Second time here, and the food actually tastes better than the first time. The price is a little suspect, but the taste makes up for it. The cheesy bread is surprisingly good! I ordered a small to split with my wife, but it was so good that I didn't want to share. If you're looking for a new experience, try this place!

    Spicy Korean Beef Noodles

I got the spicy Korean beef noodles and it was not good. I love noodles and I love Korean food, but this was a real letdown. The sauce was watery and wayyyy too sweet. There is absolutely no authenticity and I paid over $10 (with tax) for a meal that really was not enjoyable, even though I was so hungry. The beef was not ample enough and the noodles were in a bit clump. The biggest offender was definitely the sickly sweet sauce that did not taste "Korean" at all. The service was good and fast, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was just fair, but I would not recommend this dish. I will come back for other dishes, though, to try the pasta options and hope for a better experience.

The main thing I love about noodles is the ability to get good deals. I never go unless I have one, and trust me, they come often! If you sign up for their app, they'll send you BOGO's, free sides, even free entrees! And when you use those deals, you get an awesome bang for your buck. The food is good, and then you don't have to pay much either! I've tried a lot of their dishes... My favorites are the Pesto Cavatappi, Mac & Cheese, Alfredo Montamore, Pad Thai, and Pasta Fresca. I've even tried their option to substitute any noodle for zucchini noodles (zoodles), and was pleasantly surprised! If you're in the mood for something lighter, it could be the way to go. With almost all of the dishes I order, I add the Parmesan Crusted Chicken! It's great quality and is the best addition :) One complaint I have about this particular location is that the service seems slow and the cashiers never seem to know what they're doing. I've been here so much, and every single time it's a problem! One way to avoid this is to order online beforehand so and I haven't had a problem with the wait that way. Overall I recommend Noodles & Company. I go there all the time...just take advantage of the app and get a good deal along with the good food! :)

Japanese Pan Noodles with marinated steak. And pot stickers!

I like Noodles and Co. The place always looks nice, very clean and modern. But the price point is definitely the big hang up for me for what you get. For some I think the value makes sense, but when I want pasta I'd rather make it at home for a fraction of the price. When I want the asian style noodles I just go to an asian restaurant that typically gives more for less money. The pot stickers were pleasantly tasty though. I'd probably pay the premium to get those from time to time! For those who like this place, from what I hear, they have a decent rewards program so check that out!

    Burnt chicken:(

They burnt my chicken I ordered take out and when I got home saw it was burnt! I ordered a 3 cheese tortellini with added breaded chicken. The guy that took my order was pretty nice. Place wasn't noticeably dirty. There were hardly any customers and my order got to me in a timely manner. I payed $14 to only to be given charcoal for lunch.

Bruh what is this. I used to work at Noodles & Company at a different location, and this is the EASIEST thing to make. These are so mushy and gross. Don't know how they could be messed up this bad.

Happy National Zucchini Day! :) My friend and I went to Noodles today because it was national zucchini day, so they were swapping out any noodles for "zoodles" (zucchini noodles) for free! I also had downloaded their app a while back and they sent me a free entree. So I decided, why not get a free bowl of zoodles on National Zucchini Day? I got a $9.00 bowl for free! Not too shabby. The pasta here is definitely not authentic, but it does satisfy my noodle craving and is relatively fast. And I don't know what it is, but the parmesan crusted chicken gets me... every. single. time! Honestly, this specific location isn't great. Every time I have been here the staff literally has no clue what is going on. They are always brand new and often have trouble applying the deals that have been sent to me on the app. They are all nice people, they just have no idea what they are doing. Overall, don't go out of your way to stop here. But if you do end up stopping here, the food is just fine. I never, ever pay full price. I only ever come if they have sent me a deal in the app.

My sister in law younger sister and I along with her best friend were hungry and wanted to try something different. We stumbled upon this wonderful place. We obviously didn't know what to get so we looked at the menu for a long time. We decided we would get something different and taste each other's. I got chicken Alfredo, my Inlaw got Korean, and her best friend got beef. We did also order a side of dumplings. We weren't expecting the portions to be HUGE! We found seats and waited. They brought our food to the table and the wait wasn't long. I really liked the chicken Alfredo. The chicken was tender and cooked just right. My Inlaw didn't likes her it was to spicy for her so he just ate off of ours. The beef one was alright I didn't like the texture of the noodle. We didn't end up finishing our food so we just got boxes.

