This location seems to have a quality issue with getting food right, order completion and or support. Did a mobile order to avoid the whole line but my order sat on the back table away from order pickup (my order was completed mind you) for a good ten mins. The food is great, but when I got in there the employee said that the wait would be 5-10 minutes. The wait was an 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the cars in the drive through were going a lot faster. read more

I really like noodles and co food. It's usually amazing, at this location though all of the workers look like they hate their job. It's not their job to be overly kind to everyone but I feel if you're working in a place with customers you could be polite. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered a dish to go, but asked them to use the gluten free noodles, also put on the order "PLZ gluten free!", and also asked when picking it up to make sure it is gluten free. The girl replied "well yeah, it's the pipette noodles", even though she wasn't the one that made it. We are traveling, so I ate two huge GLUTEN ravioli in the pasta dish in the dark in the car before realizing they had put BOTH kinds of noodles in my bowl. Whoever owns this location should do a quality check on their employee training. The food at this Noodles isn't as good as the place I go to close to home. Things were noticeably not as fresh and there were very few pieces of my add-ins. I most likely would not return to this place even if it were convenient to do so. read more

I like this place. I really like the new changes to their menu too. Well, not too recent. Everyone is very friendly and atmosphere is pretty relaxed. My kids love the Mac and Cheese here and I like the Japanese Pan fried Noodle with Chicken. They have those automated Soda machine that never seems to bore my kids. I think they feel like a wizard, mixing and matching drinks to create a brand new concoction. They are 6 , so doesn't take a whole lot to amaze them. On the other hand, I like to evaluate and enjoy. This place is nice and clean. I like the fact that they have those to go boxes right on the counter by all the condiments and utensils. When I don't have time to make dinner, this place is on top of my list. read more

I like noodles & co a lot and their service is usually decent. Some times is kinda gross in their cuz they don't clean quick enough. But all over good food. Kinda pricey for what you get though. More then fast food that's for sure. Looking anywhere between like 12-20$ a person depending on what you get. So for a date dinner it's about 25-40$. Damn good noodle dishes though. read more

I have been here quite a few times because it is only a few blocks from my house. The food is really good but you can tell that the people that work there don't really care about anything, mostly their job. A few times I have gone in the employees are all just standing around talking to each other and only 1 person must know how to run the register because everyone else just ignores you. Usually takes a while (god knows why) for them to make your food. Would not recommend if on lunch or in a hurry. Call ahead & pick up on your way! Really enjoy the food but don't go there as much as I want to for these reasons. If they train their employees better I definitely would go a lot more! read more

Tried this for the first time in Oregon and loved it! Tried it for the second time here in Minnesota and it is still just as great! I got my co-workers hooked on it and now they cant stop eating it! The pad-thai and the japanese pan noodles are my favorite! But you have to get the pad-thai, with the pork and the pan noodles with the steak. So Bomb! I did like the service in Oregon a little better than in Mankato. read more

Noodles and company is great my gf got me hooked and now i try to get here at least twice a month. They offer a great mix of different pasta/soup cuisines American Mac n cheese to Japanese pad Thai. Not only is it tasty it's convenient,quick and healthy. You can order online and pick it up and it's quick eating in as well. It's very clean , the staff is friendly. Arrived after the lunch rush 1:45, and some of the empty tables were filled with dishes. The other available tables were dirty and had not wiped down. The booth in the back was stacked with dirty dishes where an employee had stack the dirty dishes. The employee moved like a snail and was doing a poor job keeping the dining area clean. The air conditioner was on and it felt like I was sitting in a freezer. The food was marginal and help at the front counter was efficient but not friendly. I ordered a small size of thai curry soup for to go. Turned out their so-called "small" size of soup is about the same size of the side soup when you get the sandwich. Mind you that the small soup costs more than 4 dollars and the combo of sandwich + a side of soup/salad that I usually eat is about more than 6 dollars. The more frustrating thing is that the container that was used to hold FIVE PIECES of meatballs were bigger than the soup. I really felt scammed because when the staff showed me the actual small bowl for the soup it was way bigger and that was why I ordered the small. Really disappointing. Good variety, mostly healthy-ish. You can hang around here as well and do homework and such.

Food is ok, you know what your getting. Potstickers are disgusting they are flat and soggy. I just dont understand why this Noodles always smells disgusting when you walk in. Its not the food but a little like sewer or something. I always get food to go. read more
