Oh Noodles, you never fail me. I love going to Noodles whenever I'm in the mood for any type of noodle dish (hence the name). They have Mediterranean noodles, Asian noodles, American noodles, etc. My personal favorite is the Pad Thai. While I'm no expert on pad thai, I definitely enjoy what Noodles has to offer. The Penne Rosa is pretty good as well, and a friend of mine will definitely swear by it. The woman that helped me during my last visit didn't have much of a personality, but she got the job done. Nothing bad enough to lose any stars. The cups they give you for your drink are freaking huge, and they offer Fresca, which is something you don't see very often around here. May I suggest picking up a rice krispies treat on your way out? They're huge and gooey...definitely hit the spot. I don't care if you're full, take it to go and eat it later. That's all! read more

Like someone else said, this place is very Americanized, so don't go in expecting super authentic cultural dishes or particularly spicy food. That said, they've got a great selection with plenty of things to try, pretty much any kind of noodles can think of, a few different salads, and several kinds of mac & cheese (the homemade kind, with real melty cheese, not the stouffer's kind.) The seasoning is unfortunately on the bland side, but you get plenty of food for the price, it's like a home cooked meal. The manager seemed great but I'm a regular (because I work nearby) and he is the only one that gives good service. I know it's just fast casual but at the register they don't seem to care much. Unimpressed. I ordered the penne rosa pasta and my husband ordered the pot stickers. Both of which looked as if they were sloppily thrown together and old. Was luke warm in temperature, and it looked as if someone had ripped apart a chicken breast with their hands into 3 pieces and threw it on my food. While finishing ordering, the cashier handed me back my card and started yelling over me what the next person in line wanted. I paid $9 for a small salad. I have ordered small salads before and the portion size of this salad was ridiculously small. The dressing container was only a third full and barely covered the salad which barely covered the bottom of the to-go bowl. The workers also have a tendency of making dishes really shitty if they don't like the customer. Ordered a large salad. I got a small. ( it was VERY small) about 6 lettuce leaves in all making them a $1.00 a piece. It didn't come with the corn or fried jalapenos like it was suppose to. Very over priced and not worth it. I used to eat at Noodles in Chicago a few years ago... The difference was immense. As a Mac n cheese lover, I was not impressed with the bland, flavorless Wisconsin Mac n cheese at this location. There was barely any cheese in the bowl, and 60% of the noodles were completely naked and plain. The grilled chicken flavor was great, but it's an extremely small portion compared to what I've seen in the past, or even compared to other pasta-serving restaurants. Other dishes also lacked flavor and seemed to be thrown together by amateurs... Literally as if they didn't care about the presentation or quality of food being prepared. Used to be a good restaurant, but has been sliding lately. Came in tonight and got the beef stroganoff, which is usually good. But tonight after the waitress brought out one napkin for three people, I ate a forkful and found a 2" twig in my mouth. I was pretty suprised. When we let the waitress know what had happened, she offered to remake the meal, but didn't seem too conserned and continued joking around with her coworkers. I'm fine with the N&C chain--food is good and my kids like it. But the service at this location is terrible. The worst customer service experience that I've had in my LIFE happened at this location, and I will NEVER go back again. The manager was rude and lied directly to my face (he told me that to receive a refund for my meal, that I would have to go to the back to fill out paperwork that would be sent to coorporate, and that I would receive my refund in several weeks--and then, after making me wait for 10 minutes, actually ran the refund at the register in seconds), even though I was being calm and very patient. The worst part is that when I reported the incident, I was never contacted again to follow up with the matter. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. read more

I had Noodles & Company cater a wedding luncheon this past weekend and they did an awesome job. Wes and Ambrosia took great care of me and the wedding party. They worked around my payment schedule and allowed me to give them the payment info early because I was going to be unavailable the day of the luncheon (they usually call to do the payment the day of the event). They were really flexible and helpful, I had to call and change part of my order and they were more than happy to make the changes we needed. The only reason they are getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were a little late getting to the event, but we were all running late so it actually worked out better for the wedding party. I would definitely have them do an event again for me in the future. Oh and the food was way good as usual. read more

My son and I ordered the additional chicken for our pasta dishes. I did not see any chicken in the dishes and took it back to the counter. They pointed to a tiny piece of chicken smaller than a mushroom slice and said that my grilled chicken that I paid an extra 2.35 for was right there. Seriously, that was it. We hunted through our pasta but only found a few tiny pieces...not at all like the photos...and I was disappointed that the server did not offer to remedy the situation. Very disappointed. I have tried Noodles for the very last time. I keep wasting my money hoping it will be different every time and it is not. I even attempted to contact the location I visit to discuss my issues. I was even more disappointed in the response I got from the management team here. Every time my partner and I get noodles we have to ask for extra sauce because of how dry it is so we get charged an additional $1 for each meal which puts our meals at about $10 each because we also added meat (lol). The concern was having to pay extra to enjoy my meal. The response I got was that this is a very common complaint they get but unfortunately it's the amount you get and if you want more then the standard is to pay the extra dollar. So in other words if you don't like dry noodles plan on spending an additional $1 for extra sauce because they can not afford to give it you to make you happy with your meal and go above there standard to exceed your expectations. My girlfriend and I have gone here frequently, and the service is usually very good, but lately it's been going down. Tonight was especially bad. It was very busy, and they were falling behind, which is understandable. One person went to go deal with a customer, and upon his return, him and another employee started chatting for a while as the lone cashier tried to handle the growing line of customers. My girlfriend and I got our food to go, and her small portion was exactly that. It couldn't even cover the entire container bottom when it was flattened down. I understand how it is when there's an unexpected rush, but quality is preferred to rushed and sub-par service, especially when there are employees that are standing around and chatting in clear view of the waiting line of customers. There seemed to be a lack of a mindset geared toward customer service and the long wait was accompanied by food of a poor quality.
