I have ordered the Japanese Dan Dan noodles and the Thai curry. Both are okay but nothing to write home about. The food was bland and unexciting. On my first visit it seemed like a pretty chill place. Both figuratively and literally. The first time I ended up sitting outside because it was just too cold inside. The second time we stayed inside but I had to go to the car a grab a jacket before the food came. The staff is friendly although a bit forgetful. On my second visit they forgot to even make one of our orders. We patiently waited for over 20 minutes after the first orders came. We at first thought maybe that order was more difficult. Then we noticed that everyone that had come in after is already had their meals. We went back to the counter to ask about the meal and all we got was a "whoops." Seriously, not even an apology. I would hover between 2 and 3 stars here. It's fine for what it is, so going in with your expectations in place means you won't love it or hate it. It's just kind of a quick place to grab a bite if you're out, not a destination. I would steer clear of the dishes professing globally influenced flavors. They won't live up to your expectations. My favorites (and I don't venture) are the basic flavors. The Penne Rosa is a little spicy with fresh spinach and tomatoes. The Parmesan chicken is fine with it. The pesto cavatappi is similarly decent, though you may be inclined to ask for extra sauce as they're pretty stingy. Husband likes the Mac and cheese. I've tried it. It's good. I would never recommend this place as a great dining experience, but it's clean, it's predictable, and it's inexpensive. read more

Been here twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner. I don't have any reason to believe that this place is any worse, or better, than the other ones. Take world cuisine, dumb it down to the lowest denominator and add salt and sugar. You've got a winner going by the number of people there the other night. It didn't seem many of them were using the BOGO offer I received in the mail, so they must actually like the place. The first time I tried a Thai curry. Even by local standards, it was overly sweet, mild to bland and did not taste like curry. This time I went for the beef stroganoff. It was better. The pasta wan't mushy. The flavor wasn't overly sweet. It wasn't really stroganoff, but I doubt most people know or care. It's better than the versions of the dish by the same name in the frozen food section, or the one people make with campbell's cream of mushroom soup. So why care. Given that criteria, it didn't offend. It didn't give any joy either. It appears that they've got a great idea. Keep a tray of chicken and beef cooked. Have several pots of pasta. Have several trays of sauce. Take one from tray a, pot b, tray c. Throw on a little garnish. You've got everything from comfort food and Asian food to Italian food. None of it particularly good, but none terribly offensive. read more

May leave you slightly hungry despite costing close to $10, assuming you add meat for extra. The pad Thai dish is good. I also recommend the Japanese pan noodles if you love thick noodles. TIP: substitute the pan noodles into other dishes. Or try other combinations.. They've never said no yet... Japanese Pan Noodles: Slightly more filling, but not if you're a starving athlete. The dish is actually just a large side of Chow Mein. If they sold this as Chow Mein, I would clap out loud. Pretend you're ordering a side of Chow Mein. TIP: if you're hungry with a friend, get 2 dishes and then split a side of Chow Mein aka Japanese Pan Noodles. The Indonesian Peanut Saute: I dont know where to start. Someone is a racist idiot. First of all, Indonesia is known for SATE, aka skewered flame grilled meat. These noodles seemed boiled. Hint: Dish includes broccoli, which doesnt exist in Indonesia. I want to slap someone, seriously. Dish was bland: Indonesian food is known for its sharp head-imploding spiciness. The peanut sauce and sprouts are imitating Gado-Gado..? (Which is closer to a chef salad than the plate of noodles they dumped it on). The Indonesian staple is rice, noodles are from the Chinese and North...but we already established that the plane has crashed. Please, leave this dish on the bottom of the ocean where it belongs. Sidenote: it's slightly spicy, and I wouldn't order it again due to blasphemy and racism. read more

