I recently had the absolute life-altering experience of dining at Olive Garden, and I'm still not convinced I didn't accidentally stumble into a five-star Michelin fever dream. First of all--Jen. Let's talk about Jen. Not just a waiter. Not even just a great waiter. Jen is the kind of server who could probably defuse international conflicts between breadstick refills. I'm pretty sure if I asked her for emotional advice, she'd fix my entire life, bring me a fresh salad, and somehow make it all feel like my idea. Absolute legend. Now... the spaghetti and meatballs. Calling it a meal feels disrespectful. This was an event. The meatballs? Roughly the size of small planets with their own gravitational pull. I'm fairly certain one of them had weather patterns. The spaghetti? Endless. Not in the cute marketing way--no, I'm talking biblically infinite. I started eating sometime around sunset and emerged a different person, possibly older, definitely wiser. And me? Oh, I was insufferable. I leaned into it. Dramatic sighs after every bite. Loud declarations like "THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING" to absolutely no one who asked. At one point I made prolonged eye contact with a stranger while twirling pasta like I was in a slow-motion commercial. Jen handled it like a seasoned professional, probably adding "dealing with absolute chaos goblins" to her résumé. In conclusion: incredible food, god-tier service, and a deeply humbling reminder that I cannot be trusted in the presence of unlimited pasta. 10/10. Would embarrass myself again. read more

We ordered some food as a carry out order. My husband got the creamy mushroom ravioli. He loves mushrooms but he said that he had to throw the mushrooms away as they were very rubbery and tasted odd. I got the fettuccini Alfredo and salad. The fettuccini was good but the salad tasted very bitter and there was only about 1 tablespoon of dressing so it was very dry. They didn't put in any Parmesan cheese like we usually get. I had some Italian dressing in my fridge so I added some to the salad. I don't care for onions, peppers or olives so I removed those. The order was done on time. The food flavor just wasn't great this time. read more

The 6 oz serloin was very tender. There was a slight garlic taste. The server was amazing. I changed the fettuccine to spaghetti, but forgot to confirm I wanted the noodles with marinara. She took it back to the chef and got me what I wanted. read more

Had a bad experience today with one of the waitresses micromanaging our table. Despite everyone ordering an entree she made a big deal about people sharing the salad and when we asked for a refill she said that we would be charged for an extra salad. Never had that happen at OG before and I've been going for years. We got things straightened out with the manager who agreed with us after analyzing the situation. Later when we got the check, we were charged for an entree that we didn't order. If I hadn't reviewed the bill carefully, we would've overpaid. The food is always good, they just need a better system of everybody being crossed trained. Our food sat under the heat lamps until our waitress was done taking a larger group order from a table behind us, so we waited and waited. The should have people walking around filling water glasses, clearing dishes and handing out to go container instead of 1 person dealing with 1 table for all their needs. The alcohol policy is funny with this chain of restaurants. One location, the waitress wrote down all of our birthdays, I am sure this is in violation of some consumer protection act. Keep in mind it's a table of 4 people with white hair. The other nearby location scanned all of our ID's, again no money was exchanged with me so they violated my rights / privacy by scanning my drivers license. Not not reassuring when an employee who carry's in a bag of fast food restaurant before they start their shift. If you have a crying baby, please it home and be more respective for the people trying to enjoy their dinner. This is not a play ground so watch your kids or use take out. read more

Olive Garden is yummy. I've never had to wait super long at this location. The quality of the food is good and the service is usually quick. The only thing I don't like is if you want some chicken on your pasta, you have to pay over $4. read more

Food is awesome as always, but for some reason I always get sat at a dirty table, no matter which one I go to. Maybe it's because I'm by myself?? They always have an attitude when asked to clean it. The service was very good, however when she suggested more dipping sauces, she didn't mention that they were $4 each extra. For 5 adults and 3 kids it cost us $180. That included 3 kids meals with $4 smoothies, 4 adult dinners with one adult soup/salad and no dessert. 3 adults drank water. $180 for mostly salad, bread, sauces and pasta is so ridiculous that we won't walk into olive garden again until prices come down. I've always loved Olive Garden. Today our silver ware and glasses were dirty. Our waiter and waitress were not great. Friendly , but not sure if they knew what they were doing. So the last two times I went to Olive garden the service has been terrible. Super slow non-attentive and seem to have little experience. But last night on Christmas Eve was some of the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. It took about 2 hours to have the meal we had to have been waiting almost an hour for entrees to come out. And we ordered dessert and when that came out 45 minutes later it was frozen. So I think we won't be going back to Olive garden for a while. read more

