We haven't come here in years and decided to come give it a try. We came in on the later side, around 8:30, it doesn't close until 9 so I thought we were safe. When we walked in they had basically the whole place ready to close with rugs up. Upon entry it was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Everyone just stared at us and didn't say a word. When we went to leave, they locked up 15 minutes early and gave us our food in a to go bag. That's poor management. I come here - at the right time - order the extra-spicy grilled chicken bowl, with a few grilled shrimp and a spear or two of fresh grilled pineapple tossed in. FRESH GRILLED PINEAPPLE. I can't get enough of it and always order extra. The bowl is flavored very well and has a pretty decent rice-veg-meat ratio. The place is beautifully modern inside with a small to medium dining area for those eating in. Counter ordering with table delivery. Reasonable pricing, especially when you consider what you'd pay at lesser-delicious places like the ones mentioned before... Here's the only downside - getting here. It's in Spanish Fork's new retail Mecca, accessed through the 4th circle of hell. Newly installed ridiculous lights, no-turn and must-turn areas, and hard to see road/lane traps that definitely challenge the gen-pop of this particular area. This place is always good. The food typically is done with in 5-10 minutes & the sauce is delicious. (Ask for extra sauce!) The is place is new clean and the people that work there are friendly. Both of those seem to be a rarity. So I appreciate the extra little bit. The food is fantastic. I have tried a few items now and I have been very pleased. Be aware that the rice is the traditional sticky rice, not the kind most of us Americans are used to. If you do not like that stay away. Two out of three kids like the noodles. I had a rice dish and the rice was very very gummy. Servers at the counter were nice. I go here often with a group from work. There are positive and negative feelings I have for them. Positives are that the food tastes very good, and the portion is filling for the price. I get that full feeling almost stuffed. The down sides are that the place is very small with poor seating when it gets a little busy. The line seems to move very slowly, this might get better eventually, but they have a tablet that new customers are offered to sign into, to join their rewards program. Depending on the customers familiarity with technology, this can be painfully slow and causes a lot of line standing. My biggest complaint is on the inconsistencies with the amount of liquid in the bowl of food. I get the same meal every time I go. Sometimes the bowl is half filled with liquid that causes a mess when eating, sometimes the bowl has what seems to be just the right amount of liquid to coat the food with flavor. All in all I can't knock them to bad, but I hope that the longer they're in business, the more consistent their food will be. read more

I made the mistake of coming at 12:15 before heading into work at 1pm. The place was packed with people, but none of them eating. All were waiting it seemed, for their orders to be called out. The staff of four were very swamped,and greeted each new customer not with a smile or "welcome to Teriyaki Grill" as one might expect, but rather with a grimace and disclaimer that "the grilled chicken will take 20 mins to cook" The cashier greeted me after 2 mins of standing at the register. I ordered the steak and chicken little bowl with noodles and the .99 plus tax side of avocado. 35 mins later my order was called out. I drove to work and to my dismay the avocado I payed for never made its way into the bowl, and the noodles were severely over boiled. The young girl that was at the counter brought me my food where I was sitting and waiting for it and literally threw it onto the table. 7/18/18 2pm I literally only went to this place based off the reviews. Many said about the portion sizes and the chicken being amazing. I placed a pick up order over the phone, the lady was very snappy, not rude just didn't let me finish saying anything before she interrupted. I go in to pick up my order she doesn't even know how to work the register says my name isn't coming up on the reg. Then comes back and she's like oh I need your number I give her my CELL number and she's like no your receipt number, which she hadn't even gave me a receipt at this point. On the phone she automatically said with pineapple right? So I said sure she failed to tell me it was an up charge. Also failed to put pineapple on my 2nd plate yet I paid for it. My portion was so small, I didn't get steamed veggies on one plate or extra teriyaki as I asked for several times, literally the sauce cup wasn't even filled half way. Still confused how I ordered 2 "Little" bowls and one soda and my total was over $20.
