasta with chicken, again the flavor was alright but the chicken was really over done. After lunch I thought this may be a 3 star place for me, about approximately an hour or so after lunch is when the reality kicked in fo real! Let me just say I'm glad my home has 2 heads as both my wife and I had churning tummy's and were porcelain prisoners for a good 2 hours after returning home. I'm pretty sure we both ate something we shouldn't have. I was really hoping to like this place but, sometimes shit just don't work out. Noodles is a chain restaurant, that my 4-year old son just loves. We go here about once a month, usually on Saturdays, for the Mac & Cheese. It's tasty and sufficient for the two of us to share. I go for lunch during work occasionally and usually get the Japanese Pan Fried Noodles or the Pad Thai. Really, haven't ever had a bad meal here. You order at the counter, take a number, and find a table. In less than five minutes and for about $6, you get a real meal that beats the socks off the typical fast food. Atmosphere is pleasant, but a bit noisy at times. read more

I would leave tip on the table every time I would have something there hoping those kids who work so hard will be happy to get few dollars at the end of the day. Guess what? All tip customers leave for them goes in company's pocket. That means we pay few more dollars for on order when we leave tip. That is so disappointing! Personally, I like to tip this kids to give them a smile after a long shift and the company takes this from them. I am wondering if that cash is declared or not. I tried the Pig and Fig flatbread and it was fabulous. Every bite was a delight of flavors. I normally get the Pasta Fesca but felt like eating soup today. I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Very tastey broth but not much else to the soup. A few pieces of chicken, a couple carrot and celery pieces and some egg noodles. Everything I have ever eaten at this restaurant has been wonderful except the soup. So.....go and enjoy the flat bread and pasta dishes but stay away from the chicken noodle soup. read more

The seasoning seems to be added just so you taste something you can't get at home. The meal worked in a pinch since Chipotle's line was way too long. I've been hearing about noodles and company for about two years now and how the mac and cheese is the bomb..so I was near one and ordered two chicken mac and cheese togo...I didn't enjoy it at all.there was barely any cheese!! Good start but could've been better. Had the pesto cavatappi which could've used more sauce considering the shape of the pasta (thick corkscrew with ridges).