I am not usually one to leave a bad review, I usually prefer to be more positive, but today was a horrible experience, went to olive garden for the never ending pasta, well I guess never ending means never ending the waiting time, we were a party of 5 adults and one child, we had to use the kiosk to get the server to bring us drink refills, never got more than one plate of pasta and ignored when we needed help splitting the bill, even after telling her they were separate checks, I do know how it is to work with the public and serving food, as I have worked in the food industry for years, I will say the food we got was hot and delicious, but the service not so much read more

Been at least 15 yrs since I ate at an Olive Garden primarily because living in the New Jersey metro area there are family owned Italian restaurants on every corner so why would one go to a chain? That said I had the Tour of Italy and salad. Would say this is one of the better chains around and the portion of Lasagna, Chicken Parmigiana (not oily) and Fettuccine Alfredo was good for me. The sauce was ok, but tuff to say anything else as I make the best pasta and pizza sauce. This entree was large enough to bring home for lunch the next day because I had at 3 helpings of fresh salad with a nicely flavored dressing. The other meal was eggplant parmigiana and it was very good, thin slices and not mushy. Will go back here because there is not much around for good Italian. Service is great and the waitress was attentive and funny and that make the experience a positive one. I would make this place a 3.5 but that option is not available. We'll stick to just dining in if we go back to this location. We've had pretty good experiences dining in person, getting takeout was terrible. They didn't even print the ticket til 21 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready & then another 20 minutes to finally have it done so my Husband & boys waited for 40 minutes after the promised time just to get it & then we got burnt breadsticks, wilty salad, & barely warm food. We'll over an hour from when we ordered it. They said someone came out when they got there & asked the name on the order & disappeared & then it was that 20 minutes later someone else finally realized the first person on had gone on break & done nothing with it, totally forgot about it. We only got takeout because I had such a terrible migraine that I couldn't cook myself that night & by the time they finally got back with food, I was too nauseous to even eat since it had been so long. Pretty sure not enough breadsticks for what I paid for & just a couple forks thrown in a bag for the utensils. I did call to let the manager know, didn't seem to care much & I don't remember even being offered an apology on it- just asked my order # & such to look it up. Very unorganized & not worth it. We pulled up and had to order online once we got there which was completely okay, then while we waited they asked if we wanted a drink while we waited. My wife and I went the other night and we were excited to try it out but felt the experience as simply ok. The environment: The seating at the tables was uncomfortable. If you are 6 feet or taller, request a booth. Otherwise your legs will feel squished between the chair and bottom of the table. Some of their chairs don't have back support at all which makes the chairs uncomfortable at best. If you have kids with you and they have that style of chair, they will fall through the back for sure. The food: The food was good but not amazing. The breadsticks were stale which is sad since that is kind of their signature. It was delivered quickly with minimal waiting and our drinks were almost always topped off which I appreciate. The waiting: We went during off hours (probably why the breadsticks were stale) but got a seat immediately. The waitress was very fast and responsive and a manager came by during his rounds and sent our waitress back over to top off our drinks once as well. read more

This location has always been good. I am more of eggplant parmigiana type person. Last night it was a little over cooked, but it was still amazing. Why the 3 stars you ask, this is way. Personally with me and speech impairment do to oral cancer. I try to use the table order unit for apps and dipping sauce. Last I order the apps and they came to the table with no problems. Then I went back in order the dipping sauces and this is where the problem is, We waited over 5 min without the order coming out. This happens all the time. Last night I go to the waiter, where is the dipping sauces. He goes you need to tell us, we do not know you order them. Olive Garden is usually just Olive Garden. I received a free dessert for my birthday so I decided to go with my sister and parents. We aren't really huge fans, so all of us just enjoyed the soup and salad, which is always good. But the real difference maker here was our waitress Amber.
