Stopped in here on a Thursday evening and it was incredibly busy, but we got seated right away. Waiter came promptly and took our drink order. Our alcoholic beverages took awhile to arrive and the Chardonnay I ordered was not a Chardonnay, but they quickly fixed the error. We ordered the Calamari to start.it was just ok. Kinda chewy and I'm guessing far from fresh. The marinara dipping sauce was ok, and the other sauce was interesting but didn't really go well with the calamari in my opinion. I ordered the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo. The pasta was good, the sauce a bit rich and some of the chicken a bit rubbery tasting. I didn't finish the chicken as I lost interest in the taste. As always the unlimited salad and breadsticks were amazing! The bread nice and hot! My husband ordered the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini and the Minestrone soup. I think he was happy?! Ha ha. Service was good until the end. I needed boxes but our server was nowhere to be found! Found a busier and got some boxes. Then hunted him down again for a bag! lol. It's pretty pricey these days. I think our pastas were both about $25 a bowl. I still live they give you Andes mints to savor after you eat. It's quite loud in there, and there were lots of noisy children, my ears were ringing by the end of the meal but I'd give it another shot. read more

We came on a Friday night around 7pm & it was packed! But we got on the waitlist a little bit before arriving & we were seated right away when we got to the restaurant. Our waitress was Breezy and she was amazing, very attentive and friendly. This is the location we frequent most and we usually have a good experience. The wait time is never too long even though it's always busy. Food is consistent but there's just two things that aren't -- the salad doesn't always have very fresh ingredients and the amount of dressing is pretty inconsistent, and, the calamari is sometimes way too salty and sometimes overcooked. Other than that the food is always great, all the normal favorites we crave. Most recently we tried the newest menu item, the creamy garlic fettuccine. We got one with salmon and one with chicken and liked both, but the chicken is complimented by the pasta best between the two. Delicious and bright with the fresh cherry tomatoes, would absolutely order again. The salmon is tender and perfectly cooked -- we often get salmon with fettuccine Alfredo which is a 10/10 customization to ask for. Always a big fan as well of the chicken gnocchi soup, and of the tuxedo cake. Recently tried the beignets for dessert instead of the tuxedo cake - you can get with raspberry jam or with chocolate dip. They were pretty meh but a nice change, and enjoyed with the raspberry jam. read more

The breadstick pictured that was served "fresh" to us wasn't even the half of it... will never be returning to this location (even though it's the closest location to home). My family & I came to Olive Garden tonight and the experience ended up being one of the most uncomfortable restaurant situations I've ever had. A customer on the other side of the restaurant was screaming at the top of her lungs for on & off for roughly 20 minutes. This wasn't just occasional noise -- it included repeated profanity and statements like "You want to fight?" and other aggressive threats that the entire dining room could hear. I eventually asked a staff member if anything was being done about it. The manager told us the person had Tourette's and that there was nothing they could do. I understand that disabilities exist and deserve compassion, but allowing someone to scream threats across a crowded restaurant for 20 minutes without any attempt to address the situation is not an acceptable solution. At that point my family felt uncomfortable enough that we asked for to-go boxes and left before finishing our meal. Our server was polite, but management handled this very poorly. A restaurant still has a responsibility to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. read more

My wife and I came into Olive Garden and our server was Sky. He was super bright, friendly and beyond helpful with getting us all we wanted quick! He went out of his way and above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He knew all about the food and what was more popular, he had great recommendations. He brought good energy as soon as we sat down. You could tell he really takes pride in his work and customer service / the relationships he builds as well. My wife and I 1000% recommend Sky. Is it just me or has Olive Garden gotten really over priced? I love me some Olive Garden just as much as most uncultured Americans but man it has gotten expensive. I never really thought of Olive Garden as a higher end restaurant. They still fall in the same tier as an Applebees or Chilis but with the price adjustments I have to say that they fall out of the $12-$14 entree price range and fall more in a $17-$20. Granted you do get those really addicting breadsticks and some yummy mints in the end but it's still a shame that is become so pricey because it puts it out of my price range for now. The staff at this location has always been nice an friendly but I will say that this location can get very crowded at any given time of day so you want to plan accordingly. The new Olive Garden in Saratoga Springs so help with the crowds but don't expect too much of a change. I think my favorite go to's at OG are the Lasagna Classico or Chicken Alfredo and then for dessert you always have to get the doughnuts (beignets) with raspberry dipping sauce. read more

If you want to freeze to death and not get all your food, this is the place for you. Went there with seven other people. The temperature was 60 or below. They couldn't figure out how to turn the fan off or the temperature up. If you like the never-ending pasta bowl don't go here, they give you one order and that's it. they never check on you. They forget what you have ordered. They never refill anything. Ordered soup and salad, acted like it was a big deal we wanted refills. I've been to other Olive Gardens and I've never been treated the way we were treated here. The other restaurants always make sure you have what you want when you need, refill all your salads and soup but not this place won't be going back. read more

The food is always amazing! But the ambience was never worst. I worked here for four years during college and apparently it is now common place to bring the cavalry when singing happy birthday. It was so loud that that I could not hear the conversation at my little table when they were singing rooms away! Believe it or not, this was actually my first time ever trying olive garden! I came around 7:30pm, and was able to be seated immediately. We both ordered the endless soup, salad, and breadsticks which was amazing for the value. The signature breadsticks were as good as everyone raves about, and I definitely could've just eaten those. But the house salad was great as well -- I really enjoyed the variety of vegetables in it. I also got the chicken gnocchi and zuppa toscana soup, both of which were absolutely delicious. Our server was also super sweet and made sure everything went great for us, super happy with her :). Overall, I would definitely come again! read more

I don't understand why people don't like Olive Garden, I have a positive experience every time I go. Tonight all of us had the endless pasta bowl. The pasta, soup, salad and breadsticks were all excellent, but our server tonight was awesome. His name was Micael, and he's from Brazil. Went to the Olive Garden for a lunch date today. It was great to get out without the kids. The waitress was great and she did awesome balancing training new employees while still making sure our food was taken care of in a timely manner. The shrimp scampi was a little more watered down that I would like but had a good amount of greens and shrimp for a lunch serving. I'm really sad that our favorite waitress is moving to a different store that's opening soon but we will just have to visit that location now. read more

The lady that helped with curbside was really great, helpful and friendly which is why this review has any stars at all. The food was pretty awful. We ordered the stuffed shells and paid for extra chicken... is it like a dollar per little strip?! There was hardly any chicken for the extra charge. Next up is the Chicken Alfredo, plenty of Chicken this time around but hardly 2oz of sauce, and super bland sauce at that. Nothing like the amazing buttery cheesy Alfredo we are used to. The kids fries were pretty awful also... you should just remove that as an option and put fruit salad or breadsticks. Kids pizza was rock solid, lunchable pizzas have more to offer. Their male staff one named Jacob and another with glasses not sure of his name, literally yelled multiple happy birthday songs in the hour and a half we were here. And I don't mean just singing happy birthday, I mean YELLING happy birthday and dancing like they were in a god damn mosh pit shaking their hair everywhere next to the open food and tables.