Long day on road, and wanted dinner before heading to motel. Happened upon this place and figured it was worth a try. We were not disappointed. Had the buff bowl, pasta with veg and the bomb was macaroni and cheese with pork and the margarita flatbread. All to go. We ate about 2 hours later after we finally found a motel. BYU back to school. Amazing customer service tonight! I originally tried to call in a phone order only to have an automated system say the store was closed. I figured I would drive up just to check since online it said open until 10. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the manager. I let her know about the phone issue and she apologized and explained it was a third party system that no one has been able to fix. As we chatted she offered me a water cup while I waited and apologized for the inconvenience and then let me know how to get passed the 3rd party system. The food here is really good. Fresh and nice and creamy. The service has always been great. Super friendly smiling staff. My only complaint is I feel like the price compared to the amount of food you get isn't the greatest. It's not super overpriced but if you want extra meat it gets a little expensive. It's $2.75 for an extra 2 ounces. When you get the extra meat it doesn't look like more. So maybe save a few bucks and don't ask for extra meat, other than that you will be left satisfied and wanting to come again. I enjoy coming here every few weeks read more

My review is short and concise: Price is good, around 7 dollars per person. I have to admit, the food is delicious, but I didn't have enough of it. I bought the regular size and I was just thinking the entire time why I got so little. The portion just felt "wimpy." When we arrived around 9, the restaurant looked as if they just catered for hundreds of people. The tables were messy, trash sprawled all over, it was hard to find a clean table that wasn't occupied. I asked for extra sauce. And paid for extra sauce. There was a barely any amount of sauce in my food. When I told a worker, they told me that they put it in the food already, but it felt like dry noodles. I asked if I could just get an extra side of sauce and they told me that I had to pay for it? When I told them I already did, they gave me attitude and told me to pay again. The lobby was absolutely filthy. I had to clean my own table to try to get a seat. They're understaffed, and the workers are rude. Would not recommend. It was terrible. read more

My experience with noodles and company is ok enough to go back, but one thing that really bothers me is how stingy they are on their sauce. Come on! That's the best part. Noodles without enough sauce is just dry and sticky. Also, they seem to be really under-staffed on busy weekends. Last weekend I went in and waited 30 minutes for my take-out, got in my car, realized they forgot one if the meals, went back in and waited 30 minutes again for what they forgot. I ordered extra sauce that came in a separate container with a lid and LITERALLY they have me 1/2 TEASPOON of sauce. Enough to cover 2 noodles maybe. It was a joke. Like I said- stingy with the sauce. I couldn't believe I paid $1.00 for that amount of "extra" sauce. Oh and the steak is really chewy. Like it's almost fake or a dog treat haha. My boyfriend and I came here last night to try out their noodles. I absolutely love noodles of most types so how could I not try this place out? The place is kinda trendy and it looked clean. With an inviting menu and friendly staff, I was thinking: "Hey, this place seems really cool. I'll probably be a regular." To my disappointment, the food was a let-down. I tried the Bangkok Curry while my boyfriend tried the Indonesian Peanut Sauté. The Bangkok Curry basically tasted like a sweeter Pad Thai, however it wasn't very flavourful. The Indonesian Peanut Sauté tasted more sour than peanutty. The chicken we added to both noodle dishes were basically just plain pan fried without being marinated in any way. Both dishes just left us feeling that the food was awfully boring and bland. Now if this was the only thing with it, I'd have given it up to a 3 star. You don't really go to a chain expecting authentic food, especially not at $7.25 a bowl. However both me and my boyfriend got home and within a couple to a few hours...well sparing gross details, let's just say our tummies were quite unhappy (and that was the only time we ate together during the entire day). So I can't really feel comfortable in recommending this place to anyone with that kind of experience. :S read more

We ended up deciding on three different shall dishes to share. The Japanese udon noodles were delicious with crunchy vegetables and a hint of spice. The pesto cavatappi was also tasty, although maybe a tad dry. However, the real highlight was the mac and cheese - creamy, gooey goodness. My friend and I had the worse lunch ever yesterday here in Orem. My friend had eaten at same chain in SL and raved about her food. She could hardly wait to come again here. She ordered Alfredo as before and I opted for Steak Stroganoff with 6 potstickers and drinks. The drinks were great but you could not drag us back. Our noodles were not only the dryest ever but they were cold and my steak pieces were cremated! My friend expected tge clear noodles she had with moist chicken Alfredo on Mon. She kept her bown but I returned mine and complained. It was redone but though hot this time the whole dish might have been dried noodles...worse stroganoff ever. Buyer beware!