This was my full portion of veggies.

Counter person did apologize and offered to fix our experience. I am disappointed they removed bean sprouts from the menu but that isn't a decision made ay the local level. *****edit***** I love the Orem location but I won't be coming here again. My noodles came with veggies according to the menu but when I asked why mine didn't I was told this was the correct portion. Counter person was not interested in fixing it.

This is my favorite Noodles and Company location! The staff and management are TOP NOTCH! This is a really busy location - maybe the busiest I have ever seen - and it is always, always super clean and the staff is always nice! Even when you can see how swamped they are! Also, I have a gluten allergy and Noodles & Co. has so many choices! including now.... (drumroll, please....) the MAC & CHEESE! There are always risks involved with eating out anywhere. This is one of the few locations that I can safely eat at....the staff is very aware of cross contamination possibilities and careful to take every precaution to avoid it. (You have to tell them, of course!) Well done Noodles in Provo! You are my fave!!

The service was good and the restaurant itself was very clean and felt more upscale compared to the order and sit down (fast casual) concept. The food came out very quickly as well. We started with the Caesar salad which was very fresh. The lettuce was nice and crispy, the dressing tasted homemade, and the seasoning was really good. The Parmesan cheese looked as if it was freshly grated as well. My pasta was delicious and full of so much flavor. It came with a brandy sauce that was rich and smooth. It was delicious and went along great with the chicken, peppers, and onion in my pasta. It didn't feel like a super heavy dish. My husband ordered a pasta with a cream sauce that was more rich and heavy but still had a delicious flavor. It really just depends on what kind of pasta you want. Each dish came with warm bread that was delicious! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The noodles on both dishes were cooked perfectly as well. They have so many options - not just pasta. I highly recommend and was very impressed. I will be coming back soon and telling others to come try!

Historically we've always had great food here, and we haven't been for a few months, but we were here just the other night with family for a graduation party, and almost everyone on our party commented the same way - "it isn't what it used to be". I don't know if it's changed ownership, or what has happened, but the quality of the food has gone downhill. I had the all-you-can-eat soup, salad, pasta bar. I always love their chicken noodle soup, but this time it was watery and not creamy like it's always been, and the flavor was entirely different. The salad bar was good, but their traditional green ranch dressing is no more, and all they use now is cheap, white, runny ranch dressing. The pasta bar was fair, but the selection of the sauces, I felt, was poor, and the marinara sauce that I settled on for my only trip thru was very watery. My wife ordered a small pizza, and it wasn't great. Very dry, hardly any sauce. Our server was great, no problem there, and the atmosphere is still good here, but their food quality is declining, and THAT'S what we come here for. Feels like they're cheaping out here. Pick it up, Brick Oven!

But everyone goes here or brings out-of-towners because it's someplace they went to as kids or BYU students. The pasta bar is very good with great sauce or gravy (if your from back east) options. Every cause I tried was great. Good Italian sausages and meatballs too. People rave about the freshly made garlic bread but I found it rather ordinary and more or less like we make at home, maybe we make better garlic bread at home than most people? But I was not impressed after all the hype. Great house-made root beer. Great Salad bar. Here is where opinions and tastes really matter, everyone told us how great the pizza was, we ordered three to go after our meal to take home. I was disappointed in all of them. Yeah, they are better than grocery store pizza but with the level of praise these good I was expecting something like Mellow Mushroom or high heat wood fired pizza. I found the dough too thick and ready and lacking in any buttery or crispy edges. The toppings were not special, canned or generic brands of meats you get at any grocery store deli counter. Maybe in the past it was once fresher and les from cans. The sauce was surprisingly lacking, if you are the kind of person who likes pizza that's really just bread with some cheese on it this will be your speed, one of my daughters doesn't like pizza sauce of any kind and she likes this pizza. For mee ti was way too thinly applied and with the really heavy cheese they use I felt like I was easting over priced cheese bread. The cheese itself was not the traditional mozzarella, it was some kind of blend that had a Gouda or goat cheese taste, some may love that but for me it was a turn off, maybe because I wasn't expecting it. The decor is fun and interesting and service was really good but over all for the price I was disappointed. Stick to the salad bar and pasta and you'll be very happy.
